1.The clinical effect study of autologous cultured pure melanocytes for treatment of patients with vitiligo
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2013;(9):10-12
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of autologous cultured pure melanocytes for treatment of patients with acral vitiligo. Methods Sixty-two (including 96 skin lesions) patients with acral vitiligo were divided into two groups by treatment methods:narrow-spectrum midwave ultraviolet ray treatment group (group A) 50 skin lesions and autologous cultured pure melanocytes group (group B) 46skin lesions. The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared. The melanocyte division time (MDT) was calculated. Results The effective rate in group B was significantly higher than that in group A [71.7%(33/46) vs.36.0%(18/50),P< 0.05].No significant relationship was found between clinical efficacy with age, position of skin lesions and course of disease in group B (P >0.05),however,the clinical efficacy was significantly related with MDT in group B (P< 0.05).Conclusion Autologous cultured pure melanocytes is an effective method for the treatment of acral vitiligo, and the MDT plays a major role in affecting its clinical efficacy.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(12):705-706,716
There are six main topics in acute leukemia at 56th (2014) American Society of Hematology annual meeting. The preleukemic cells were investigated in serial clinical trials. The application of High dose daunorbicin is the main topic in the area of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) chemotherapy. The application of tyrosine kinase inhibitors is the main topic in the area of target therapy of AML.The application of arsenic is the main topic in the area of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) treatment.AG221,an IDH2 inhibitor, and RG7388,MDM2 inhibitor, are promising target drugs for AML.CAR-T cellular immunotherapy is the hot topic in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
5.Clinical analysis of 15 childr en with Takayasu arteritis
Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2015;(7):460-463
Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment programs in children with Takayasu arteritis (TA) in order to improve awareness of the disease. Methods A retrospective study of hospi-talized children with TA in our hospital from Jan. 1999 to Dec. 2012 was performed. Results Between the 15 patients with TA, the ratio of male to female was 1∶2. The onset was from 14 months to 15 years old, with average age at (10 ±4) years old. It is according to (the European League against Rheumatism/the Pediatric Rheumatology European Society (EULAR/PRES) criteria for the diagnosis of TA. The most common clinical manifestations are hypertension, which occurred in 13 cases(87%), weak pulse or pulseless in 11 cases (73%), and heart failure in 10 cases (67%). About two-thirds of patients were diagnosed when the onset of heart failure occurred. The most common clinical type was type Ⅱ, which occrred in 9 cases (60%). Antihypertensive drugs, oral steroid and congestive heart failure controlling were the main treatment. Three patients with positive purifiedproteinderivative (PPD) test received anti-TB treatment. Three patients had vascular bypass surgery, one patient had percutaneous transluminal angioplasty. Conclusion TA may be life-threatening and progressive. Many patients are with advanced disease at the time of treatment, so the prognosis is generally poor. Early recognition is necessary to initiate appropriate therapy. The disease should be considered in patients with unexplained arterial hypertension or unexplained inflammatory syndromes without local signs.
6.Mechanisms of COX-2 inhibitors combinated with cisplatin for lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(3):200-202
Selective COX-2 inhibitors can promote the apoptosis of tumor cells and block the growth of new blood vessels through the inhibition of ring oxidase, vascular endothelial growth factor, microvessel and so on. Research shows that COX-2 is overexpressed in vascular and endothelial cells of lung cancer, select COX-2 inhibitors to adjuvant chemotherapy, not only can directly inhibit the tumor proliferation, but also can reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy drugs, and enhance the curative effect. To investigate the effects of selec-tive COX-2 inhibitors and cisplatin in lung cancer angiogenesis and its mechanism, will be a hope for the clini-cal treatment of tumor.
7.Research progress of acute myeloid leukemia: reports from the 57th American Society of Hematology annual meeting
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2016;25(1):26-28
There are several main topics in acute myelogenous leukemia at the 57th American Society of Hematology annual meeting, including the optimization about induction and consolidation chemotherapy for AML, the investigation of targeted drugs in AML first line therapy, the marker for AML MRD monitoring, the differentiation drugs, such as tamibarotene in APL, the definition about refractory AML, the induction therapy for blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN). This article reviewed the research progress of AML in the 57th ASH annual meeting.
8.Roles of integrin and vascular endothelial growth factor in angiogenesis
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(08):-
Integrin is a main factor that mediates adhesive attraction between the cell and the extracellular matrix, and it participates in the formation of new vessel lumens and the construction of the rete vasculosum by regulating endothelial cell adhesion and migration. The extracellular matrix is the ligand of integrin.Collagen and laminin's deposition form new vessel lumens. The vascular endothelial growth factor promotes the proliferation of endothelial cells, accelerates angiogenesis and increases the permeability of blood vessels. This review focuses on the roles and correlation of integrin and VEGF in angiogenesis.
9.Establishment of ELISA method for testing tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) infecting Zingiber officinale Rosc
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2017;33(9):1355-1358,1360
Objective:In order to establish ELISA method for testing tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) infecting Zingiber officinale Rosc. Methods: Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV) infecting Zingiber officinale Rosc was tested by RT-PCR.Zingiber officinale Rosc leaves which only contained TMV were choiced.TMV particle was purified by centrifugation method.TMV CP was purified through preparation electrophoresis including 12% SDS-PAGE first and then 5%-20% gradient SDS-PAGE.Polyacrylamide gel contained TMV CP was ground into suspension.Mice were immuned with the suspension and antiserum was obtained.Antiserum quality was tested by Western blot and ELISA test.IgG was purified through affinity chromatography method.IgG solution was concentrated and dialyzed to a suitable concentration. The IgG then mixed with glycerol. Results: IgG in antiserum only combined with TMV CP protein and it could combine with nature TMV particle CP protein. Its quality was up to standard. Conclusion: Establishment of ELISA method for testing TMV infecting Zingiber offcinale Rosc is successfull by using this IgG.
10.Influencing factors of life quality in lung cancer patients
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(6):447-449
Clinical studies show that the factors that impact the quality of life (QOL) in patients with lung cancer are comprehensive.Physiological factors include breathing difficulties,cancer-related fatigue.Depression, anxiety and other psychological factors also play a major role.Social and family support is also crucial to improve the QOL in patients with lung cancer.
