1.Marketing License System of Drugs at Home and Abroad:A Comparative Study
China Pharmacy 2007;0(34):-
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the evolvement of the current drug marketing license system in China. METHODS: The registry classification, the drug registration procedure and the combination of marketing license and production license both at home and abroad were analyzed comparatively. In addition, the necessity and feasibility of the drug marketing license system in China were analyzed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The current drug marketing license system that centered on license No. goes against the investigation of legal ability, drug administration mode, medicine technology transfer system and original equipment manufacture thus remains be reformed. There is still difficulty for the enforcement of drug marketing licensor system, yet it should be carried out step by step until its establishment.
2.Clinic Treatment of Infective Diabetic Foot
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical characteristics and the present condition of infective diabetic foot. METHODS A total of 100 cases with infective diabetic foot were classified into the wet gangrene and composite gangrene, and treated by the systemic and local modality in combination. RESULTS The cure rate of the wet gangrene and composite gangrene was 29.5% and 18.2%, respectively and the effective rate was 83.3% and 68.2%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS The combined therapy is effective for the treatment of diabetic foot.
3.Clinical Study of Mind- and Qi-regulating Acupuncture for the Treatment of Postoperative Gastroplegia
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;(1):34-35
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mind- and qi-regulating acupuncture in treating postoperative gastroplegia. Methods Thirty-six patients with postoperative gastroplegia were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 18 cases each. The control group received conventional acupuncture and the treatment group, acupuncture at points for regulating mind and qi (Baihui, Sishencong and Yindang) in addition. Pre- and post-treatment Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) scores and gastric drainage volumes, and the number of treatments and the recovery rate were recorded in the patients. Comparisons of them were made between the two groups. Results There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the HAMD score in the two groups (P<0.01). There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the HAMD score between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in gastric drainage volume in the two groups (P<0.01). There were statistically significant differences in the number of treatments and the recovery and marked efficacy rate between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Mind- and qi-regulating acupuncture helps recovery and can also reduce the number of treatments in gastroplegia patients.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of senile patients with lumbar disc protrusion . Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of senile lumbar disc protrusion from 1990 to 2000 were reviewed retrospectively. Results 48 patients had been followed for 6 months to 7.5 years with average 4 years. Excellent and good results were 41 cases (85.4%).Conclusions There was atypical symptom in the senile patients with lumbar disc protrusion. CT was an important methods for diagnosis. The after concomitant diseases were controlled, resecting half vertebral lamina and enlarging fenestration were performed. The therapeutic results were satisfactory.
5.High-intensity Interval Training for Aerobic Capacity and Physical Health (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2016;22(1):13-18
The high-intensity interval training often consisted of groups of interval high-intensity exercise of exhaustion or above 90%maximal oxygen consumption, which can be applied to improve aerobic capacity. Adaption of skeletal muscles might be resulted from high-intensity interval training, including recruitment, glucose metabolism and activity of mitochondrial oxidase, etc., and improve maxi-mum oxygen uptake. It has been used for physical fitness, such as weight reduction, rehabilitation of heart diseases and diabetes mellitus, etc.
6.Clinical application of anti-carbamylated protein antibody
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2016;29(4):421-426
Rheumatoid arthritis ( RA) was a common autoimmune disease characterized with main clinical manifestations of chronic inflammation in joints.Anti-carbamylated proteins(anti-CarP)antibody, as a promising bio-marker, played a crucial role in the diagnosis of RA patients and the screening of pre-RA patients .In this article , recent progress on the study of anti-CarP antibody and RA related diseases has been reviewed , which was expected to provide new references for the diagnosis and treatment of related clinical diseases .

9.The protection of spinal cord disfunction caused by acute ischemia
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate ischemia preconditioning (IP) and intermittent ischemia (II) in ameliorating the incidence of paraplegia. MethodCross clamping of the infrarenal aorta in New-Zealand rabbit was used to establish a spinal cord ischemia model. 25 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups. The continuous ischemia(CS) group (n=10) with the aorta clamped for 40 minutes. While in the IP group (n=6) the aorta was clamped for 3 sessions each lasting for 5 min, with 5 min interval between the sessions before 40 minutes clamping, in the Ⅱ group (n=9) the 40 min clamping was interposed by a 15 min interval. The muscle force of the lower extremity, the excitatory amino acid (EAA) in CSF, the malondiadehyde (MDA)in spinal cord and the pathology were compared between the groups.Result The muscle force of the lower extremity was better in Ⅱ and IP group than that in CS group (3.4?1.0) in Ⅱ, (3.5?0.8) in IP vs (1.3?1.4) in CS, all P

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(03):-
ObjectiveTo analyze the postoperative complications and mortality in patients with portal hypertension and its prevention.MethodsFrom December 1988 to December 1998, we have surgically treated portal hypertension in 302 cases.ResultsForty-two(13.9%) patients had complications. Some complications were related to the operative method and the expertise, others were related to the disease and patients′ condition. The main relative factors of complications were: age over 50,liver function grade C, emergency operation, and moderate or severe esophageal varices. 64 patients died at follow-up of surgical complications, rebleeding, encephalopathy and systemic failure. ConclusionThe standard operative maneuver, perioperative intensive therapy and avoidance of emergency operation were important in reducing the complications. More attention should be paid to patients with old age, poor liver function and repeated bleeding. Postoperative patients should be regularly followed-up. Every measures should be undertaken to improve the patients′ general condition in order to lower bleeding, encephalopathy and mortality.
