1.Explorations on cultivating abilities of oral English for academic purposes for medical under-graduates
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;(3):291-293,294
The development of international academic exchanges has brought a growing de-mand for college English teaching. English for academic purposes (EAP) is playing an increasingly important role in students' study and research. In this essay, a conclusion of college English curricu-lum in the Third Military Medical University was introduced with the theoretic and practical back-ground of oral English for academic purposes (OEAP) teaching. The training strategies of OEAP abilities were discussed from multi-level teaching, personalized teaching and academic forums. The experience of OEAP training was summarized and reflected through teaching practice.
2.The spread and influence of YunQi theory of TCM in Japan
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(2):111-112
With the frequent culture communication between china and Japan, YanQi theory of TCM spread to Japan and exerted an influence on Japanese medicine. From the volume of"YunQi" in "The literature investigation of TCM", we can tell YunQi theory occupied a major position in the Japanese medical literatures which spread from china. The primary books of YunQi edited by Japanese scholars reveal Japanese doctors are apt to use this theory to promote their clinical practice. The accordant cognition of Chinese and Japanese scholars is that Japanese doctors accept the value of YunQi theory and beware of it's deficiency in clinic.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(03):-
Objective To study the expression of glycosylphosphatidylinositol(GPI) anchored protein in lymphocyte subsets of healthy individuals. Methods Flow cytometry and two/three color McAbs were used to detect CD59 expression in granulocytes, lymphocytes and subsets. Results In 50 samples, granulocytes mainly showed a single population of cells strongly positive for CD59, the percentage of CD59 expression was (98.6?1 5)%. Lymphocytes had a small population of weakly positive and negative for CD59, positive cells being (90 0? 14.9)%. CD3 +T cells had a similar profile as that of total lymphocytes, but there were more weakly positive /negative cells and less strong positive cells. As compared with CD3 +T cells, CD4 +T cells had a larger population of strongly positive for CD59, positive cells being (92.9?8.1)%; while CD8 +T cells had a smaller population of strongly positive, positive cells being (74.6?9.1)%. CD59 expression of activated T cells was between that of CD3 +and CD8 +T cells. CD45RA +and CD45RO +T cells both had a similar profile like that of CD3 +T cells. CD20 +B cells showed a similar profile to that of granulocytes, positive cells being (96.3?0 6)%. Conclusions Population of low or negative expression of CD59 among the lymphocytes of healthy controls was related to T cells, especially CD8 +T cells. B cells had uniform positive expression of CD59, and could be a candidate for detecting PNH.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(03):-
AIM: To optimize the macroporous resin for separating naringin. METHODS: Putting the extract fluid of Citrus grandis Tomentosa into pillar was adsorbed with macroporous resin, then washed by alcohol with the different concentration in succession to determine the content of naringin by HPLC. RESULTS: The six macroporous resins' effects differ greatly. CONCLUSION: HPD450 macroporous resin is effective to separate the naringin.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(26):58-61
Objective To explore the impact of transformational leadership on nurses'professional quality of life and organizational commitment by hierarchical linear modeling (HLM).Methods A total of 44,6 clinical nurses were investigated with demography questionnaire, professional quality of life questionnaire, organizational commitment questionnaire and transformational leadership questionnaire. Results The transformational leadership had positive predict ability to the nurses'compassion satisfaction, secondary traumatic stress and organizational commitment. The transformational leadership had negative predict ability to burnout. The transformational leadership could adjust the relationship between compassion satisfaction, secondary traumatic stress and organizational commitment. Conclusions The transformational leadership provides theoretical reference for nursing managers to effectively lead the team, increase professional life quality of the nurses, and then improve the level of organizational commitment of the nurses.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;22(8):4-8
Medical service products have a lot of features, such as differences, intangibility and difficulty in evaluating, which greatly increase the difficulty in the transition of customer development from customers to service experiencers. Customer transition is mainly based on the pre-evaluation of service providers. In other words, credence evaluation of service providers is conducted from the combination of information from service providers, customers and self-awareness. When the results of the evaluation are dependable, customers will be under the transition. This article was based on the differences in customer cognition and experience background. It set the group that had never received TCM services as objects and conducted analysis on customer development. It established measurement indexes and questionnaire for customer pre-evaluation. PCA and Logistic regression analysis were used to deeply deal with data to unveil the key factors that influence credence evaluation. Credence mechanism was established according to the results to promote customer development in TCM service consumption.
