Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(06):-
The paper discusses specifically ways of putting into practice the idea of people first in developing hospital culture by starting with its three structural layers: spiritual culture, system culture and behavior culture. These include cultivating in a practical manner humanistic core values and hospital spirit, setting up and improving systems of humanistic management and adopting; a humanistic approach to employee management, and cultivating the idea of patient-centered care and delivering humanistic medical services.

Objective To discuss the effects of implants of different thread face angles on the primary stability of immediately loaded implant using the 3-dimensional finite element analysis with the models of the immediately loaded implants. Methods Using the commercial code of Pro/E software, Hypermesh software, and ABAQUS software we created 3-dimensional finite element models. The micromotions of the finite element models with different screw face angles (V-shape, buttress, square-shape and inverse buttress) were computed with the ABAQUS software. Results Concerning different thread face angles, the micromotion of buttress implant was the minimum and the micromotion of inverse buttress implant was the maximum with vertically loading; the micromotion of inverse buttress implant was the minimum and the micromotion of buttress implant was the maximum with horizontal loading. Conclusions Different screw-types have great influence on vertical interfacial micromotions but little influence on horizontal interfacial micromotions. There are two angles which are formed by top /bottom edge and the implants. The larger are the angles, the smaller are the vertical interfacial micromotions, but the weaker of the strength. Thus in designing the screw-type implants, we should consider the angles of thread faces and the strength.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize supercritical CO2 fluid extraction (SFE-CO2) technology of volatile oil from Hui medi-cine Huihui Naogengtong for stroke, and to analyze and identify its component. METHODS:With yield of volatile oil and the con-tent of cinnamaldehydeas indexes, and extraction pressure, temperature and time as factors, single factor test and orthogonal test were designed to optimize SFE-CO2 technology;optimized technology was also validated. Physical and chemical indexes of volatile oil were determined, and the constituents of volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS and retention index. Relative percentage contents of each component were calculated by area normalization method. RESULTS:Optimal technology was as follows as extraction pres-sure 30 MPa,extraction temperature 50 ℃ and extraction time 100 min. In verification test, the yield of volatile oil was 4.8%(RSD=0.02%,n=3),and the content of cinnamylaldehyde was 2.0 mg/g (RSD=1.8%,n=3). Physicochemical properties of volatile oil were as follows as relative density 1.05,refractive index 1.52,acid value 28.128 mg(KOH)/g,iodine value 74.47 g(I)/100 g,saponification value 54.2 mg(KOH)/g,peroxide 19.42 meq/kg. GC-MS analysis showed the similarity with retention index in literatures of 31 compounds were more than 80%,21 of them were identified and accounted for 44% of total volatile oil, among which E-cinnamaldehyde (9.14%),β-caryophyllene (3.21%),α-bisabolol (3.11%) and β-bisabolene (2.56%) had high relative percentage content. CONCLUSIONS:Optimal extraction technology is stable and feasible. The results of extraction technol-ogy and component analysis can provide important trail base and reference data for the exploration and utilization of Huihui Nao-gengtong.

Objective To find out about the current situation of the health managerial personnel contingent and explore appropriate career training channels. Methods Data on the professionalism of health managerial personnel both at home and abroad in the last five years was summarized through literature review and on the spot investigation and a survey was made by stratified sampling on the basic information, health management career, professionalism awareness, experience in health management training, and career training damands of 2 128 health managerial personnel in Beijing, Zhejiang and Shanxi. Results As a result of the literature review, the primary connotation of professionalism of health managerial personnel was clarified, the major shortcomings existing in the health managerial personnel contingent identified, and the problems confronting health management education pinpointed. Conclusion The current situation of the health managerial personnel contingent is a far cry from the demand for professionalism. It is imperative to popularize on the job training in health management, develop degree education in health management, and formulate and implement supporting policies and measures so as to speed up the professionalism of health managerial personnel.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Practice 2021;39(2):126-129
Objective To find novel lead compounds as p53-MDM2 inhibitors by drug repurposing strategy. Methods The p53-MDM2 inhibitory activities of compounds were determined by FP and western blotting. MTT method was used to determine the in-vitro antitumor activities. The metabolites in human liver microsomes were tested. Results Bepridil showed excellent in-vitro anti-tumor activity and strong p53-MDM2 protein binding inhibitory activity, which can significantly reduce the expression of MDM2 protein in a dose-dependent manner. The metabolites in human liver microsomes are mainly benzene ring hydroxyl mono-oxidation metabolites. Conclusion Bepridil can be used as a lead compound for p53-MDM2 protein binding small molecule inhibitors for subsequent structural optimization design studies.

Objective :
To explore the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis, and to construct a nomogram model predicting overall of patients with rectal cancer at T1 and T2 stage.
Methods :
Retrospective analysis was made on the data of 353 patients diagnosed as rectal cancer, who received the radical rectal resection. The collect- ed data were as follows : age, body mass index (BMI) ,carcinoembryonic antigen ( CEA) ,tumor size, histological type,T stage,N stage, tumor location and number of lymph nodes detected, which were used to perform Kaplan- Meier curve and Log-rank test for univariate analysis and Cox regression for multivariate analysis. The nomogram model was established to predict the overall survival of patients.
Results :
Age≥60 years,Mucinous adenocarcino- ma,poorly differentiation ,T2 stage ,lymph node metastasis ,BMI ≥25 kg / m2 ,CEA ≥5 μg / L and number of lymph nodes detected <12 were associated with overall survival of patients with rectal cancer at T1 and T2 stage (all P<0. 05) .Cox regression showed that age≥60 years,T2 stage, mucinous adenocarcinoma, lymph node me- tastasis,CEA≥5 μg / L,BMI ≥25 kg / m2 and lymph node detection number <12 were independent risk factors. Based on the above independent risk factors, the nomogram model was constructed, and the predicted curve was in good agreement with the actual survival curve ( C-index = 0. 779) .
Conclusion
Age≥60 years,T2 stage,mucin- ous adenocarcinoma, lymph node metastasis,CEA≥5 μg / L,BMI≥25 kg / m2 and the number of lymph nodes de- tected <12 are independent risk factors ,and the nomogram established in this study can effectively predict the prognosis of patients with rectal cancer at T1 and T2 stage.
