Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 2017;29(4):420-425
Objective To optimize and simplify the survey method of Oncomelania hupensis snails in marshland endemic re-gions of schistosomiasis,so as to improve the precision, efficiency and economy of the snail survey. Methods A snail sam-pling strategy(Spatial Sampling Scenario of Oncomelania based on Plant Abundance,SOPA)which took the plant abundance as auxiliary variable was explored and an experimental study in a 50 m×50 m plot in a marshland in the Poyang Lake region was performed. Firstly, the push broom surveyed data was stratified into 5 layers by the plant abundance data;then, the required numbers of optimal sampling points of each layer through Hammond McCullagh equation were calculated;thirdly, every sample point in the line with the Multiple Directional Interpolation(MDI)placement scheme was pinpointed;and finally, the compari-son study among the outcomes of the spatial random sampling strategy, the traditional systematic sampling method, the spatial stratified sampling method,Sandwich spatial sampling and inference and SOPA was performed. Results The method(SOPA) proposed in this study had the minimal absolute error of 0.2138;and the traditional systematic sampling method had the largest estimate, and the absolute error was 0.9244. Conclusion The snail sampling strategy(SOPA)proposed in this study obtains the higher estimation accuracy than the other four methods.

Objective To study the expressions and clinical significance of hypoxia inducible factor-1α( HIF-1α) ,vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1 (VEGFR-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2) in the villi tissue of patients with missed abortion (MA) and early pregnant women. To explore the influence of hypoxia on placenta angiogenesis in missed abortion. Methods To de-tect the expression of HIF-1α,VEGF,VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 in the villi tissue of 35 cases of MA patients( re-search group) and 32 early pregnant women( control group) who underwent induced abortion surgery by immuno-histochemistry,and the results were statistical analysis. Results HIF-1α,VEGF,VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 were ex-pressed both in the villi tissue of research group and the control group. The expression of HIF-1α was higher in the research group than in the control group(P<0. 05). The expressions of VEGF,VEGFR-2 were significantly lower in the research group than in the control group ( P<0 . 05 ); the expression of HIF-1α was positively correlated with VEGF,VEGFR-1and VEGFR-2 in the control group, and the expression of HIF-1α was negatively correlated with VEGF and VEGFR-2 in the research group (P<0. 05),which had no correlation with VEGFR-1. Conclusion The expression of HIF-1α in the villi tissue of MA is up-regulated, the blood vessel formation of placenta decreases by adjusting the VEGF and VEGFR-2 genes transcription, which maybe is the important causes for MA.

Besides, the differences of relapse condition among different craving degree groups were statistically significant in two groups respectively(P=0.005, P=0.008).Serum S100B protein levels of experimental group , in different periods were lower than those of control group, with statistical significance ( P<0.05); There were 5 cases of insomnia, 3 cases of headache, 3 cases of thirsty, 2 cases of mild extrapyramidal symptoms in test group, but all above were mild and relieved on their own after withdrawal, no similar symptoms were observed in control group. Conclusion Risperidone intervention is a safe and effective method to prevent heroin addicts from relapsing, it maybe with the mechanism of reducing the levels of serum S100B protein, but it needs further research and efforts to put it in clinical applications of herion addiction treatment.
7.Diagnostic value of point-of-care lung ultrasonography
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2015;22(6):375-378,382
Lung ultrasound(LUS)has gained increasing popularity among intensivists in recent dec-ades.Although limited by the presence of air,LUS has proved to be useful in the evaluation of a number of different acute and chronic conditions, such as pneumonia, pneumothorax, acute lung injury,alveolar-intersti-tial syndrome, pleural effusion, etc, and showed a relatively higher sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accu-racy compared to routine radiographic imaging. It is also critical in improving the safety of pleural interven-tional procedures. The most common signs for diagnosing and differential diagnosing include the pleural line, lung sliding, the A-line,the quad sign, the sinusoid sign, the fractal, and tissue-like sign, the B-line,lung rock-ets,abolished lung sliding with the barcode sign, the lung point, the dynamic air bronchogram, etc. The BLUE-protocol allows differential diagnosis of acute respiratory failure.LUS is a feasible technique that can be used routinely and integrated into clinical practice in the fields of intensive care, emergency care,respirato-ry and general medicine.

9.Research and application of microRNA in the liver diseases
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(02):-
MicroRNAs(miRNAs,miR) is a class of 21~22 nt small non-protein-coding single strand RNA molecules. In the liver, the phenotypic alternation or expressed abnormality of many miRNAs can influence the hepatitis virus replication at the gene level, which would provocate the development from hepatitis to hepatic fibrosis, cirrhosis, and even primary hepatic carcinoma on target. And so,several miRNAs are confirmed to be a new class of related gene to carcinoma.Furthermore, the dysfunction or abnormal quantity of miRNAs will promote the formation of fatty liver disease by interfering with signal transduction of insulin, inducing insulin resistance and then influencing normal metabolism of endosomatic lipid,Therefore, the specific medicine or methods, which might retrieve the expression or function of miRNAs in the hepatocytes, will provide a new valuable method to manage human liver disease.
10.RNA Sequence-structural Alignment Based on Quantum Evolutionary Algorithm
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(09):-
As a classical problem of computational molecular biology, the multiple sequences alignment is also important foundational process. RNA is one of biological polymer, and is different from protein and DNA that the secondary structure of RNA is more conservative than its primary sequence. Therefore, RNA multiple sequences alignment require not only information of sequences, but also information of secondary structures which those sequences will form. Here, a program——QEA-MRNA, which based on quantum evolutionary algorithm(QEA) to align RNA sequences, is proposed. The program introduce a full crossover operator and a fitness function which considering the information of RNA premary sequence and secondary structure, and improving on prematurity controling and the convergent speed. The effectiveness and performance of QEA-MRNA are demonstrated by testing cases in BRAliBase.
