AIM To investigate the effect of tamoxifen on the proliferation of the anterior pituitary cell of rats and its mechanism. METHODS Primary culture of the anterior pituitary cell of rats and 3H TdR incorporation method were applied. The changes of cell morphology were observed directly by electric microscope. RESULTS Tamoxifen could inhibit the proliferation of the anterior pituitary cell of rats. The inhibitory effect of tamoxifen (0 1 ?mol?L -1 ) could be reversed by estrogen.The classical apoptotic changes appeared in the cells after tamoxifen incubation for 48 h. CONCLUSION Tamoxifen can inhibit the proliferation of the anterior pituitary cell of rats and resultin the cell apoptosis.

OBJECTIVE Toillustratethepharmacokineticsandpharmacodynamicsofdifferentdos-agesofsustained-releaseimplantofgoserelininrats.METHODS Theratsreceivedasingledoseof sustaineed-release i mplant of goserelin 0.3,0.6 and 1 .2 mg per rat by subcutaneous injection,respec-tively.Concentrations of goserelin and testosterone in plas ma were determined by HPLC-MS/MS.The pharmacokineticparameterswerecalculatedbyWinNonlin6.3.RESULTS Themainpharmacokinetic parameters of the 0.3,0.6 and 1 .2 mg per rat were as fowllows:the area under the concentration-time curve(AUC0-t)was 770 ±96,1534 ±299 and (3233 ±777)μg·L-1·h,and the maximum plasma con-centration(cmax)was 3.7 ±0.3,6.8 ±2.2 and (1 7.6 ±5.4)μg·L-1 ,respectively.Regression analysis was applied to analyze the relationship between AUC0-t and cmax at different doses and those relative coefficients were 0.942 and 0.923 respectively.AUC0-t and cmax increased with the dose in the range of 0.3-1 .2 mg per rat.As for other main pharmacokinetic parameters (peak time,half life,mean resi-dence time,clearance and apparent volume of distribution),there was no significant difference between the three groups.Testosterone plasma concentration reached the highest level following administration and then kept decreasing to low concentrations.Between 28 d and 35 d,testosterone plas ma concentra-tionslowlyincreasedtothenormallevel.CONCLUSION Pharmacokineticcharacteristicsofsustained-release implant of goserelin in rats show a linear relationship,within the dose range of 0.3-1 .2 mg per rat.The results from pharmacodynamic data show that testosterone does not change in a dose-depend-ent manner at a dose ranging from 0.3 to 1 .2 mg per rat.Testosterone plasma concentration decreases to theoretical castrate level (0.5 μg·L-1 )after 4 d following a dose of 0.6-1 .2 mg per rat.

Objective:To explore the mechanism for the immune cross-reaction between crabs and shrimps.Methods:The cross-reactivity between shrimps and crabs was observed by inhibition of ELISA and Western blot.Results:The protein constituents were similar where their genus relationship was closer in shrimps and crabs.There were the same bands at 20,36,38,44,68,75,and 85 kD of molecule weight.The protein at 36 kD was the main allergen for shrimps and the proteins at 36,66 and 85 kD were the main allergens for crabs.S.serrata and M.nipponense could inhibit the allergic response of various kinds of shrimp and crab in a concentration-dependent pattern.Conclusion:There is a strong immune cross-reaction between different species of shrimp and crab in 36 000.

Objective To analyze the value of diffusion weighted imaging ( DWI) in assessing the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy of uterine cervix cancer .Methods Thirty one patients with LACC confirmed by pa-thology received conventional magnetic resonance imaging and DWI before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy . The variation of DWI image and ADC was evaluated before and after chemotherapy .Results The correlation be-tween maximum diameter of the tumor before treatment (37.10 ±11.23) and pretreatment ADC value (0.83 ± 0.12)was not statistically significant(correlation coefficient r=-0.1746,P=0.3475);the correlation between the maximum diameter of the tumor(24.03 ±5.65)and ADC value(1.10 ±0.16)after treatment was not statisti-cally significant(correlation coefficient r=-0.2077,P=0 2621.);the degree of tumor size before and after the treatment was correlated with the degree of ADC increase (P<0.05);Effective chemotherapy group of 20 cases, invalid group of 11 cases,ADC value of effective treatment group after treatment (0.95 ±0.13) was significantly higher than ADC value before chemotherapy (0.80 ±0.12),the change was statistically significant (P<0.05), while the difference between former ADC value(0.88 ±0.10)and ADC value after treatment(0.95 ±0.13)of in-effective group therapy was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion DWI sequence may be useful for early prediction and evaluation of curative effect to neoadjuvant chemotherapy for uterine cervical cancer .

Objective To learn the economic operation and the existing problems of county TCM hospitals in Chongqing from 2012 to 2014.Methods 2012-2014 data of annual health financial report were used to conduct descriptive statistics and analysis of the current operation benefit, operating efficiency, debt paying ability, development ability, and cost management ability.Results From 2012 to 2014, the annual incomes of TCM county hospitals in Chongqing were 2.802, 3.412, and 4.385 billion RMB; the annual expenses were 2.813, 3.343, and 4.347 billion RMB; the ratios of income and expense about medical treatment were 0.86, 0.90, and 0.92; the ratios of income and expense of medicine were 1.16, 1.15, and 1.11; the outpatient amounts were 5.45, 5.87, and 6.99 million; the hospital discharge amounts were 330.4, 405.2, and 469.3 thousand; the charges per patient were 153.40, 177.12, and 188.71 RMB; the charges pre bed were 465.83, 533.14, and 571.02 RMB; medical expenses per patient were 4923.26, 5416.77, and 5576.01 RMB; the current ratios were 1.00, 1.06, and 1.09; the asset-liability ratios were 62.25%, 63.79%, and 61.37%; the annual growth rates of total assets were 14.06 % and 24.54%, and the annual growth rates of net assets were 19.44% and 21.70% during 2013 to 2014; 100-yuan hygienic materials and medicine consumption were 51.23, 51.10, and 50.07 RMB during 2012 to 2014; the management fee rates were 18.55%,15.44%, and 14.82%.Conclusion The general economic running of county TCM hospitals in Chongqing is stable and financial balance moves towards rationality; social benefit, expand capacity and cost management ability are enhanced gradually. However, the problems about insufficient government finance input, small medical income elasticity, poor debt paying ability, and diseconomies of scale still exist.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the performance of a three-gene typing system in the determination of Treponema pallidum (Tp) genotypes.MethodsTo determine the genotypes of Tp,three targets were assessed,including the number of 60 base-pair repeats,restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP) pattem of tprEGJ gene after MseI digestion and the sequence of tp0548 gene.The DNA extracted from the Nichols strain of Tp served as the positive control,and that from the moist ulcer of patients with genital herpes and negative RPR or TPPA test results served as the negative control.To validate the typing method,clinical specimens were collected from the moist skin lesions of patients with primary or secondary syphilis,and subjected to the amplification of polA gene by PCR.The enhanced molecular typing system was used to determine the genotypes of Tp in Tp DNA-positive specimens.ResultsThe Nichols strain harbored a genotype of 14a/a.No amplification of any of the three target genes was found in the negative control.The arp gene,tprEGJ gene and tp0548 gene were amplified from 94.1％,91.2％ and 94.1％ of the 40 clinical specimens,and the genotype was successfully determined by the three-gene typing system for 91.2％ of the clinical Tp strains.The predominant type of arp,tprEGJ and tp0548 genes was 14 repeats,d and f,respectively in these clinical Tp isolates.ConclusionThe enhanced molecular tying method for Tp exhibits high sensitivity,specificity and discrimination potential.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the isoflavones from the vines of Pueraria lobata.

METHODThe compounds were isolated by column chromatography over silica gel and RP-C18, and purified by Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative TLC. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data.

RESULTTwelve compounds were isolated and identified as: 3'-methoxydaidzein (1), formononetin (2), genistein (3), daidzein (4), daidzin (5), genistin (6), ononin (7), 5-hydroxyl ononin (8), calycosin (9), 6"-O-acetyl genistein (10), 6"-O-acetyl daidzin (11), puerarin (12).

CONCLUSIONFor the first time, compounds 9-11 were isolated from the genus Pueraria plant, and compounds 1, 3, 6-8 were obtained from the vines of this plant.

Objective To verify the performance of LIAISON chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer in the prenatal screening for TORCH .Methods Reference to the US Institute of Clinical and Laboratory Stand-ards(NCCLS) series of documents and literature and combining with actual work ,we designed the verification program ,and tested and evaluated the LIAISON chemiluminescent immunoassay systems for the measurement precision ,accuracy ,linearity analysis ,clinical reportable range and biological reference intervals of Tox IgG , Tox IgM ,Rub IgG ,Rub IgM ,CMV IgG ,CMV IgM ,HSV IgG ,HSV IgM .We also compared the results with analysis performance provided by manufacturers (Italy LIAISON ) or recognized quality indicators .Results Intra-assay imprecision CV values were between 3 .58％ -7 .03％ ,which were less than the predetermined range;inter-assay imprecision CV values were between 3 .13％ -10 .73％ .Linear range validation regression coefficients a values were between 0 .97 -1 .03 and r2 >0 .95 .The linear relationship met the requirements . Both biological reference interval and reportable range meet the requirements .Conclusion The performance of LIAISON chemiluminescence immunoassay detection system satisfied the clinical requirements ,and the meas-urement results had advantages of high sensitivity ,specificity ,stability ,wide detection range ,good accuracy and repeatability ,which was suitable for clinical application .

Objective:To analyze the research status and trend hotspots of nurses' emotional labor at home and abroad.Methods:The core journals related to nurses' emotional labor were systematically searched from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and Web of Science from establishment of the databases to September 30, 2022. CiteSpace 6.1.R3 was used for visual analysis.Results:A total of 281 domestic research papers and 437 international research papers were included in the analysis, and the publication time was from 2004 to 2022. The number of papers in the field of emotional labor for nurses at home and abroad showed an increasing trend. The main international research hotspots included turnover intention, job engagement, leadership, etc. Research in China mainly focused on job performance, coping styles and job burnout.Conclusions:China has not yet formed a high-quality core group of institutions and research teams in the field of emotional labor for nurses. The next step should be to actively promote the diversified development of research on emotional labor for nurses in China, thereby enhancing the depth and breadth of research in this field.

Objective to analyze the Budget Execution Rate of administrative departments in sample hospitals,and to realize the cost control of Budget performance integration with Balanced Score Card(BSC)Financial Dimension Quantitative Assessment.Methods The budget and execution data of 23 administrative departments were collected from January to June in the sample 2023.The budget execution rate was calculated and cleaned,and the data were segmented by histogram.Using the financial dimension 25 to divide by the total number of items in each department's budget to obtain the scoreof each item in each department,and using the interpolation method to calculate the cost scores of each department,then into the performance appraisal.Results(1)Each item score should be multiplied by item coefficient,and then sum up;(2)The total score of self-executing Project+the total score of centralized executing project.(3)Cost score:1 the scores of 8 departments of non-homing items were 5.54～15.76,2 the scores of 15 departments of homing items were 7.68～17.06.Conclusion It adopts the concept of BSC and Hospital Resource Planning as the cost control of administrative departments to make up for the lack of qualitative and quantitative BSC;can focus on monitoring the dispersion of large data;histogram score results of segmentation objective and easy to operate,makes the interpolation calculation more credible.In a word,it provides quantitative ideas and methods in the aspects of different responsibilities and difficult performance evaluation.
