1.Computational Pharmacology of Xianhe Yanling Recipe in Anti-tumor Activity

Objective To explore the antitumor mechanism of xianhe yanling recipe( XHYLR ). Methods The mechanism of action of 241 compounds contained in the Chinese medicine, XHYLR was studied by using computational pharmacological. Methods including molecular docking,biotechnology network,chemical space technology and the prediction of absorption,distribution,metabolism,excretion and toxicity( ADME/T). Results Most of the compounds in XHYLR had good drug-like properties. Distribution of 241 compounds in chemical space also revealed that these compounds showed similar anti-tumor activity. It suggested that the prescription of XHYLR was reasonable. The phenomena that one molecular interacted with multiple target proteins and several molecules interact with one target protein were observed in XHYLR. For example,the COX-2 interacted with 40 micromolecules,and catechin interacted with five targets including COX-2. Conclusion These results are helpful for understanding the complicated mechanism of anti-tumor activity of XHYLR.
2.A study on pathway of apoptosis in murine thymocytesinduced by candida albicans

Objective:To investigate the pathway of C.albicans-induced murine thymocyte apoptosis.Methods:The chages of TNF-? level in murine plasma and caspase-3 activity were measured by ELISA and flurorescence spectrophoto meter respectively;FCM measurement was adopted for the expression levels of related genes.Results:The level of TNF rise,the caspase-3 activity serengthen significantly and bax,p53 gene expression are upregulated.Conclusion:It is possible that C.albicans elicits apoptosis in murine thymocytes by upregulating bax and p53 gene expression as well as raising the serum TNF-? level to strenghen the activity of caspase-3.
3.Clinical study of rheumatoid arthritis with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection

Objective:To study the effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:120 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into three groups:midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection group,acupuncture by differentiation of symptoms and signs group,integrative group of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection and acupuncture by differentiation of symptoms and signs group. Results:In the midday-midnight flowing of qi-blood acupuncture group of 40 cases,11 cases were improved obviously,11cases were improved,9cases were improved slightly,9 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 77.5%. In the acupuncture by differentiation of symptoms and signs group of 40 patients,10 cases were improved significantly,11 cases were improved,11 cases were improved moderate,8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 80.0%. In integrated group of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection and acupuncture by differentiation of symptoms and signs group of 40 patients,15 cases were improved significantly,13 cases were improved,10 cases were improved moderate,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 95.0%. 4.Clinic study of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective:To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group receiving Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu treatment,control group receiving vitamin B and routine treatment to improve neural microcirculation.The conduction velocity of all patients’sensory and motor nerves and the scores of the symptoms had been observed.Results: Symptoms and nerve conduction velocity of treatment group and control group had been improved respectively,and the treatment group was superior to control group in clinic symptoms,clinical obvious effective rate and total effective rate.Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu method can improve conduction velocity of sensory and motor nerves,symptoms of anesthesia and pain of limbs of patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy,and have good effect on diabetes peripheral neuropathy.

6.DSA and MRI diagnosis of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia

Objective To evaluate DSA and MRI in diagnosing focal nodular hyperplasia(FNH) of the liver.Methods DSA and MRI findings in seven patients with pathologically-proved FNH were retrospectively analyzed.Selective hepatic arteriography with DSA,and both plain and dynamic contrastenhanced MR scans were performed in all patients.The imaging findings were retrospectively evaluated and analyzed.Results On DSA examination,all FNH lesions were hyper-vascular,which were characterized by thickened and tortuous feeding arteries.And the feeding arteries,after entering the lesions,branched off peripherally in a radiation pattern and the lesions were evenly dyed with sharp borders.In venous phase,hepatic vein drainage was demonstrated in 6 cases.On dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI,marked enhancement of the lesions was observed,which lasted until to delayed phase when the lesions still showed hyper-intensity or iso-intensity signals.Scar signal in the lesion's center was seen in three cases,which started to enhance at portal vein phase and maintained to delayed phase.Conclusion On DSA imaging,FNH lesions are characterized by thickened and tortuous feeding arteries that branch off peripherally in a radiation pattern after entering the lesions.And the hepatic vein drainage is also a common finding in venous phase.Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI can well display the abnormal signal of the central scar of FNH.The combination use of DSA and MRI can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy for FNH.
7.Effects of heat stress response on neutrophil apoptosis and respiratory burst function

Objective To explore effects of heat stress response on neutrophil apoptosis and respiratory burst function. MethodsNeutrophils from each of 18 healthy volunteers were divided into 3 parts,and one part was served as control group,and the other two parts were induced by heat shock or cadmium chloride for heat stress response and named as heat shock group and cadmium chloride group.The neutrophils were incubated in culture medium.At 0,2,3,4,and 6 h following heat stress induction,the heat shock protein(HSP70) expression and the respiratory burst were detected in the neutrophils respectively by using PCR technique and flow cytometer.Level of apoptosis was observed by immuno-fluorescence and flow cytometer DNA ploid at 24 h after heat stress induction. 8.Randomized controlled study of serum level of inflammatory mediator resulting from different skin incision and separation between different subcutaneous layers of rats

Objective To investigate and confirm the value of minimal invasion of separation between specific subcutancous layers of rats.Methods Thirty-two male SD rats were randomized into four groups,group 1:normal incision plus separation beneath superficial fascia; group 2:normal incision plus subdermal separation; group 3:normal incision plus extended separation beneath superficial fascia ; group 4:extended incision plus separation beneath superficial fascia.Blood sampling was taken preopeatively,2 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h postoperatively.The increase of serum IL-6 and neutrophil elastase levels were compared between different groups.Results Compared with each other,the increase of serum IL-6 and NE levels in group 1 vs 3 and group 2 vs 4 was not different significantly (P value was 0.074,0.096 and 0.747,0.897,respectively).However,the increase of serum levels in group 1 vs 2,1 vs 4,3 vs 2 and 3 vs 4 was different significantly (P < 0.01).Conclusion Operation of separating beneath superficial fascia plus small skin incision in rats conduces to relatively minimal invasion.
9.Analysis on the HIV results of clients in general hospital

Objective To investigate the infection situation of HIV in patents in hospital ,and to provide basis for the prevention of AIDS in the hospital .Methods Three kinds of enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)kits(Beijing wantai ,Beijing kewei , French BIO‐RAD)were used for screening HIV antibody and antigen in 240 781 samples from Jan .2011 to Dec .2013 .All HIV re‐peated positive screening samples were confirmed by western blotting in Chongqing shapingba Center for Disease Control and Pre‐vention .Results Among 240 781 samples from 2011 to 2013 ,593 samples(0 .246% ) were HIV positive at the first screening ,558 samples(0 .231% ) were HIV positive in at the repeated screening ,29 samples(0 .012% ) were HIV indeterminate ,6 samples(0 . 002% ) were HIV negative.Male and female ratio was 3 .39:1 .Conclusion Screening in hospital patients could be an important way to discover cases with HIV infection .It is nesscessary to strengthen the promotion and propaganda of HIV detection ,and new technology of HIV detection could be used to strengthen the inspection of HIV .Moreover ,the consciousness of self protection should be promoted in the treatment of HIV patients .
