OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use of analgesic drugs for advanced cancer,moderate to severe pain. METHODS:The data of narcotic drugs and first type psychotropic drugs were collected from hospital information system of a third grade class A hospital during 2012-2014,and then analyzed in respects of amount,consumption sum and DDDs,etc. RE-SULTS:The amount of narcotic drugs and first type psychotropic drugs kept stable basically,and the consumption sum of them during 2012-2014 was 1 566 289.92 yuan,1 525 220.23 yuan and 1 531 277.44 yuan. The consumption sum of Morphine hydrochlo-ride tablet increased the fastest,increasing by 89.78% in 2013 and 142.81% in 2014,compared with the year before;those of other drugs had negative growth rate. DDDs of Morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets were the highest among all the narcotics and first type psychotropic drugs and increased year by year,increasing from 26 848.00 in 2012 to 47 158.00 in 2014. CONCLU-SIONS:The use of narcotic drugs and first type psychotropic drugs conform to the specifications,but they still need strict supervi-sion to promote safe and effective use of them in the clinic.

Objective To study retrospectively X -ray manifestations of pulmonary injury due to acute ammonia intoxica. Methods Chest X-ray manifestations of 37 cases of pulmonary injury due to acute ammonia intoxica were analyzed, and one-year follow-up was performed. Results Early pulmonary injuries included lung marking increase, lobular, interstitial emphesema and pulmonary edema, and the symptoms at late stage consisted of CB, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and bullae. Conclusion Pulmonary injury due to acute ammonia intoxica is irreversible.

Objective To determine the efficacy of computed radiogram (CR) of chest in the diagnosis of pulmonary carcinoma.Methods There were 56 cases of pulmonary carcinoma confirmed by pathology including 34 cases of central pulmonary carcinoma and 22 cases of periphral pulmonary carcinoma in this paper.Four kinds of chest CR images (plain CR,wide CR,HE-CR and LE-CR) and two kinds of chest CR tomogmphic images (plain CR tomogram and HE-CR) were compared with conventional X-ray (CXR) and conventional tomogram (CTomo)respectively in showing normal structures and abnormal shadowes tomogram.Results The normal structure were displayed more clearly by CR than by CXR,except wide CR and HE-CR in showing right inferior pulmonary artery.The central pulmonary carcinoma was displayed more clearly by CR and LE-CR than by CRX in all aspects.The airways were involved displayed much more clearly by wide CR than by CXR.The display of peripheral vessels and inside densiy of neoplasm was similar on wide CR and CXR films,but the mass margins were abscure on wide CR.HE-CR displayed less clearly than CRX in all aspects.In the peripheral lung carcinoma,plain CR and LE-CR played the better in display of neoplasma margin and cavity in tumor than CXR did, but CXR displayed the margin clearly than wide CR did.HE-CR displayed all of the signs less clearly than CXR did. The indexes displayed by CR tomo were all bettre than that done by CXR tomo.Conclusion All kinds of CR (including CR tomo) images of chest have advantages in displaying normal strcture and neoplasma signs, versus CXR and CXR tomo images. Synthesizing the adventages of various CR(including CR tomo) images,the observator can find more signs to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of pulmonary carcinoma.

Objective To explore the value of iteration algorithm (AIDR 3D) and filter-back projection (FBP) combined with CT low dose scanning in evaluation of lumbar intervertebral disc hernia.Methods Totally 150 patients with lumbar degenerative osteoarthropathy were randomly divided into A＞E groups,with 30 cases in each group.Scanning parameters of A＞D groups were 120 kV of tube voltage,and 100 mAs,50 mAs,30 mAs,as well as 20 mAs of tube current.While parameters of group E were 80 kV of tube voltage and 100 mAs of tube current.Each group was reconstructed with FBP and AIDR 3D,respectively,and their noises,SNRs and CNRs of groups were compared.And 3-point evaluation method was used to score the imaging,while score ≥2 were acceptable image quantity for clinical imaging.Results Under different radiation doses,AIDR 3D reconstruction images were superior to FBP in noise,SNR,CNR and display of intervertebral disc hernia.Under the same reconstruction technology,with the reduction of dose,noise increased,SNR and display of intervertebral disc hernia decreased.Except for slightly lower in AIDR 3D reconstruction with 50 mAs than that with 30 mAs,CNR decreased with the reduction of dose.Two reconstruction technologies under the same dose,image quality of reducing the tube current were better than that of lowering the tube voltage.Conclusion It is valuable of AIDR 3D combined with CT low dose scanning in evaluation on lumbar intervertebral disc hernia.
