Objective To explore the value of preoperative diagnosis for breast cancer patients in different locating ways. Methods The tissues were gotten by core needle biopsy from 146 breast cancer patients through different locating ways, and were taken for histopathological examinations and were compared with postoperative pathologic results. Results Seventy-four cases were biopsied with ultrasound-guide (ultrasound-guide group), and 72 cases with free-hand (free-hand group), without serious complications.Compared with postoperative pathologic results, the false negative rate in ultrasound-guide group was 5.41%(4/74);the false negative rate in free-hand group was 18.06% (13/72). The accuracy of the ultrasound-guided biopsy was higher than that in free-hand (U = 13.63,P < 0.01 ). Conclusions Preoperative ultrasoundguided biopsy and postoperative pathologic examination has no significant difference, with high consistency. The study provides a good basis for selection for clinical work,so as to the more effective guide for the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer patients.

Objective To evaluate the effects of endogenous NO on the chemosensitivity of human breast cancer cell. Methods MCF-7 cells were cultured as monolayer, incubated with cytokine IL-1β. The pro-duction of NO was detected by NO assay. The expression of iNOS protein was measured by Western blotting. Establishing control group and experimental group, the chemosensitivity of MCF-7 cells incubated by L-NMMA and L-Arg to ADM and 5-Fu was studied by MTT assay. Results There was a positive correlation of dose-dependence between NO production and IL-1β concentration. MCF-7 cells expressed plenty of iNOS by induetion of IL-1β. There was no significant difference on iNOS whether L-NMMA and L-Arg existed or not. Incubating MCF-7 cells with 0. 5 μmol/L or 1 μmol/L ADM, the survival rate of experiment group was remarkablely decreased(P < 0.05) ; L-NMMA significantly increased survival rate of experiment group(P < O. 05) ; L-Arg decreased survival rate of experiment group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The induction of IL-113 in MCF-7 cells can increase the production of endogenous NO, which increases MCF-7 cells' sensitivity to chemotherapy.

Objective:To explore the relationship between vesicular monoamine transporter 2(VMAT2) density in the striatum and the non-motor symptoms(NMSs) in patients with Parkinson′s disease(PD).Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019, 29 normal controls (16 males, 13 females, age: (48.8±14.2) years), 31 patients with PD at the Hoehn-Yahr (mH-Y) Ⅱ stage (16 males, 15 females, age: (53.4±8.5) years) and 36 patients with PD at mH-Y Ⅲ stage (19 males, 17 females, age: (63.1±8.2) years) in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were prospectively enrolled in this study. All subjects underwent 18F-fluoropropyl-(+ )-dihydrotetrabenazine( 18F-FP-(+ )-DTBZ, 18F-AV133) PET/CT imaging, then the specific uptake ratios (SURs) of striatal subregions were measured with the occipital cortex as the reference background region. The clinical data, laboratory data and imaging results were collected. The NMSs of each patient were evaluated with Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD), Parkinson′s Disease Sleep Scale (PDSS), Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Parkinson′s Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire (PDQL) and Non-Motor Symptoms Scale (NMSS). The independent-sample t test and one-way analysis of variance (the least significant difference t test) were used to compare data differences. Finally, the association of the striatal SURs with the clinical symptom scores were evaluated with Pearson correlation analysis and multivariable stepwise regression analysis. Results:Significant differences were found in depression (3.51±1.34 vs 11.36±3.87), anxiety (2.35±1.45 vs 6.00±3.32), sleep disorder (132.90±12.26 vs 110.34±19.69) and life quality (7.58±3.37 vs 24.01±10.15) scores between the mH-Y stage Ⅱ and the stage Ⅲ patients ( t values: from -10.573 to 5.439, all P<0.05), while cognitive scores did not differ significantly between the 2 PD groups ( t=1.067, P>0.05). Compared with healthy control group (1.28±0.22), the PD groups displayed a more marked decrease of SURs in the bilateral putamen and in the caudate nucleus (0.65±0.16 and 0.31±0.14; F=83.11, P<0.05), and the SURs of patients at stage Ⅱ were higher than those of the patients at stage Ⅲ ( t=9.116, P<0.05). NMSs scores of PD patients, with the exception of cognition scores, were correlated with striatal SURs ( r values: from -0.647 to -0.426, all P<0.05). Regression analysis showed that total striatum SURs was the best predictor of PDSS and NMSS scores ( R2 values: 0.234, 0.378, both P<0.001), while contralateral caudate nucleus SURs were best predictor of HAMD scores ( R2=0.402, P<0.001). The SURs of contralateral putamen were best variables for predicting HAMA scores ( R2=0.204, P<0.001). Conclusion:The correlation between the decreased striatal VMAT2 and a broad spectrum of NMSs in patients with PD is established, suggesting that the defect in dopamine supply may be an early abnormality promoting mechanisms leading to the development of NMSs in PD.

Objective:To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the simultaneous determination of 10 bacteriostatic agents in Kangfuxin solution. Methods:The HPLC method parameters were as follows,a Thermo AcclaimTM 120 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),a gradient mobile phase of 0.1%glacial acetic acid-0.02 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution and methanol at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1,and the scan-ning wavelength of 200-700 nm.Results:In the corresponding concentration range, the linear relationship be-tween the mass concentration of the 10 bacteriostatic agents and the peak area was good(r≥0.999 8);the preci-sion was good with RSD of 0.33%-0.38%;The RSD values of the repeatability test and the stability test were<0.5%,the recovery rate was 97.4%-101.1%,and the RSD was between 0.4%-1.8%.According to the pro-posed method, the content results of benzoic acid, sorbic acid, hydroxyphenyl ethyl ester and hydroxyphenyl propyl ester in the test sample were 0.15-0.34%,0-0.48%,0-0.02%,and 0-0.02%,respectively.Conclu-sion:This method is sensitive, rapid, specific and accurate, and can be used for the determination of the content of bacteriostatic agents in Kangfuxin solution.

The incidence and mortality of breast cancer is in an increasing trend. In contrast to the global breast cancer situation, the prevention and control is challenging in China. Some suggestions are presented to the project of breast cancer prevention and control in China. Combining the global screening experiences with the epidemiological features of Chinese female breast cancer, aims to improve the population screening and early detection rate. Standardizing clinical diagnosis and treatment practice, aims to increase the efficacy and decrease the mortality. Intervening lifestyle and dietary behaviors, and intends to reduce risk exposure and incidence. Building national breast cancer registry provides preventive strategies. Great efforts should be made to carry out large sample multicenter clinical trails and translational research on the prevention and cotrol of breast cancer coordiated by health care service and science and technology administrations. Breast cancer prevention and control has a long way to go in China.
