1.Advances in diagnosis and treatment of invasive pulmonary fungal infections in children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(4):259-262
The prevalence of invasive pulmonary fungal infections (IPFIs) has increased in children, which becomes a clinical concern in recent years. With the availabilities of new diagnostic tools for fungi and more antifungal agents, children with IPFIs may achieve a much earlier diagnosis and treatment. This article reviewed the development of laboratory tests, diagnostic criteria, treatment strategies and commonly used antifungal agents for IPFIs.
2.Status and control policy of main chronic disease in community health management base in China
Chinese Journal of Health Management 2012;06(5):302-305
ObjectiveTo analysis the current conditions of the main chronic disease, satisfaction, reactive and trust, then to make the control policy in community health management base in China.Method Using the questionnaire by oneself, which the contents include prevalence, understand rate, management rate, behavior correct rate, control rate, medicine obey and satisfaction, reactive and trust of 2009 the chronic disease in 2009.ResultsThe total investigate people was 1 189 456.The hypertension prevalence is 8.01%,the diabetes prevalence is 4.41%.To compare with Shanghai and Jilin in 6 aspects, the prevalence, understand rate, management rate, control rate, medicine obey rate is higher in Shanghai. But behavior correct rate is lower in Jilin.Survey of hypertension prevalence rate was decreased, awareness, management, rates, rates of behavior modification, medication compliance rates and control rates of growth from 2009 to 2010.Satisfaction,responsiveness and trust indicators investigated a total of 2268 people, the process of service satisfaction to 93.43%,93.78% overall satisfaction; to have the privacy of reactivity to 94.41% of the basic amenities and clean comfortable response of the 90.45% ; of treatment services for the 92.59%confidence,the confidence of the cost for the 93.98% of the overall trust in institutions is 92.76%.ConclusionsThe government must take main principle in chronic disease control. We must enhance base construct of community health management and increase management level of chronic disease. We must enhance practitioner's culture ang increase knowledge of chronic disease management.
3.Impact of patients' trust on quality of care
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2010;26(6):422-426
This paper systematically analyzed the concept of patients'trust based on a study of the literatures and compared patients'trust with patients'satisfaction. The conclusion is that patients'trust plays a key role on the quality improvements of medical services.
4.Advances in bioscaffolds applications repaired rotator cuff injury
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(4):441-444
Rotator cuff tears is a common cause of debilitating pain, reduced shoulder function, and weakness.Although the research progress for rotator cuff tear and surgical treatment has made great progress, rotator cuff repair failure rate still was ranged from 20 to 90%.Therefore it need new repair materials which can effectively improve the mechanical strength and stimulateg the intrinsic healing potential of the patient. In recent years, biological scaffolds used in rotator cuff repair has become a hotspot. This paper reviews the progress of scaffold materials on the treatment of rotator cuff injury.
5.Changes of Elements in Culex quinquefasciatus Larvae after Infected by Lagenidium giganteum (Oomycetes:lagenidiales)
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(04):-
Objective To analyze the quantitative change of 18 elements in Culex quinquefasciatus Larvae infected by Lagenidium giganteum (Oomycetes:lagenidiales), and to explore possible mechanism of mosquito-killing by the fungus. Methods. Elements in the mosquito larvae at different developmental stages from infected and non-infected (control) groups were detected with automatic bioassay machine. Results . At the early stage of infection, content of Ca and Cu in the infected group was markedly lower while the content of Co and Cd were higher than the control. In 24 hrs after infection, the content of Ca, Mg, Na, P, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn and Cr was significantly lower while that of K, Mo, Co, Ni, Al, Cd and Pb were higher than those in non-infected larvae. No marked difference was found for the content of Sr and B between the two groups. In 48 hrs after infection, considerable difference was found in 17 elements between infected and non-infected larvae, with only one exception of Sr. Conclusion . Many elements which play an important role in maintaining the vitality of the mosquito larvae decreased and some of the heavy metal elements accumulated after the infection of Lagenidium giganteum. This might be a part of the killing mechanism to Culex quinquefasciatus larvae.

9.Research Progress of Pathogenesis of Atherosclerosis
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(01):-
Atherosclerosis(AS)is a chronic inflammatory disease of arteries, induced by the injury of endothelial cells, accumulation of mononuclear macrophage and lipid, proliferation of smooth muscle cells and the adhesion of platelets. As a frequent disease and a common pathology in cardiovascular system. In fact, the inciting event of AS is likely an inflammatory insult that occurs decades before the disease becomes clinically apparent.More and more cases were also reported in the childhood recently. Therefore it is important both for clinic and research to investigate the cause and pathogenesis of AS.J Appl Clin Pediatr,2009,24(1):58-60

Objective To study curative efficacy of radix notoginseng saponin dispersible tablets combined with rivaroxaban in treatment of tibial fracture after operation and its effects on joint function and the leves of inflammatory factors .Methods 90 patients of tibial fracture who received therapy from March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected.According to random number table, all elective surgery, those patients were divided into the observation group (n=45) and the control group (n=45),the control group was treated with radix notoginseng saponin dispersible tablets, while the observation group was treated combined with rivaroxaban. After two weeks of treatment, the hemorheology, inflammatory factors, joint function were compared between two groups. Results The patient swelling time and bed time in the observation group were shorter than the control group (P<0.05);after treatment, the levels of red cell volume, whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05);the levels of tumor necrosis factor TNF-α, IL-1,IL-6 in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05);after treatment three months and six months, the Baird-Jackson scores in the observation group were higher than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Radix notoginseng saponin dispersible tablets combined with rivaroxaban is well for tibial fracture after operation, which can improve hemorheology, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, promote joint functional recovery.
