China Pharmacy 2007;0(29):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of cefepime in human plasma.METHODS:The separation of sample was carried on a Diamonsil C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of 20 mmol?L-1 ammonium acetate(which was adjusted to pH=5.00 by acetic acid)-acetonitrile(90∶10) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm;the sample size was 20 ?L,and the column temperature was set at room temperature.RESULTS:The linear range of cefepime was 0.2~50.0 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 6),with the lower limit of quantitation at 0.2 ?g?mL-1.The average methodological recovery was 99.16%(RSD=1.29%) and the average extraction recovery was 85.43%(RSD=2.37%).The inter-day RSD and intra-day RSD were all less than 10%.CONCLUSION:The method was simple, sensitive, rapid and accurate and can be used for the pharmacokinetic and bioavailability study of Cefepime.

Chinese Journal of Infection Control 2015;(7):455-458
Objective To evaluate the feasible hand hygiene intervention methods to improve health care workers’ (HCWs)hand hygiene compliance, and reduce healthcare-associated infection(HAI)rate. Methods The surgical department in a hospital was selected as intervention department, intervention department was conducted baseline investigation in January-February 2013,multimodel intervention measures were conducted between March 2013 and April 2014,post-intervention survey was performed by the same method as baseline survey in May-June 2014,hand hygiene of HCWs as well as occurrence of HAI between before and after intervention was compared respectively. Results After intervention,HCWs’hand hygiene compliance before and after patient contact both enhanced signifi-cantly;HCWs’hand hygiene compliance rate increased from 53.32% before intervention to 69.27% after interven-tion,the difference was significant(χ2= 26.19,P<0.001 ). HCWs’hand hygiene modes before patient contact:liquid soap plus running water before intervention(67.02% ),alcohol-based hand rub after intervention (61 .08% );HCWs’hand hygiene modes after patient contact :both liquid soap plus running water before and after intervention (86.40% and 70.41% respectively). Before intervention, hand dry method of HCWs before and after patient con-tact was by wiping with uniforms, after intervention was by wiping with paper towel. HAI in intervention depart-ment decreased from 3.08% before intervention to 2.00% after intervention, the difference was significant(χ2=7.76,P= 0.005).Conclusion Multimodel intervention measures in intervention department can effectively improve HCWs’hand hygiene compliance rate.
3.Efficiency of Low-temperature Sterilization Using Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE To observe the efficiency of new low-temperature sterilization method using(hydrogen) peroxide gas plasma sterilization system.METHODS The hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilization system of STERRAD 100S was monitored for 157 sterilization cycles.RESULTS From them 134 cycles were(completed,) 23 cycles were(cancelled.) All cycles were completed with negative results either in biological culture or in chemical indicators.CONCLUSIONS The STERRAD Sterilization System involves the combined use of hydrogen peroxide and low-temperature gas plasma to sterilize most medical devices and materials rapidly and safely without leaving any toxic residues. As nursing develops, the new sterilization system is efficient and convenient. However,it also has own limitations. Therefore,it is desirable to fully understand the normal procedure of system according to the operation instruction.

Objective To study the effects of propofol pretreatment on S100? and neurosecretion enzyme (NSE) of brain tissues with global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rat, and to evaluate the effects of propofol in protection of brain. Methods 30 SD male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham operation group (group A, n=10); single cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group (group B, n=10); propofol pretreatment at 2h before ischemia group (group C, n=10), in which propofol (100mg/kg) was given intraperitoneally (ip) before ischemia. 24h after ischemia-reperfusion, the neuroethology scores were recorded and evaluated, and S100? and NSE in rat brain were determined. Results The neuroethology scores of group A were higher than those of group B (P

Aim To study the effects and mechanism of Guanxinkang capsules on myocardial injury induced by isoproterenol in rats. Methods 30 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group, acute myocardial ischemia group and Guanxinkang capsules group.Rats were given injections of ISO subcutaneously.Electrocardiography were performed, serum and myocardium creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase MBmass(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and nitric oxide(NO) were detected, and the levels of NO and endothelins(ET) in myocardium were measured as well. Results The rising degree of ST-T obviously decreased in Guanxinkang capsules group, and the levels of serum CK,CK-MB and LDH decreased in Guanxinkang capsules group, compared with those of acute myocardial ischemia group(P

International Journal of Surgery 2015;42(2):138-141
Breast malignant lymphoma refers to occur in the breast malignant tumor of the lymphoid tissue.Breast malignant lymphoma which belongs to outside of lymph tissue malignant tumor can be divided into two categories:one category is the secondary breast lymphoma (SBL),another kind is the primary malignant lymphoma of the breast (PBL).Because the rate of PBL was low and the difficulty of preoperative diagnosis, illness development is rapid and high malignant degree,we should improve the attention of clinicians.Based on the discussion of primary breast lymphoma pathological changes, histological types, clinical manifestations, this article focuses on the progress of diagnosis and treatment of the PBL.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2015;(11):1761-1765
Effects of microfiltration membrane adsorption for eight types of pesticides with diverse physicochemical properties on direct injection liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric method ( DI-LC-MS/MS) were investigated. The results showed that the adsorption effects ( AE,%) on the loss of signal detection at concentration of 2. 5 μg/L ranged from 8%-92%, 0%-81% and 2%-59% for nylon (NYL), polyethersulfone ( PES) and hydrophilic polypropylene ( GHP) membrane, respectively ( accumulated volume of feed is 1 mL). The pesticides with higher octanol-water partition coefficient (lgKow) values appeared to adsorb onto the membrane surface more readily than those with lower lgKow. The AE was found to be alleviated as the feed volume of samples increased to 10 mL, except the case of profenofos adsorption on PES membrane ( AE=9%) . The effects of PES membrane on the eight pesticides at initial individual concentration of 0 . 25 , 2. 5 and 25 μg/L were also studied. The results showed that, the lower the initial concentration of pesticides, the stronger adsorption effect under the same filtration conditions was obtained. Besides, it was effective in eliminating the membrane adsorption effects by adding 40% methanol ( V/V) into water samples as a modifier, which could consequently improve the accuracy of DI-LC-MS/MS.
