Objective To assess regional myocardial function by left ventricular radial myocardial motion velocity gradient(MVG) measured by omni-directional M-mode echocardiography(OME). Methods There were 32 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM), 20 patients with hypertension of left ventricular hypertrophy(HLVH),and 36 healthy volunteers in the study, LEJ-2 mode OME was used to measure and calculate MVG of 16 segment on left ventricular short axes. Results In the control group,MVG on left ventricular short axes were found to be decreased progressively from base plane to apical plane. Compared with the control group, the left ventricular MVG were reduced in HCM group and HLVH group( P <0. 05). Conclusions The left ventricular MVG can correspond directly to regional thickened myocardial motion, and can be used to evaluate left ventricular myocardial function in patients with thickened myocardium.

Objective To study the relation between changed atrial load and atrial septal motion. Methods Forty one patients with valve diseases,7 patients with congenital heart diseases, and 12 normal subjects were involved. Two dimensional image was obtained by transesophageal echocardiography. The thickness, wave time and velocity were showed during atrial septal motion by omni directional M mode echocardiography (OME).Results With increase of the volume load and pressure load in the atrium, the atrial septal thickness increased, and the velocity of atrial septal motion increased or reduced. Conclusions OME shows that the thickness and velocity of atrial septal motion relates with condition of atrial load.

4.Theory and Practice on Construction of TCM Jaundice Thematic Database
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(5):848-851
The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) literature database of jaundice is an important means of the realization of the standardization and digitalization of TCM liver disease syndrome differentiation and treatment.
This article analyzed the background of jaundice literature database and its establishment and significance . The building of TCM jaundice database was described in this paper from literature data source, TCM jaundice the-saurus, literature collection and analysis. A brief introduction was made on contents of the database and the function. Deficiencies of the literature database such as the standardization, quality, daily maintenance, talent and team training were also explained .

Objective To investigate the effect of the mild conjunctivitis complication on the tear break-up time(BUT) in pa-tients with dry eye .Methods 93 patients with dry eye from Sep .2007 to Sep .2011 were selected .For all of them the BUT was 5 seconds or less than 5 seconds after corneal fluorescein staining .They were divided into experimental group (with mild conjunctivi-tis) and control group (without mild conjunctivitis) .We checked the BUT and compared the difference of BUT between experimen-tal group and control group .Results The average BUT of the 54 patients with complicated mild conjunctivitis ,of which conjuncti-val papillae was found in 40 cases ,was (3 .54 ± 1 .02)s ,the average BUT of the 39 patients without conjunctivitis was(3 .41 ± 1 .04) s .There was no significant difference between two groups .Conclusion Dry eyes complicated mild conjunctivitis had no effect on BU T .

Objective:To establish an HPLC method with a refractive index detector for the simultaneous determination of fructose and glucose in multiple electrolytes and invert sugar injections. Methods: A Waters XbridgeTM Amide(150 mm × 4. 6 mm,3. 5 μm) column was used with acetonitrile-water -triethylamine (75∶25∶0. 2) as the mobile phase, the column temperature was 40 ℃, the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 , the refractive index detector was used with the detector temperature of 40 ℃, and the injection volume was 50 μl. Results:A good linear relationship between the quantity of glucose or fructose and peak area was shown within the range of 99. 8-149. 7 μg(r=0. 999 7)for fructose and 100. 3-150. 4 μg(r=0. 999 2)for glucose, the average recovery of fructose and glucose was 99. 2% and 99. 5% with RSD of 0. 81% and 0. 84%(n=9), respectively. Conclusion: The method is fast and convenient with high specificity, good accuracy and promising separation, which can be used in the content determination of fructose and glucose in multiple electrolytes and invert sugar injections.
7.The effect of impression of the inherent deformation after adding the circular marker on oral impression
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(10):1299-1300,后插1
Objective To investigate the effect of impression of the inherent deformation after adding the circular marker on oral impression. Methods Two metal molds were made by American Dental Association standards. Six metal circular needles were inserted on one of molds. Two groups of impression sample which named A and B were made by two metal molds. Marker line on the impressions were measured and observed by measuring microscope to compare the impressions (group A and B) with the deformation extent and the deformation law. Croup t test method of SAS6.12 software was adopted to analyze the dimensional changes of the samples. Results The deformation range of two. groups( A and B) of alginate impressions was 0.38% ~ 0.58% and 0.43% ~ 0. 66%. Two groups of silicone impressions' deformation range was 0.38% ~ 0.42% and 0.33% ~ 0.49%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05 ). Conclusion The method with adding markers points on the oral impression would the impression of the inherent deformation. This marking method wag feasible.
8.Role of pharmaceutical interventions in parenteral nutrition: prescription standardization and error prevention
Chinese Journal of Clinical Nutrition 2014;22(3):167-170
Objective To investigate the effects of pharmaceutical interventions on parenteral nutrition. Methods Data collection sheet (with data, ward, patient general information, type of irrational prescribing, type of error, process of error, intervention content, and intervention results) for recording pharmaceutical interventions was designed. The prescriptions of total parenteral nutrition in our hospital from January 1st,2013 to December 31st,2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Pharmaceutical interventions were carried out for unreasonable prescriptions. Results A total of 6 454 prescriptions were reviewed during the research period, among which pharmaceutical interventions were provided for 154 prescriptions (2.39%).Totally 160 errors were identified, and 44 were prevented. The intervention acceptance rate was 98.70%.Conclusions Pharmaceutical interventions can adjust unreasonable prescriptions and modify errors. It is useful to promote the clinical drag use in a safe, rational, effective, and economical manner.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2017;21(4):615-620
BACKGROUND:The post-core crown system is an effective method for dental defect repair, but its repair outcomes are influenced by various factors;thereby, a further study is needed to optimize this method.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the stress distribution in different degrees of dental defect after post-core crown restoration under different occlusal contacts. METHODS:Three-dimensional models of the mandibular first molar were established by CT images, and models of complete natural teeth, six different defected teeth (total maxil ofacial slight and severe defects, distal middle maxil ofacial slight and severe defects, proximal middle maxil ofacial slight and severe defects) and two different post-core crowns (fiber post and zirconia post) were created by software. These models were imported into ANSYS software to analyze the stress distribution in dentin and periodontium under stable occlusal contact (ABC) and unstable occlusal contact (AC), respectively. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The stress in dentin and the periodontium after post-core crown restoration under AC was obviously higher than that under ABC, and AC affected the restored teeth more markedly. The post-core crown material with higher elastic modulus could induce higher stresses, and severe defected teeth showed higher stress distribution. Different defected types made no overt effects on the stress distribution in the periodontium. These results suggest that the B area contact is critical in regulating occlusal contacts of restoration.
