1.Interventional treatment via portal vein for liver diseases
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(11):-
Interventional treatment via portal vein system plays an important role in treating some liver diseases, such as interventional treatment for portal vein tumor thrombus, portal hypertension with liver cirrhosis, portal vein thrombosis and selective portal vein embolization inducing compensatory hypertrophy of the remnant liver. The author introduces the routes, methods and efficacies of the interventional treatment via portal vein.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
In order to improve the noise ratio and stability of the amplified small-signal in microwave-induced thermoacoustic tomography,an amplifying circuit with wide band and high voltage gain is designed in this paper. The results show that the voltage gain is up to 80dB and the bandwidth is about 7MHz.

Objective To evaluate the T cell subsets in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancers after operation. Methods The T cell subsets of peripheral blood were determined by flow cytometry in 82 cases of gastric cancer before and after operation, and the data were compared with those of benign disease. Results Before operation CD69-positive T cell were significantly lower in cancer patients than those in control (P
4.Analysis of Correlation Factors of Locally Recurrent Gastric Carcinoma.
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(02):-
Objective To discuss the correlation factors of locally recurrent gastric carcinoma. Methods Clinical, pathological and periodical follow-up datas of 50 cases with locally recurrent gastric carcinoma after radical resection from 1991 to 2005 were studied retrospectively, logistic regression analysis was used to disscuse the possible correlation factors of locally recurrent gastric carcinoma. Results 66.0% of 50 cases had recurrenced within 2 years after operations; Tumor pathological stages, positive lymph nodes and radical resection extent were independent correlation factors of locally recurrent gastric carcinoma. Conclusions Most recurrences would happen within 2 years after radical resection for gastric carcinoma; Early diagnosis of reccurrent gastric carcinoma depends on periodic follow-up observation especially gastroscope; Tumor pathological stages, positive lymph nodes and radical resection extent are independent correlation factors of locally recurrent gastric carcinoma.
5.Further substancial improvement of interventional diagnosis and treatment via portal vein system
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(11):-
Along with the development of interventional appliances and proficiency of operational skills, the interventional diagnosis and treatment via hepatic portal vein system have achieved great progress and improvement. However,in order to further exploit the advantages of interventional diagnosis and treatment, the review of the anatomical structures, normal aberrance of portal venous system were needed.Getting familiar with pathologic condition to discover the new interventional appliances and embolic agents, and then in term of conduct the research on a very tough substancial base in a down-to-earth manner were important.

Objective To construct the prokaryotic expression vector bearing fusion gene NT4-ADNF-9 and lay foundation for further study on genetic therapy of neuraseusory deafness. Methods By means of asymmetrical prince/ template, double stranded eDNA of activity dependent neurotrophic factor-9 (ADNF-9) was obtained, which included restriction enzymes sites on the two extremities. ADNF-9 eDNA was ligated to the signal and leader peptides of nenrotrophin 4 (NT4), and the fusion gene was named NT4-ADNF-9. Then it was suheluned into prokaryotic expression vector pBV220, and called pBV220/ NT4-ADNF-9. Results Evidences of DNA sequence analysis and restrtction enzymes digestion showed that we recombined ADNF-9 eDNA to the 3'terminal of the signal and leader peptides of NT4, and the fusion gene was subcluned into pBV220 successfully. Bioactivity of the products was proved that it could support the cell survival and neurite growth in the primary cultures of dorsal root ganglia (DRG) of embryonic day-8 cbicken neurons as compared to the control. Conclusion Prokaryotic expression vector pBV220/NT4-ADNF-9 can be constructed successfully and the bioactivtty is satisfactory.

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
A simple and sensitive method was developed to screen ?-PL p ro duced strains from soils. 150mg/L K_2Cr_2O_7 was added to th e solid medium for actinomycetes enriching. A basic dye, methylene blue, incorp orated in the agar plate to detect alkali producers, because dye reacted with th e secreted basic polymers by electrostatic interaction with the secreted basic p dymers and formed special zoon. And then dragendorff regent was used to detect alkaloid producers. Four ?-PL producers were obtained by TLC analysis. Meanw hile, phylogenetic analysis of PL6-3 strain, including morphology, physiologica l and biochemical characters and chemotaxomy were performed and phylogenetic tre e was constructed based on the 16S rDNA sequences. And the results indicated th at PL6-3 strain is a member of Kitasatospora.

Objective To develop a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the determination of fourteen dyes in hair dying formulations. Methods Dyes were separated on a amide bonded C_(16) silica column (250 mm?4.6 mm,5?m),the target analytes were ion-paired prior to HPLC analysis with elution employing methanol-0.025 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH=6.0) containing 1 g/L 1-heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt as mobile phase and detection by a photodiode array detector with the detection wavelength of 230 nm and 280 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the column temperature was 25℃.Results The linear range were 10-500 mg/L,the detection limits were 0.3-2.0 mg/L,the coeffieients of variation were less than 10%(except 2-amino-6-chloro-4-nitrophenol at low concentration) and the recovery rates were 71.3%-118.5%.Conclusion The methods of high performance liquid chromatography introduced in this paper is simple, rapid, accurate and is applicable to the analysis of various hair dyes.
