China Medical Equipment 2014;(5):90-92
Objective:To comparative Research with MSCT and CAG in the myocardial bridge-wall diagnostic coronary. Methods: Selected 93 patients for the study in January 2011 to the end of December 2013,MB-MCA patients diagnosed in Beijing North Hospital, all patients underwent catheter coronary angiography (CAG) and 64-slice spiral CT (MSCT), comparison of the diagnostic accuracy of the two inspection methods, and the results of the correlation analysis, results processing and analysis using statistical software SPSS17.0. Results:MSCT and CAG were two examination methods in the diagnosis of superficial and deep type MB-MCA, with a high degree of consistency in the diagnosis of MB-MCA average length, average depth comparison with statistical significance(t=3.021, t=3.758;P<0.05), there was not statistically significant comparison in the narrow detection rate. Conclusion:MSCT as a novel, non-invasive means of MB-MCA examination, the diagnosis results are reliable, accurate and capable of providing a richer diagnostic information for clinicians, clinician and patient can be widely applied.

Objective: To discuss the morphologic diagnosis value of CTA technical on myocardial bridge-wall coronary artery. Methods: Three hundred and seventy seven patients suspected MB-MCA and with CTA and CAG inspection voluntary in cardiology clinic or hospital were analyzed, and the occurrence of type MB-MCA and MCA MB length and degree of stenosis were recorded, the results were analyzed using SPSS17.0 statistical software. Results:103 cases of 377 were diagnosed as final MB-MCA, and there were 110 MB-MCA in total. CTA and CAG checked by means of two kinds of shallow and deep in the model type MB-MCA diagnostic analysis were compared through Kappa analysis, the Kappa value were 0.803 and 1.000. Two methods had a good consistency in the diagnosis of MB-MCA;There were statistically significant in CTA and CAG two kinds of examination methods in the diagnosis of superficial in type (t=-5.149)and deep in the type MB (t=-2.457, P=0.024)(P<0.05). Conclusion:The multi-slice spiral CT angiography CTA technology has good consistency with CAG in MB-MCA diagnosis, can achieve complementary advantages, can combine their respective advantages MB-MCA to improve the diagnostic accuracy for clinical richer diagnostic information.

Objective:To explore the clinical application of portable head and neck magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) device in neurosurgery. Methods:A total of 213 patients with brain diseases who were scanned by portable head and neck MRI device in Center of Neurosurgery, Zhujiang Hospital, Southern Medical University from June to September 2022 were selected. The portable head and neck MRI images and 3.0T conventional MRI images of 10 randomly selected patients were compared; the differences in signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) of different sequences were analyzed. Thirty-one patients accepted tracheal intubation/tracheotomy, or ventilator-assisted breathing were selected as special patient group, and another 30 patients were as general patient group; the differences in comprehensive diagnostic scores of portable head and neck MRI images were compared. Noise intensity differences in different sequences between 3.0T conventional MRI and portable head and neck MRI were statistically compared. Twenty hospitalized volunteers with normal hearing in our center from July to August 2022 were selected, conventional 3.0T MRI and portable head and neck MRI were performed successively, and the noise intensity of different sequences in them was evaluated by using a 5-point system. Results:Compared with those in 3.0T conventional MRI images, the SNR and CNR of T1WI, T2WI, and Liquid attenuated reverse recovery sequence (FLAIR) sequences in portable head and neck MRI images were significantly lower ( P<0.05). No significant difference was noted in the comprehensive diagnostic scores of portable head and neck MRI images between special patients and general patients ( P>0.05). Compared with that in the 3.0T conventional MRI, the noise intensity of different sequences in portable head and neck MRI was significantly reduced ( P<0.05). These volunteers had significantly reduced noise intensity scores of different sequences in portable head and neck MRI compared with that in conventional 3.0T MRI ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Portable head and neck MRI device is easy to use, enjoying high safety, imaging quality and suitability, which meets the clinical needs for neurosurgery patients.

Pathological vascular remodeling is a hallmark of various vascular diseases. Previous research has established the significance of andrographolide in maintaining gastric vascular homeostasis and its pivotal role in modulating endothelial barrier dysfunction, which leads to pathological vascular remodeling. Potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate (PDA), a derivative of andrographolide, has been clinically utilized in the treatment of inflammatory diseases precipitated by viral infections. This study investigates the potential of PDA in regulating pathological vascular remodeling. The effect of PDA on vascular remodeling was assessed through the complete ligation of the carotid artery in C57BL/6 mice. Experimental approaches, including rat aortic primary smooth muscle cell culture, flow cytometry, bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) incorporation assay, Boyden chamber cell migration assay, spheroid sprouting assay, and Matrigel-based tube formation assay, were employed to evaluate the influence of PDA on the proliferation and motility of smooth muscle cells (SMCs). Molecular docking simulations and co-immunoprecipitation assays were conducted to examine protein interactions. The results revealed that PDA exacerbates vascular injury-induced pathological remodeling, as evidenced by enhanced neointima formation. PDA treatment significantly increased the proliferation and migration of SMCs. Further mechanistic studies disclosed that PDA upregulated myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88) expression in SMCs and interacted with T-cadherin (CDH13). This interaction augmented proliferation, migration, and extracellular matrix deposition, culminating in pathological vascular remodeling. Our findings underscore the critical role of PDA in the regulation of pathological vascular remodeling, mediated through the MyD88/CDH13 signaling pathway.
