Objective To discuss the influence of Recipe Wenzhongxiaotan to S180 bearing cancer mouse interfered by cold pathogenic factor and study correlation factor index. Methods To treat S180 bearing cancer mouse by interfere in ice water with Recipe Wenzhongxiaotan, with the control of Recipe Xiaotansanjie group and chemotherapy group, the change of morphology and rectal temperature in mouse, growth velocity and volume in tumor after treatment with Recipe Wenzhongxiaotan were observed, and TXB2 in plasma of mouse was detected by RIA. Results It showed late and short in chilly morphology and rectal temperature amplitude small than other groups in Recipe Wenzhongxiaotan group. The rate to restrain tumor growth was 86.69%, 75.29%, 87.55% in Recipe Wenzhongxiaotan group, Recipe Xiaotansanjie group and chemotherapy group (FT-207), respectively. TXB2 was near in Recipe Xiaotansanjie group and chemotherapy group and the difference was significant compared cold model group (P 0.05) in Recipe Wenzhongxiaotan. Conclusions It may be restrain tumor growth which S180 tumor-bearing mice interfered by cold pathogenic factor and degrade TXB2 in Recipe Wenzhongxiaotan, the rate to restrain tumor growth was near to FT-207 and Recipe Xiaotansanjie.

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of warming spleen and stomach for dispersing phlegm recipe (Wenzhong Xiaotan Recipe, WZXTR), a compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine, on expression of interleukin-8 (IL-8) in S(180) tumor tissue in mice, and to explore the effectiveness and its mechanism. METHODS: Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups: untreated group, cold water-treated group, cold water and WZXTR-treated group, cold water and dispersing phlegm and eliminating stagnation recipe (Xiaotan Sanjie Recipe, XTSJR, another compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine) treated group, cold water and tegafur-treated group. Mice in the latter 4 groups were fed 0-4 degrees centigrade cold distilled water 10 ml/(kg x d) one week before tumor inoculation for 3 weeks. Mice in the 5 groups were inoculated neoplastic cells which were diluted 2 x 10(7)/ml with normal saline in the right armpit at the second week. Forty-eight hours later, the mice were given drugs intragastrically (WZXTR, XTSJR and tegafur, respectively). The mice were continually intervened by cold water in the morning and given drugs in the afternoon. Mice in the cold water-treated group were given normal saline, and nothing was given in untreated group. Morphology appearance and changes of rectal temperature were observed, and the tumor weight and volume were measured and inhibitory rate was calculated 22 days after tumor inoculation. IL-8 was detected by avidin-biotin system-enzyme-labeled immunosorbent assay (ABC-ELISA) and real-time reverse polymerase chain reaction (real-time PCR). RESULTS: The content of IL-8 in tumor tissue of the untreated group was significantly higher than that of the other groups (P<0.01), and that of the cold water-treated group was higher than that of the cold water and WZXTR-treated group (P<0.01) and the cold water and XTSJR-treated group (P<0.05), respectively. The gray scale value of cDNA amplification strap was descent more evidently in both the cold water and WZXTR-treated group and the cold water and XTSJR-treated group as compared with that of the cold water-treated group and the untreated group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: WZXTR can restrain tumor growth, and the mechanism may be that it can degrade the expression of IL-8 in S180 tumor.

This article analyzed the ethical situation in hospitals. The author pointed out the defect of confidence between doctor and patient is the primary cause that leaded to the deterioration of doctor-patient relation, and the retardation of medical service management is the important factor that affected the confidence construction. According to all this above, the author proposed the suggestion of strengthening the understanding and communication between doctor and patient, transforming the medical service concept, enhancing the medical service quality, completing the supervising system, increasing the hospital ability of realizing medical service defect and improving the five thoughts of follow up confidence system to direct the hospital confidence ethical construction.

Background Clinical researches showed that antimicrobial-resistance of bacterium is gradually serious.It is very important to master pathogen distribution and antimicrobial susceptibility after eye surgery.Objective This study was to investigate the distribution and drug sensitivity of pathogenic bacteria from ocular operative infection in 3-year duration to provide a reference for reasonable selection of antibiotics.Methods Sixtyfive positive specimens were obtained from 65 patients due to postoperative infection in Department of Ophthalmology of Shenzhou Hospital and Shengjing Hospital from 2009 January through 2011 December.The pathogenic bacteria were isolated and then the drug sensitivity test of conventional antibiotics was performed.Results Among the 65 ophthalmic specimens,35 strains of Gram-positive bacteria were isolated with the constituent ratio 53.8％,and 15 strains of Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 23.1％.Fungus was found in 15 cases with the constituent ratio 23.1％.Staphylococcus epidermidis accounted for 42.9％ in Gram-positive bacteria,and Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for 33.3％ in Gram-negative bacteria.Aspergillus was the main component of fungus,which accounted for 60.0％ of the proportion 3 strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in 8 strains of Staphylococcus aureus,but no vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus (VRE) and vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus (VRS) were seen.The in vitro drug sensitivity test showed that the main Gram-positive bacteria,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus,were sensitive to linezolid,vancomycin,levofloxacin and ciprofloxacin with the sensitive rates ＞50.0％,and these bacteria were lowly sensitive to penicillin and erythromycin with the sensitive rates ≤30.0％.Pseudomonas aeruginosa appeared to be the main Gram-negative bacteria,showing a sensitive rate ≥ 80.0％ to tobramycin,amikacin,ceftazidime,cefepime,cefoperazone/sulbactam,piperacillin/tazobactam,imipenem and meropenem.Conclusions Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Aspergillus are primary pathogens in ocular infection after operation.Antibiotics such as penicillin,erythromycin,levofloxacin,cefotaxime seem to be relatively high resistant to eye infection.To choose sensitive antibiotics timely and reasonably is a key to the prevention and control of ocular infection after operation.

OBJECTIVE:To provide scientific reference for rational,effective and economical drug use in pediatric depart-ment. METHODS:A total of 9771 prescriptions were randomly selected from children's branch of our hospital during May 2012-Apr. 2016. Those prescriptions were analyzed statistically in respects of drug type,prescription cost,utilization rate of injec-tion,utilization rate of essential medicine,clinical diagnosis,irrational drug use,use of antibiotics,etc. RESULTS:Among 9771 prescriptions,2.91 types of drugs were used in each prescription,and each prescription expended 77.10 yuan;utilization rate of in-jection was 57.11％,and that of national essential medicine was 67.80％. Respiratory tract disease was main disease (84.17％). There were 284 irrational prescriptions(2.91％),including 156 non-standard prescriptions,165 unsuitable prescriptions and 65 ex-traordinary prescriptions. Utilization rate of antibiotics was 18.25％,among which that of Cefoxitin sodium injection was the high-est(15.48％),but its utilization index was the lowest(0.58). The detection rate of microorganism isolated from bronchitis patients was in low level(45.10％). CONCLUSIONS:The rate of qualified prescription in the children's branch of our Hospital is higher than the requirement of the former Ministry of Public Health concerning the rate of qualified prescription >95％;utilization rate of antibiotics and injection are both in high level. In the future,it is necessary to strengthen prescription evaluation and promote stan-dard and rational use of drugs so as to guarantee safe,effective and economical use of drugs in clinic.

Objective To discuss the relationship between pulmonary infection, offline difficulties and airway abnormalities and to discuss the type of airway abnormalities. Methods The clinical data of 43 patients of severe pneumonia with inspection of electronic fibro-bronchoscope in PICU from Feb 2008 to May 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the 43 cases,24 cases existel different degrees of airway abnormalities, most of airway cartilage softening,in 15 cases; laryngeal dysplasia in 3 cases; absence of the right bronchus and right lung in 1 case. Conclusion Many children may exist airway abnormalities,if they have such performance as the clinical manifestations of recurrent wheezing after birth, refractory respiratory infection or difficulties in clinical offline, the increase of PCO2 though the effective suction, paroxysmal cyanosis and excluded with heart disease. Those children should undergo inspection with electronic fibro-bronchoscope to confirm the diagnosis as early as possible.

Objective To study the expression of interleukin-2 (IL-2), soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R),determine the alteration of erythrocytic immunity and T cell subgroup in the blood of outer circulation in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage so and to probe into the relationship between them, and to explore the clinical significance. Methods Enzyme linked immnunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the content of IL-2 and sIL-2R. The immunoadsorption was employed to examine the erythrocytic immune activity and its regulating function.Streptavidin-peroxidase(S-P) was used to determine the cell number of CD3 (cluster of differentiation3), CD4 and CD8. Results The content of IL-2 in the group with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.01), and the content of sIL-2R increased. Red blood cell C3b receptor (RBC. C3b R)and RBC immune adherence enhancing factor (RFEB) dropped greatly (P＜0.01), while RBC immune complex rosette (RBC. ICR) and RBC immune adherence inhibiting factor (RFIR) increased greatly. The cell number of CD3 and CD4decreased (P＜0.01) and there was no obvious change in CD8 (P＜0.05). Conclusion The decrease of immune function was observed in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. The determination of the content of IL-2, sIL-2R, erythrocytic immunity and the activity of T subgroup has an important clinical significance in the occurrence,development, treatment, and prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.

BACKGROUND:Previous studies designed and made titanium metal rubber cervical disc prosthesis, and performed feasible studies on its effect on movement and stress distribution by replicating intervertebral discs. OBJECTIVE:To further observe the changes in the stability of goat cervical vertebra after metal rubber cervical disc replacement. METHODS:Nine goats were randomly divided into experimental group (n=6) and normal control group (n=3). Goats in the experimental group received metal rubber cervical disc replacement at C4/5segment. Goats in the normal control group did not receive any treatment. Radiographic data at anteroposterior and lateral position, hyperextension and excessive flexion were taken to measure intervertebral height, range of motion and intervertebral angle at C4/5 segment before operation, immediately, 4, 8, 12 weeks after operation. Subsequently, slicing and embedding of hard tissue at surgical segment, picric acid-acid fuchsin staining and scanning electron microscopy were conducted.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:No significant difference in the intervertebral height and spinal range of motion at C4/5 segment at different time points was detected between postoperative results in the experimental group and preoperative results in the experimental group, normal control group. The intervertebral height at C4/5 segment was higher immediately, 4 and 8 weeks after surgery than preoperative result in the experimental group (P < 0.05). No significant difference in intervertebral angle at C4/5 segment was detectable between 4, 8 and 12 weeks postoperatively in the experimental group and normal control group (P < 0.05). At 4 weeks after surgery, bone did not contact with the edge of the prosthesis in the experimental group. At 8 weeks, the gap between bone and the prosthesis became smal, and some new bone attached to the edge of the prosthesis. At 12 weeks, a few osteoblasts were observed on the surface of the prosthesis. New osteogenic tissue grew into the prosthesis. Results suggested that metal rubber cervical disc replacement in the intervertebral space could maintain intervertebral height and range of motion in a short period, and tightly bind to the vertebral body.
