Conclusion It is necessary to explore the process of adjustment and posttraumatic growth of people with spinal cord injury, which contribute to understand their psychological experience, psychological feature, and coping strategies, promote their physical and psy-chological recovery, and provide theory and practice guidance for family and society re-integration.
4.Epilepsy in children:the impact on cognitive function
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;(5):473-475
Cognitive function has become a hot spot in the field of epilepsy. However, the relationship between cognitive function and epilepsy has not been clearly demonstrated. Clinical trials have showed that epi-lepsy and epileptic relevant factors are both associated with cognitive function in children. Children with cogni-tive impairment are often caused by those two factors. This article focuses on cognitive function in children with epilepsy age below 6 years, and mainly reviews the characteristics of cognitive function in these children with epilepsy.
5.Simultaneous determination of plasma threonine and alanine enantiomers in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma by RP-HPLC

Conclusion: The sleep quality problem of the frontier armymen located in the Gobi desert was more than normal people, and special measures should be taken to improve their sleep quality.
8.Diagnosis and treatment of closed renal trauma
Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(11):-
Objective To improve the diagnosis and management of closed renal trauma, and to reduce the rate of nephrectomy. Methods A total of 189 cases (146 men and 43 women; mean age,38 years) of closed renal trauma were retrospectively studied. A variety of examinations, including urinary analysis, B-ultrasonography, intravenous urography( IVU) and CT,were used for the diagnosis in these patients. Among them, closed renal trauma was accompanied by celiac viscera injury in 27 cases,by encephalic injury in 5, by fractures of spine and limbs in 13,and by compound trauma and shock in 3. Of the 189 cases, 156 were treated with conservative therapy, including 3 of spleen rupture,2 of encephalic injury,7 of fracture of spine and limbs;27 cases were treated with operation, including 15 with kidney repair,5 with partial nephrectomy, 7 with nephrectomy;3 cases were treated with selective renal artery embolization. Results Three patients with severe closed renal trauma died of compound trauma and shock soon after admission, and the other 186 patients recovered. Of them, 102 cases were followed up from 3 months to 8 years. Among patients undergoing conservative treatment renal hypertension occurred in 3 cases, urinoma in 1 , kidney atrophy in 1 and local hydronephrosis in 1. In patients undergoing surgery or selective kidney artery embolization, no subsequent complication occurred. Conclusions CT scan can provide a major basis for the diagnosis and treatment choice as well as early detection of urinoma of closed renal trauma. For closed renal trauma below grade IV ,conservative treatment is the better option.
9.EFFECTS OF POLYACTIN A ON THE HEMOLYSIN ANTIBODY PRODUCTION IN MICE
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
In this report, the immunopharmacological effects of Polyactin A ( PAA ) were presented. When the SRBC immunized mice were administered daily 2. 5~40mg/kg ( ip ) of PAA for 3 or 5 days, the serum level of hemolysin, the antibody production in spleen and the number of nucleated cells of spleen were enhanced significantly; and the efficacy-dose dependency was evident in these experiments。 In spite of these effects, PAA didn't affect the kinetics of circulating antibody level. In other experiments, it was found that the efficiency was more potent when PAA was given before or simultaneously with SRBC immunization than given after.
10.Laparoscopic surgery for ulcerative colitis
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic surgical treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods The clinical data of 5 cases who underwent laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of ulcerative colitis were reviewed. Results All 5 cases successfully underwent laparoscopic surgery.Among them,4 had total proctocolectomy and ileal pouch-anastomosis(IPAA),and 1 had subtotal colectomy plus total proctectomy, and cecum-anal anastomosis. The median operating time was 7.5(6.5-9)h,the median blood loss was 250(150-400)mL,the median time to begin semi-fluid intake after operation was 62(60-86)h,the median time of hospital stay was 12(10-14)d,Postoperative pelvic infection occurred in 1 case, adhesive intestinal obstruction occurred in another case. The median follow-up time was 22(10-34)months,and the average number of daily bowel movement was 6.5(4-10)d;they were relapse-free,and had normal daily living and work at follow-up.Conclusions Laparoscopic surgical treatment of ulcerative colitis is associated with minor trauma and rapid recovery, and is safe and reliable, but further accumulation of cases is required.
