China Pharmacy 2007;0(29):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of cefepime in human plasma.METHODS:The separation of sample was carried on a Diamonsil C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of 20 mmol?L-1 ammonium acetate(which was adjusted to pH=5.00 by acetic acid)-acetonitrile(90∶10) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm;the sample size was 20 ?L,and the column temperature was set at room temperature.RESULTS:The linear range of cefepime was 0.2~50.0 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 6),with the lower limit of quantitation at 0.2 ?g?mL-1.The average methodological recovery was 99.16%(RSD=1.29%) and the average extraction recovery was 85.43%(RSD=2.37%).The inter-day RSD and intra-day RSD were all less than 10%.CONCLUSION:The method was simple, sensitive, rapid and accurate and can be used for the pharmacokinetic and bioavailability study of Cefepime.

Chinese Journal of Infection Control 2015;(7):455-458
Objective To evaluate the feasible hand hygiene intervention methods to improve health care workers’ (HCWs)hand hygiene compliance, and reduce healthcare-associated infection(HAI)rate. Methods The surgical department in a hospital was selected as intervention department, intervention department was conducted baseline investigation in January-February 2013,multimodel intervention measures were conducted between March 2013 and April 2014,post-intervention survey was performed by the same method as baseline survey in May-June 2014,hand hygiene of HCWs as well as occurrence of HAI between before and after intervention was compared respectively. Results After intervention,HCWs’hand hygiene compliance before and after patient contact both enhanced signifi-cantly;HCWs’hand hygiene compliance rate increased from 53.32% before intervention to 69.27% after interven-tion,the difference was significant(χ2= 26.19,P<0.001 ). HCWs’hand hygiene modes before patient contact:liquid soap plus running water before intervention(67.02% ),alcohol-based hand rub after intervention (61 .08% );HCWs’hand hygiene modes after patient contact :both liquid soap plus running water before and after intervention (86.40% and 70.41% respectively). Before intervention, hand dry method of HCWs before and after patient con-tact was by wiping with uniforms, after intervention was by wiping with paper towel. HAI in intervention depart-ment decreased from 3.08% before intervention to 2.00% after intervention, the difference was significant(χ2=7.76,P= 0.005).Conclusion Multimodel intervention measures in intervention department can effectively improve HCWs’hand hygiene compliance rate.
3.Efficiency of Low-temperature Sterilization Using Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE To observe the efficiency of new low-temperature sterilization method using(hydrogen) peroxide gas plasma sterilization system.METHODS The hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilization system of STERRAD 100S was monitored for 157 sterilization cycles.RESULTS From them 134 cycles were(completed,) 23 cycles were(cancelled.) All cycles were completed with negative results either in biological culture or in chemical indicators.CONCLUSIONS The STERRAD Sterilization System involves the combined use of hydrogen peroxide and low-temperature gas plasma to sterilize most medical devices and materials rapidly and safely without leaving any toxic residues. As nursing develops, the new sterilization system is efficient and convenient. However,it also has own limitations. Therefore,it is desirable to fully understand the normal procedure of system according to the operation instruction.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(24):4557-4560
BACKGROUND: Chondron is a basic microanatomical unit of articular cartilage. lncreasing evidence suggests that the pericellular matrix (PCM) is a distinct functional compartment in articular cartilage, influencing the metabolic, micromechanical environment, and degeneration of chondrocytes. But the precise functions and action mechanism need further investigation.OBJECTIVE: To review the literature pertinent to the morphology, function, isolation of the chondron in articular cartilage, and its degenerative events during the progression of osteoarthritis (OA).METHODS: This review summarized the articles published in the PubMed database before July 2009. In addition, recent data and figure of our laboratory on the morphology and biomechanics of chondron and chondrocyte were supplemented. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The PCM is primarily characterized by the presence of type Ⅵ collagen, and these components are widespread in the expansive extracellular matrix (ECM) in newborns, while in mature the components are mainly localized to a narrow pericellular zone. The three-dimensional morphology of chondron has been recently quantified in situ with fluorescence confocal microscopy, and the mechanical properties of the isolated individual chondrons and their PCM are measured using the micropipette technique and atomic force microscopy. More studies have shown that the presence of the PCM in chondrons has a profound influence on chondrocyte gene expression. At the same time, structural, histochemical and biomechanical studies indicate the chondron and their PCM may undergo degenerative processes with osteoarthritis, similar to those occurring in the ECM, Although the precise function of the PCM is unknown, increasing evidence in vivo or in vitro suggests that the PCM is a basic microanatomical unit in articular cartilage, influencing the metabolic and micromechanical environment of chondrocytes.Department of Orthopedics, the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, Shanxi Key Laboratory of Bone and Soft Tissue Injury Repair,Taiyuan 030001,Shanxi Province,China

Objective To find out the features and causes of the complications of multiple system organs failure (MSOF) in pregnancy and increase the level of its prevention and treatment. Methods A retrospective study was carried out on 13 cases with the complication of MSOF in pregnancy admitted between Feb 1992~ Jun 1999. Results There were two or more organs or systems function failure in the pregnancy. Four cases induced by infection, 5 cases induced by heart diseases, 3 cases induced by pregnancy induced hypertension, 1 case induced by amniotic fluid embolism. 12 of 13 were cured.1 was died. Among them one infant was died. Conclusions During the treatment of pregnancy with multiple system organs failure, it is important to control the causes and inducements. It is forcible to terminate pregnancy in time and choose a best style of delivery. It is better to keep watch on saving multiple system organs function.
