Objective To manufacture the skin suction blister apparatus and observe the curative effect of autologous epidermal grafting in treating vitiligo.Methods According to the theory of local skin suction blister: local skin suction blister is decided by the two facts of the negative pressure and temperature,the skin suction blister apparatus was manufactured based on feedback principle,and was applied to autologous epidermal grafting for treating vitiligo.Results The performance of skin suction blister apparatus was stable,the operation was relative simple,and the total survival grade of autologous epidermal grafting was 98.01%.Conclusion The skin suction blister apparatus is simple to operate and its curative effect is excellent for clinical application.

Objective To explore the characteristics of cognitive function in patients with leukoaraiosis(LA)at different extent.Methods The cognitive function of 66 patients with different extent of LA and 49 healthy controls were measured using the MoCA scale,and the relationship between the cognitive function and the extent of LA was evaluated.Results The LA was more severe,the cognitive function of patients was more poor.The cognitive function of patients with type Ⅳ LA significantly decreased than the patients with type Ⅰ LA and the controls,especially in the language,memory,visuoconstructional and executive functions(P<0.05).While the function of naming,attention,abstraction and orientation showed no significant difference between the patients with LA and the controls(P>0.05).Conclusion Moderate and severe LA may cause impairment of cognitive function.

Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on cognitive dysfunction in patients with leukoaraiosis (LA). Methods 48 cases of moderate or severe LA with cognitive dysfunction were divided into 2 groups: the experimental group accepted hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) besides routine therapy, while the control group accepted routine therapy only. Both groups were assessed with Montreal cognition assessment (MoCA). Results The scores of MoCA in patients in the experimental group improved after treatment（P<0.05）, and was more than that of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion HBO can improve the cognitive function in patients with LA.

Objective To evaluate the method and outcome of surgical treatment for refractory slow-transit constipation (STC). Methods Clinicopathologic data of 24 patients with severe STC which underwent (colectomy) in recent years were retrospectively analyzed. Results 18 of the patients underwent pancolectomy,and 6 underwent subtotal colectomy. All of the 14 STC patients complicated with outlet obstructive (constipation)(OOC) were corrected preoperatively by related surgery. The curative rate of surgical (treatment) was 95.8%,with an average of(3?1.9) times of bowel motion per day. The incidence of (abdominal) distention decreased from 75% to 12.5%. One patient who underwent ileorectal anastomosis (developed) recurrent constipation. Conclusions Colectomy produces satisfactory results in the majority of (patients) with refractory slow-transit constipation.Patients complicated with OOC should undergo energetic (preoperative) correction therapy,in order to ensure a satisfactory surgical outcome.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of dermatosis affecting pilots in different areas. Methods From Oct. 2007 to Sep. 2008,epidemiological investigation and clinical examination were carried out in 255 pilots stationed at Beijing,Tianjin,Hubei and Shaanxi regions. In order to get the correct diagnosis of dermatosis and the accurate number of infection cases/time,same medication and management were applied for the treatment of those skin disorders. The epideomology of dermatosis in pilots of different troops and age groups were then compared,and the correlation factors affecting the epidemics were analyzed with Chi-square test. Results Among 255 pilots,430 cases (times) were found to suffer from 47 kinds of dermatosis,of whom 72% suffered from two or more kinds of dermatosis. The incidence of superficial mycosis (69.8%) took ranked the highest. The incidence of dermatosis was different among the pilots stationed in different regions. Objective To establish a three- dimensional hindlimb gait data toolkit (THGT) for healthy and spinal cord injured (SCI) non-human primate (rhesus monkey) based on Matlab to realize upload of original data, automatic gait division, calculation and drawing of multiple gait parameters, etc. Methods Vicon system was used to collect three-dimensional hindlimb gait data of healthy and SCI (after 6 weeks) rhesus monkey to obtain the kinematics data of both hindlimbs in continuous strides. It was analyzed with THGT to process the gait division, calculation and drawing of multiple gait parameters. Results THGT read the data, distinguished cycles of gait, calculated 140 kinds of gait parameters and drew graphs of the results. Conclusion THGT extends the universality of the Vicon data, realizes automatically gait division and friendly interactive interface, and puts out the visible results.

Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are a major population that resides in the tumor microenvironment. Multiple soluble molecules secreted by CAFs remodel the extracellular matrix, thus promoting tumor growth, invasion and metastasis. It is now considered that CAFs play an important role in the regulation of tumor immunity, in which an increasing number of molecular mechanisms of tumor microenvironment remodeling are being discovered. This article reviews the molecular markers of CAFs, the crosstalk between CAFs and tumor cells or immune cells, as well as the progress on therapeutic targeting of CAFs.
