1.Value of CT Scanning in Diagnosis of Pancreatic Carcinomal and Its Clinical Significance
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the CT manifestation of pancreatic carcinoma proved by patholoical results. Methods The patients were supine. Both plain and three-phase dynamic contrast-enhanced CT scan were performed. 100 ml of Ominipaque was injected at a rate of 2~4ml/s, with 5~10 mm slice thickness and interval. Results CT scanning clearly showed the direct signs or indirect signs of pancreatic carcinomal, which include: pancreatic mass, obstructive dilatation of the bile duct and pancreatic duct, the visualization of the abnormal large peripancreatic vessels, lymph node metastasis, etc. Conclusion Plain CT scanning shows clearly manifestation of pancreatic carcinomal and the surrounding tissue, and three-phase dynamic contrast-enhanced CT scan can clearly display the tiny changes of pancreatic parenchyma. Therefore it is valuable for diagnosis of pancreatic carcinomal.
2.Efficacy evaluation of the resection of nasal inverted papilloma under nasal endoscope
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(8):60-62,63
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the resection of nasal inverted papilloma (NIP) under endoscope. Methods: A total of 100 patients with NIP from April 2008 to December 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into endoscopic surgery group (endoscopic group) and conventional surgery group (conventional group), each with 50 cases. All patients were followed up for 2 years, whose recurrence, complications and satisfaction were observed. Results: The patients were followed up for 2 years, and the recurrence rate between the two groups was not statistically significant (x2=0.96,P>0.05). The traditional group had a higher incidence of complications than the endoscopic group, and the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.16,P<0.05). Endoscopic patients’ satisfaction was higher, and the difference was statistically significant (x2=5.02,P<0.05).Conclusion: The resection of (NIP) under endoscope can reduce the incidence of complication, improve patient satisfaction, and will not increase the recurrence rate, which is an effective means of treatment to the NIP.
3.Protective effects of jujube polysaccharide on liver injury model mice induced by ethionine or paracetamol
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(08):-
Objective: To explore the protective effects of jujube polysaccharide on liver injury model mice induced by ethionine and paracetamol. Methods: Liver injury mice model was induced by gavage with ethionine suspension or intraperitoneal injection of parcharide. ALT levels in serum and liver histopathological changes were measured, the protective effect of jujube polysaccharide on liver injury model mice induced by ethionine or paracetamol was observed. Results: Mice liver injury model can be successfully established by gavage with ethionine or intraperitoneal injection of paracetamol. High and low-dose jujuba polysaccharide and the glucurolactone groups can significantly lower the ALT levels in serum and significantly improve pathological changes in liver injury model. Conclusion: Jujube polysaccharide had good protective effects on liver injury model mice induced by ethionine or paracetamol.

Objective To explore the effect of curcumine on rat cerebral ischemia model of blood stasis. Methods The blood-stasis rat model was established by injection of dexamethasone, then was given gastric infusion curcumine suspension for 10 continuous days. One hour after administration on the 11th day,we made ligation of the bilatory common carotid arteries of rats for 30 min to induce cerebral ischemia rat model. The rat blood sample was used for the detection of whole blood viscosity, and the brain was taken out for the observation of cerebral homogenate ATP and the pathological changes of brain tissue. Results The blood-stasis rats model was established successfully by intramuscular injection of dexamethasone, and cerebral ischemia rats model was established successfully by ligation of bilateral common carotid artery.Compared with the model group, curcumine could significantly reduce the whole blood viscosity of blood-stasis rats model of cerebral ischemia, and significantly increase the activity of Na+-K+-ATP,Mg2+ATP,Ca2+-ATP and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP in brain homogenate, significant relieve the atrophy of nerve cells and glial cells of the model rats. Conclusion Curcumine can significantly improve the whole blood viscosity,ATP activity in the brain homogenate and morphological changes of brain tissue in rats model of blood stasis.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between score of Uchida-Kraepelin test, achievement and stability of emotion Method: 353 cadets received Uchida-Kraepelin test and EPQ, their academic achievement and flying performance were also recorded Results: According to Uchida-Kraepelin test, those with high ability and low disorder had better flying performance than those with low ability and high disorder (t=2 23, P

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 2000;0(06):-
To explore the effects of dietary conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) on body fat accumulation in male Wistar rats. The obese rat model was established by feeding high lipid forage. The rats were fed a semi-purified diet containing 0.5,1.0,3.0g?kg -1 CLA for 36 days. Low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group all could remarkably reduce the gain of body weight. Low dose group could reduce the body adipose, middle and high dose group could remarkably decrease the body adipose. There were significant differences in the fat and protein contents in the rats thigh between the control group and the group fed high dose CLA. These results suggested that CLA can reduce the body fat in obese Wistar rats.

Objective: To explore the recovery process and the influence factors of post-partum depression (PPD) .Methods:22 women with PPD and 34 women of non-PPD were investigated with the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) and the Delivery Woman General Situation Questionnaire (DWGSQ) at 18 months and 30 months after childbirth. Results:The EPDS scores of PPD (11.27?3.49 at 18 months;10.91?4.59 at 30 months) were significantly higher than that of non-PPD (7.59?3.83 at 18months;7.47?4.09 at 30 months) (t 1=3.636, P 1

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2015;(4):461-464
Endoplasmic reticulum is an important organelle in eu-karyotic cells.Endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS)is usually triggered under cell hypoxia, carbohydrate undersupply or medi-cal treatment. Now,present studies show that ERS could activate several cell signal pathways and the UPR pathway is most widely researched. When UPR activates cell signal pathway,it can reg-ulate cancer drug resistance by involving with DNA damage re-pair,apoptotic suppression and autophagy.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2000;0(11):-
Objective To explore diagnosis and treatment of traumatic chylothorax. Methods We summarized 16 cases with traumatic chylothorax from 1385 patients who suffered from thoracic trauma from Dec.1980 to Dec.2001. Among them, 4 cases had left chylothorax, 11 cases had right chylothorax, and 1 case had bilateral chylothorax. 11 cases were treated with conservative therapy and 5 cases were treated by ligation of thoracic duct. Results 2 patients died, and the others were cured. Conclusion Diagnosed early and treated suitably, traumatic chylothorax can readily be cured, otherwise it would be delayed.
