ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of caspase-3 in the brain of acutely pentylenetetrazole(PTZ)-kindled rats.MethodsThe caspase-3 positive cells were revealed using immunohistochemical SP method. CMIAS image analysis system was used to analyse the expression of caspase-3 hemi-quantitatively. ResultsFollowing PTZ induced epilepsy, the expression of caspase-3 increased both in the hippocampus and in the cortex, and that was more remarkable in the hippocampus than in the cortex.ConclusionCaspase-3 may be activated during neuronal apoptosis after epilepsy. Hippocampus is more sensitive to the neuronal damage due to epilepsy than the cortex is.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2002;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate MRI in diagnosis and follow-up of Achilles tendon rupture. Methods From April 2003 to May 2005, 24 cases of closed Achilles tendon rupture were examined in our department with MRI. It was performed through sagittal T1WI, T2WI, GE-STIR and axial TME imaging. Four cases were followed up with MRI after 4 to 8 weeks. Results MRI could determinate the severity and exact location of Achilles tendon rupture by demonstrating signal changes of Achilles tendon. In this series, complete rupture of Achilles tendon mostly occurred at the median part, with augmentation and high signal on T2WI. MRI demonstrated high signal on T2WI in partial rupture of Achilles tendon. The signal intensity in the four cases followed up by MRI was shown to decrease. Conclusion MRI is a valuable tool for clinical diagnosis and follow-up of Achilles tendon, because it provides enough information through signal changes at the tendon.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To detect the expressions of PCNA, Cyclin D1 and P27, which were related to cell proliferation and cell cycle in gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesion of gastric mucosa. Methods Tissue microarray technique was applied to construct a tissue microarray containing gastric carcinoma, precancerous lesions and normal gastric mucosa. Diagnosis of the tissue in the microarray was pathologically confirmed. Immunohistochemical method was used to assess the expression of PCNA, Cyclin D1 and P27 in all the samples of tissue microarray. Results The expressions of PCNA and Cyclin D1 in gastric carcinoma, gastric hyperplasia, and intestinal metaplasia tissues were higher than that in normal gastric mucosa. The expressions of P27 in gastric hyperplasia, intestinal metaplasia and gastric carcinoma tissues were lower than that in normal gastric mucosa. Conclusion Gastric carcinoma, precancerous lesion and normal gastric mucosa tissues present different degrees of expression of PCNA, Cyclin D1 and P27, either with a increasing trend or a decreasing trend. These changes in expression are all closely related to gastric carcinogenesis.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between Oxfordshire community stroke project(OCSP) classification and imaging classification in acute cerebral infarction. Methods Two hundred and thirty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction were retrospectively evaluated with OCSP classification and imaging characteristics. Results According to OCSP classification,of all the 236 patients with acute cerebral infarction,28(11.9%) experienced total anterior circulation infarction(TACI),71(30.1%) partial anterior circulation infarction(PACI),94(39.8%) lacunar infarction(LACI),and 43(18.2%) posterior circulation infarction(POCI).The consistency was found in 171 cases(72.5%) between the OCSP classification and imaging classification, with the accuracy of 76%(25/33) for TACI,81%(34/42) for PACI,71%(81/114) for LACI and 66%(31/47) for POCI. Conclusion OCSP classification can predict the location and size of cerebral infarction with a high accuracy, and is well consisted with the imaging findings.

International Eye Science 2016;16(8):1487-1491
?Color vision has been an important part of the human visual function. It is determined by the phytochrome of cone.In many clinical cases of ocular fundus diseases, patients had color vision loss, which shows that color visions tests is necessary and meaningful. At present, doctors have not paid attention to it and adopt the tests rarely. The article summarizes the tests of color in common use and applications on the diagnosis and treatment for common ocular fundus diseases to be a theory basis.
