Journal of Chinese Physician 2010;12(2):197-199
Objective To investigate the'expression of Survivin in breast cancer tissue microarray, and its implication to clinic pathology and prognosis. Methods The expression of Survivin was studied in 80 cases of breast disease tissues ( 18 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands and 62 cases of breast canc-er) and 20 cases of adjacent normal tissues by S-P immunohistochemisty to analysis the relationships be-tween its expression and history grade, clinic stage and lymphaden metastasis. Results The positive rates of Survivin were 0(0/20) in normal mammary glands, 33. 3% (6/18) in hyperplasia of mammary glands and 72. 5% (45/62) in breast cancer. There were significant difference between them (X~2= 34. 62, P <0. 01 ). The expression of Survivin was closely correlated to the stage and lymphaden metatasis and survival time ( P <0.05 or P <0.01), and it was negatively correlated to the histological grade ( P >0.05).Conclusions The expression of Survivin shows an ascending tendency in the carcinogenesis and progres-sion of breast cancer. The Survivin can promote the invasion and the metastasis of the cancer cell, and it is closely correlated to the prognosis.

China Pharmacist 2014;(11):1929-1931
Objective:To investigate the participation of clinical pharmacists in the drug treatment regimen and the methods of pharmaceutical care. Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of one case of cervical malignant melanoma and pro-vided the comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including making the individualized anti-tumor treatment plan, calculating the dose, mo-nitoring the adverse drug reactions. Results: The therapeutic schedule suggested by clinical pharmacists was adopted to improve the clinical outcomes and reduce the adverse reactions. Conclusion: The participation of clinical pharmacists in the practice of clinical drug therapy can improve the level of drug therapy.
3.Determination of Ganciclovir concentration in dog serum by RP-HPLC
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(13):-
Objective To establish a method for determining Ganciclovir concentration in dog serum by RP-HPLC.Methods The serum was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.A C_(18) column(5 ?m,250?4.6 mm) was applied. The mobile phase was 15 mmol/L potassium phosphate buffer(pH 2.5) containing 0.25% acetonitrile. The flow rate was 1.75 ml/min.The detector set at 254 nm.Column tempetature was 40 ℃.Results The linearity was excellent over the range of 0.050 25-100.5 ?g/ml;The methodological recovery ranged from 96.565% to 105.718%.The within-day and between-days relative standard deviations(RSD) were less than 1.400% and 3.800% respectively. Conclusion The elaborated method is sensitive, precise and can be used in the pharmacokinetic studies.
5.Preparation and Observation of Dissolution Characteristics of Ganciclovir Dispersible Tablets in Vitro
China Pharmacy 2001;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE:To prepare ganciclovir dispersible tablet and to observe its dissolution property in vitro.METHODS:The dosage of microcrystalline cellulose and crospolyvinylpyrrolidone in the formula were optimized by orthogonal test; The content of ganciclovir was determined by UV spectrophotometry method;Dissolution rates were compared among ganciclovir dispersible tablet,Ganciclovir common tablet and Ganciclovir capsule.RESULTS:The optimized formula dosage of microcrystalline cellulose and crospolyvinylpyrrolidone were40%and10%respectively;The linear concentration range for ganciclovir was2~20?g/ml(r=0.9999,n=6);The average recovery was(100.21?0.38)%;The mean values of intraday and the inter-day precision were0.22%and0.32%respectively;The ganciclovir dispersible tablet could completely disinte-grated within30s,T 50 was(0.03?0.001)min and T d was(0.18?0.006)min,which were all lower than those of the common tablet and capsule(P
6.Animal models and antifibrotic therapy of hepatic fibrosis
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
Hepatic fibrosis is a wound-healing response to liver injury, which has complex celluar and molecular mechanisms. Animal models that similar to human hepatic fibrosis are important to explore further pathological mechanisms and more effective drug therapy for hepatic fibrosis. This article reviews recent progress in animal models and antifibrotic therapy related to hepatic fibrosis.
7.Angiogenesis in rheumatoid arthritis
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(10):-
Indices of angiogenesis are increased in synovia from patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and vascu-lar proliferation may contribute to the pathogenesis of synovitis, pan nus growth, bone and cartilage destruction, and osteophyte formation. Many proan giogenic factors are expressed in the synovium in RA. They have been shown to ha ve important effects in the angiogenic process in RA. So the blockade of angioge nesis appears to be a promising avenue for the future treatment of RA.

Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2016;25(11):808-810
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect and the impact for denture health by using a fixed denture to repair denti-tion defect of the elderly. Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with dentition defect(118 with tooth)were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2013,who were divided into control group and observation group after the relevant examination,45 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated by removable dentures, and patients in observation group received fixed denture repair. All patients were followed up for 2 years, the health status and the denture bleeding index between two groups were compared and evaluated by patients feedback and chewing ability tests. Results The clinical total effective rate of observation group after treatment was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The health effective rate of abutments of the observation group after 2 years was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Bleeding index of two groups after repair were significantly lower than those before, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),which reduced more obviously than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The fixed denture has high clinical value for elderly patients with dentition defect, which can effectively repair the complex tooth and tooth defect, with good effect and high safety.
9.Correlations between the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin A1c and N-Terminal pro-Brain Natriuretic peptide in aged diabetes mellitus patients with heart failure
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(7):909-910
Objective To explore the correlations between the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c)and N-Terminal pro-Brain Natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in aged diabetes mellitus(DM)patients with heart failure(HF).Methods 127 patients diagnosed as DM complicated by HF and detected HbA1c and NT-proBNP when admitted into hospital, were divided into three groups according to the levels of HBA1C as follows:group A,4%≤HbA1c≤6.9%;group B,7%≤HbA1≤7.9%;group C,HbA1c≥8%.The levels of NT-proBNP were measured and compared. Results There was no statistical difference between group A and B(P>0.05),where as the levels of NT-proBNP in group C increased significantly than that in group A and B(P<0.01);In group C,HbA1c was linear positively correlated to NT-proBNP(r=0.558,P<0.01).Conclusion Aged DM patients complicated by HF,the level of HbA1c between 4%and 7.9%was acceptable.Meawhile,HhA1c should the independent risk prediction factor for aged DM patients complicated by HF,which could be used as the guide to the clinical therapy to improve the prognosis.
