Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of TURP combined with TUVP in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. MethodsTURP and TUVP were used to treat 124 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. ResultsThe bleed during the operation was limited.The IPSS,QOL and RUV were significantly improved after operation. ConclusionTURP combination with TUVP was safe and effective method in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Objective: To investigate glucolipid metabolism and sex hormone levels among female children with precocious puberty, so as to provide insights into the illustration of pathogenesis of precocious puberty. Methods: A total of 110 female children with precocious puberty treated in Huzhou Maternity & Child Health Care Hospital during the period from May 2019 through May 2021 were enrolled and assigned into the idiopathic central precocious puberty (ICPP) group and the premature thelarche alone (PT) group according to the results of gonadotropin-releasing hormone stimulation tests. The follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), progesterone (P), estradiol (E2), testosterone (T), prolactin (PRL), fasting insulin (FINS), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein B (ApoB) andlipoprotein-a [Lp (a)] levels were detected and compared in children between the ICPP and PT groups. Results: There were 70 cases in the ICCP group, with a mean age of (7.62±1.13) years and a mean body mass index (BMI) of (16.30±2.21) kg/m2 and 40 cases in the PT group, with a mean age of (7.42±1.04) years and a mean BMI of (16.70±2.10) kg/m2 (both P>0.05). The FSH [(3.58±0.80) vs. (2.22±0.75) IU/L], LH [(1.40±0.28) vs. (0.25±0.12) IU/L], P [(0.29±0.12) vs. (0.18±0.08) ng/mL], E2 [(23.28±4.23) vs. (15.54±2.75) pg/mL] and PRL [(8.56±1.93) vs. (6.54±1.50) ng/mL], FINS [(13.24±2.54) vs. (11.10±2.49) U/L], TG [(1.36±0.17) vs. (1.21±0.27) mmol/L], LDL-C [(3.10±0.44) vs. (2.81±0.60) mmol/L], ApoB [(0.78±0.19) vs. (0.71±0.14) g/L] and Lp (a) levels [(252.45±52.10) vs. (202.60±41.28) mg/L] were significantly higher in the ICPP group than in the PT group (all P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of sex hormones and glucolipid metabolism parameters are significantly higher among female children with ICPP than among those with PT.

ObjectiveTo study streptococcus pneumonia capsular polysaccharide antibodies of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in acute exacerbation and the feasibility of vaccination for patients with COPD.MethodsThe COPD in acute exacerbation without respiratory failure (RF)(COPD without RF group),COPD in acute exacerbation with RF (COPD with RF group),asthma (asthma group),healthy elderly examination(elderly examination group) and healthy youth examination (youth examination group) were selected,and each group had 15 cases.The levels of streptococcus pneumonia capsular polysaccharide antibodies IgG,IgM and IgA were measured in all groups.Results There was no significant difference in IgG among the five groups (P ＞ 0.05 ).The levels of IgM in COPD without RF group and elderly examination group were significantly lower than those in COPD with RF group,asthma group and youth examination group (0.554 ± 0.309 and 0.538 ± 0.327 vs.0.810 ± 0.387,0.887 ± 0.278 and 0.852 ± 0.305,P ＜ 0.05 ).Although the level of IgA in COPD without RF group was significantly lower than that in youth examination group(0.532 ±0.297 vs.0.930 ±0.502,P ＜0.05),there was no significant difference among the five groups.Conclusion Patients with COPD should inoculate pneumococcal vaccination.

Clinical studies show that the factors that impact the quality of life (QOL) in patients with lung cancer are comprehensive.Physiological factors include breathing difficulties,cancer-related fatigue.Depression,anxiety and other psychological factors also play a major role.Social and family support is also crucial to improve the QOL in patients with lung cancer.

Objective To explore the effect of Mcl-1 small interference RNA ( siRNA) on tumor necrosis factor-re-lated apoptosis-inducing ligand ( TRAIL)-induced apoptosis in gastric cancer HGC-27 cells. Methods The apop-totic rates of cells treated with TRAIL and pan-caspase inhibitor ( z-VAD-fmk) alone or combination were measured by propidium iodide (PI) method using flow cytometry. The activation of caspase-3, cleavage of PARP-1, as well as the protein level of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 proteins Bcl-2, Bcl-XL and Mcl-1 before and after TRAIL treatment were monitored by Western blot analysis. Transfection of Mcl-1 siRNA was performed using Lipofectamine 2000 reagent. The efficiency of gene silencing was quantified by Western blot and the effect of Mcl-1 siRNA on TRAIL-induced apoptosis was measured using PI method. Results HGC-27 cells were resistant to TRAIL-induced apoptosis, and z-VAD-fmk pretreatment could block apoptosis nearly completely. Activation of caspase-3 and cleavage of PARP-1 occurred in the late stage of apoptosis. The expression levels of Bcl-2, Bcl-XL and Mcl-1 were not altered after exposure to TRAIL. Transfection with Mcl-1 siRNA could obviously downregulate the expression evel of Mcl-1 in HGC-27 cells and enhanced the sensitivity of cells to TRAIL-induced apoptosis. Conclusion Overexpression of Mcl-1 may account for the resistance of HGC-27 cells to TRAIL.ownregulationof Mcl-1 by siRNA can effectively enhance the sensitivity of HGC-27 cells to TRAIL-induced apoptosis.

The multidrug resistance( MDR) has become one of the key factors in the success of chemo-therapy.Thus,overcoming multidrug resistance of tumor has become a pressing matter of the moment for tumor therapy.The mechanism of MDR is a very complicated process,influenced by many factors.Therefore,the tumor multidrug resistance mechanisms in depth study will help to select more appropriate anti-tumor drugs.In this re-view,we described about MDR mechanisms researching progress in recent years.

Objective To investigate the effects of continuous nursing quality improvement on emergency care of parturient with preeclampsia.Methods The parturient with preeclampsia in the First Affiliated Hospital of the Medical University Of Anhui from January 2010 to December 2015 were chosen.The effects of continuous nursing quality improvement on the emergency care of those parturient were analyzed and the maternal and infant health outcomes and patient satisfaction were contrasted.Results The surgical complication rate of the observation group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.001).The overall health outcome of maternal and infant patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P＜0.000) Patient satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.000)Conclusion Continuous nursing quality improvement model can not only ensure the quality of eclampsia patient care but also keep on improving the care quality so as to improve maternal and infant health outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Objective To discuss the predictable factors for the occurrence of intra-operative aneurysm rupture(IAR).Methods A total of 84 patients with 101 aneurysms treated by neurosurgical clipping from September 2009 to September 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.The statistic analysis was performed for the risk factors of IAR such as aneurysm location,aneurysm sac,dome/neck ratio,direction,pre-operative Hunt-Hess Scale,history of hypertension and operation time.Results Eighteen cases (21.4％) occurred LAR (18 (17.8％) of aneurysms) during the operations,2 patients (2.4％) died.Statistic analysis revealed that preoperative Hunt-Hess scale (P =0.042),history of hypertension (P =0.038),aneurysm sac (P =0.012),dome/neck ratio(P=0.027),direction (P =0.010) and operation time (P =0.002) were the predictable factors for the occurrence of IAR,while the location of aneurysm was not included (P =0.199).Conclusion The IAR may be the result of the synthesis of various factors in the occurrence of intracranial aneurysms clipping.Hypertension history,Hunt-Hess scale,direction,aneurysm sac,operation time and dome/neck ratio 1.78-2.89 are the predictable factors for the occurrence of IAR and the combination of various factors leads to the occurrence of IAR.

Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is a group of functional RNA molecules, which is more than 200 nucleotides in length and lacks ability of encoding protein. The current study indicates that the abnormal expression of lncRNA is closely related with breast cancer progression. Some lncRNA takes part in regulating the process of breast cancer invasion and metastasis. This article reviews the abnormal expression of lncRNA in breast cancer and the relevance with breast cancer invasion and metastasis, which is expected to provide new strategy for breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.
