Objective To study the non-drug treatment factors which affecting the control rate of hypertension in the elderly. Methods A questionnaire survey was made in total 260 cases 60~83 years old hypertensive patients in Beijing Normal University. Results Among the hypertension patients, who under 70 years old ,female, nonsmoker and those with stage 1 hypertension, a short duration of hypertension and non-diabetes-hypertension have higher control rate (P<0.05). Conclusions Actively intervening plan for the risk factors and rationally utilizing the non-drug treatment in the people greatly improve the control rate of hypertension.
2.Progress of treatment in primary gastrointestinal tract non-Hodgkin lymphoma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2011;20(12):766-768
Gastrointestinal tract is the most common involved site of primary extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).Compared with intranodal NHL,treatment of primary gastrointestinal tract NHL is different.Combinational chemotherapy is the best choice for diffuse lesion.Surgery is used to control the local lesion, and is important in the control of the complications of GI tract.Radiation therapy is used to eliminate the remaining lesions and control serious local lesion.H.pylori eradication should be used for those who had H.pylori infection. Here we reviewed recent progress of treatment in PGI-NHL.
3.Inj ury mechanism and imaging features of ankylosing spondylitis with spinal fracture in patients at middle-late stage
Journal of Practical Radiology 2017;33(1):87-90,106
Objective To explore injury mechanism and imaging manifestations of ankylosing spondylitis (AS)with spinal frac-ture so as to reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Methods Imaging and clinical data of 1 5 patients with AS in combination with spinal fracture as well as 37 patients with common spinal fracture were reviewed retrospectively and analyzed subsequently. Results Among the patients with AS,1 1 had explicit trauma history,9 had three column fracture on images,7 had spinal canal compression or spinal cord inj ury,and 6 had fracture lines across the intervertebral disk.Among the patients with common spinal fracture, the corresponding number were 36,4,5 and 0 in sequence. There were significant differences between AS fracture group and common fracture group in trauma history (χ2=4.565,P<0.05),three column fracture (χ2=11.274,P<0.05),spinal canal compression or spinal cord injury (χ2=4.873,P<0.05)and fracture across the intervertebral disk (χ2=13.041,P<0.05).Conclusion There are obvious differences between AS with spinal fracture and common spinal fracture in injury mechanism.X-ray,CT and MRI have different advantages in the diagnosis of AS with spinal fracture, and choosing appropriate imaging techniques may reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
4.Experimental study in the effect of various intracranial hypertension upon the cerebral blood flow by transcranial Doppler
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2012;21(2):160-163
Objective To investigate the changes of transcranial Doppler (TCD) patterns and parameters in various intracranial hypertension. Methods Sixty rabbits were randomized into 3 groups:control group, the group of mild-to-moderate intracranial hypertension, the group of serious intracranial hypertension.Acute intracranial hypertension was induced by inflating the balloon inserted into the epidural space.Blood flow velocity was measured with TCD and intracranial pressure (ICP) as well as cerebral perfusion pressure(CPP) was measured.Mannitol was injected to the animals of intracranial hypertension, blood flow velocity and ICP was measured.ResultsTwo characteristic flow patterns vere observed in the group of mild-to-moderate intracranial hypertension:high resistance pattern, systolic flow.At the last stage of extreme intracranial hypertension in the group of serious intracranial hypertension Doppler sonograms showed three characteristic flow patterns in the following sequence:retrograde diastolic flow, very small systolic flow and zero flow.Multiform retrograde diastolic flows were related to the phases of brain death.Very small systolic flow showed three shapes:systolic-spike,small systolic triangular and small double peak.AftermedicinaltreatmentICPdecreasedinthethegroupofmild-to-moderateintracranial hypertension, blood flow velocity also increased. After the same treatment IC,P and blood flow velocity did not change in the group of serious intracranial hypertension.ConclusionsAnalysing patterns and parameters of TCD may be helpful for evaluating ICP indirectly as well as clinical experience.
6.Update of critical care medicine 2013
Chinese Critical Care Medicine 2014;26(1):3-10
The present review concluded remarkable globe clinical achievements in the field of critical care medicine during 2013.Briefly,new international sepsis management guideline, high frequency oscillatory ventilation, hydroxyethyl starch,immune-nutritional therapy, fecal transplantation and infection controlling became the highlighting topics.Additionally,it is also worthy to note the apparent disparity in the resuhs between meta-analyses suggesting a treatment advantage and following large-scale randomized trials that have failed to detect such differences in treatment outcomes.Nonetheless,we still expect the emerging of ongoing investigations may provide clarity in these area.
7.The Effect of Cataplasma of Artemisia Argyi by Supercritical CO2 Fluid Extraction in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis Rats
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2013;(7):839-844
[Objective] The aim of this study is to investigate the mechanism and curative effect of cataplasma of Artemisia Argyi by supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction to rat weight, foot swel ing, interleukin-1β, interleukin-17 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the adjuvant arthritis rat models;and afford theoreti-cal evidence for clinical work.[Methods]50 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:Control group, Model group, Low-dose treatment group, Medium-dose treatment group, High-dose treatment group. Model and al treatment goups took CFA for model ing. After establishing animal models of AA rats, the first group and second group used cataplasm without active drug ingredients. Other groups were given treatment according to dif-ferent drug doses. Assess the joint swel ing degree at different times. Measure the arthritic index and rat weight in two weeks. After 21 days ,detect the cy-tokines level of IL-lβ,IL-17 and TNF-α from the rat's serum and examine the pathological changes of joint observed by HE . [Results]Cataplasma of Artemisia Argyi by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction can significantly reduce rat foot swel ing of the ankle joint pathology ,reduce arthritis score and slow down the weight loss, meanwhile, effectively improve the general daily behavior of rats. The standard of IL-1β,IL-17,TNF-α in serum can be decreased by cataplasma of Artemisia Argyi by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction. The pathological result showed: in the treatment group, the rats synovial hyperplasia the vesselwing reduced, the inflammatory cel infiltration was more decreased than the model group. [Conclusion]The result showed that the cataplasma of Artemisia Argyi by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction had an obvious effect in treating RA. The mechanism was probably that it regulated the immune dis-order of RA.

Conclusion According to the parents' real experience and feelings, medical staffs should pay attention to parents' psychological conditions, giving them necessary knowledge and psychological nursing so as to reduce the parents' psychological tension, improve the quality of life and promote the recovery after surgery.
9.The Effects of Zinc and Micronutrients on Intelligence and Growth in Children
Journal of Chinese Physician 2002;0(S1):-
Before and after zinc and micro-nutrients supplement the changes of intelligence and growth in 108 healthy children aged 7~8yrs were studied. The children were randomly divided into 3 groups:zinc supplement(Z),zinc+micronutrients supplement(Z+M),and micronutrients supplement(M),Before the supplements, hair Zn contemt of children was 2 28?0 74?mol/g and 22 22% of the hair Zn content was lower than 1 68?mol/g?There was a positive correlation between intelligence quotient(IQ) and hair Zn content .After supplement, there were no significant changes among the 3 groups on hair Zn content .The changes of IQ and cognition in Z+M group and M group were significantly higher than Z group, and there was no significant difference between Z+M group and M group. The change of knee height in Z+M group was markedly higher than M group and Z group, while M group was sgnificantly higher than Z group. The results demonstrated that zinc deficiency might not be the main factor that affects the intelligence and growth children, perhaps other micronutrients deficiency should be paid more attention. The simultaneous supplement of zinc and micronutrients may promote the intelligence and growth of children.
10. Histopathologic features of rim enhancement MRI for breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;31(6):625-629
Objective: To investigate the histopathologic features of rim enhancement MRI of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma (IDC). Methods: Routine and dynamic contrast enhanced MRI was used to examine 65 patients with breast lumps. Thirty of the 65 patients who were pathologically confirmed to have breast IDC were included in the present study. The manifestations of dynamic contrast enhanced MRI and the histopathologic parameters of the masses (the size of cancer nest, stroma type, microvessel density and degree of fibrosis) were observed. And the relationship of MR findings with the above-mentioned histopathologic features was analyzed. Results: Peripheral rim enhancement was obvious in IDC and a type-III (washout) time/signal intensity course was the dominant type (17/30,56.7%). The average enhancement rate during the first post-contrast minute(ΔSI1 %) was higher than 75% in IDC. The 30 IDCs fell into small (13,43%), medium(12,40%), and large (5,17%) groups according to the size of cancer nest; and into delicate(5,17%), narrow(16,53%), and broad(9,30%) groups according to the cancer stroma type. Early rim enhancement was associated with a small cancer nest (P<0.05), a high ratio of peripheral-to-central microvessel density, and a low ratio of peripheral-to-central fibrosis (P<0.01). Delayed rim enhancement was significantly associated with narrow stroma (P<0.05). Conclusion: Rim enhancement and washout sign on contrast-enhanced MR imaging of the breast IDC are associated not only with angiogenesis, but also with various histological features of the cancinoma, including the size of cancer nests, width of stroma, and degree of fibrosis.
