OBJECTIVETo investigate necessity of the further processing for adsorptive resin material.

METHODSAccording to GB/ T 16886.4, coagulation tests, haematology tests, in vitro spontaneous platelet-adhesion test and complement activation tests were conducted respectively to assess the in vitro blood compatibility of adsorptive resin material.

RESULTSIn comparison with polypropylene, he adsorptive resin material appears to be a very slight activator to the endogenous blood coagulation system, it can inhibited the exogenous blood coagulation system very significantly (P < 0.01), it can adhere to fibrinogen, red blood cells, reticulocytes very significantly (P < 0.01), and platelet significantly (P < 0.05). The adsorptive resin material is also revealed to be a very significant activator (P < 0.01) to the complement system.

CONCLUSIONSThe in vitro blood compatibility assessment witnesses that it is very necessary for the adsorptive resin material to go through the certain special processing(such as the surface modification and the microencapsulation technology, etc) before its application to human being.

Magnetic mediated particles can be located within tumor volume through special ways are can be heated while exposed to an externally alternating magnetic field,thus kill the tumor cells.Compared with othen hyperthermia a major advantage of magnetic mediated hyperthermia is that of targeting tumor specially and selectively.The evidences of clinical research demonstrate that magnetic mediated hyperthermia will have a promising future and play an important role in tumor therapy.

In this paper, some study methods of pharmacokinetic, the explanation ways of data and experimental methods of transdermal therapeutic system(TTS) were described. The advancement of modern science accelerates the development of pharmacokinetic of TTS and makes more progress in this field.

The soluble antigen was isolated from pig retinal extract by precipitation with ammonium sulfate followed by molecular sieve. 50 ?g S antigen with equal volume complete Freund's adjuvant was injected into double hind foodpads of guinea pigs. Two weeks later, experimental autoimmune uveitis developed. Its pathologic feature is that a great number of lymphocytes infiltrated into chroid which was thickened gradually from anterior to posterior. Inflammatory variation was relative to disease phase. Ultrastructure pathology was characterized by swelling and necrosis in the inner and outer segments of photorecepter cells. This result suggests that S antigen has significant effect on inducing experimental autoimmune uveitis and the outer layer of retina is the sensitive target organ of S antigen.

AIM Protective action of TMP on hearts and brains under the condition of the acute hypoxia was studied. METHODS On the device of mice acute hypoxia ,ability of tolerancing hypoxia of mice was investigated,and superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) and nitric oxide(NO) contents in hearts and brains were measured.RESULTS TMP could make the resisting hypoxia action in mice strengthen significantly,and the action had a does dependent increase. TMP made SOD contents in hearts and brains in does dependent increase;MDA contents in hearts and brains were not notable in low does ,but TMP could decreased MDA contents in hearts and brains in middle and high does ( P

[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy and safety of quadruple therapy based on moxifloxacin and bismuth in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori eradication failure.[Methods] A prospective,randomized,comparative study was conducted in which 136 eligible patients were randomly divided into the extended quadruple group (66 patients,and the quadruplex therapies are Pectin bismuth 100 mg tid + lansoprazole 30 mg bid + amoxicillin 1000 mg bid + moxifloxacin 400 mg qd) and the classical quadruple group (70 patients,and the quadruple therapies are colloidal pectin bismuth 100 mg tid+ lansoprazole 30 mg bid +tetracycline tablet 750 mg Bid + metronidazole tablets 400 mg bid combination) and were under treatment for 14 days.One month after the treatment,endoscopy,rapid urease test,and 13-carbon/ 14-carbon urease breath test were used to evaluate the adverse effects and adherence of the drugs in the two groups respectively.[Results] In the extended quadruple group,among 60 patients who had completed the final treatment and follow-up survey,55 were successfully treated,with eradication rates of (83.3％,55/66)and 91.7％ (55/60) according to intention-to-treat (ITT) and Per-protocol (PP) respectively.In the classic quadruple group,64 patients completed the final treatment and follow-up survey.Among them,37 cases were successful,and the eradication rates according to ITT and PP remedy are 52.9％ (37/70) and 57.8％ (37/64) respectively.The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.001).Adverse drug reactions and compliance monitoring showed no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).[Conclusion] The quadruple therapy based on moxifloxacin and bismuth displays a higher eradication rate than that of the classical bismuth quadruple therapy on the first-time elimination failure of Helicobacter pylori while shows no difference in safety consideration,thus can serve as remedial therapy for the primary Hp eradication failure.

Objective To investigate expression and significance of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) in serum and placental tissue of preeclampsia maternal.Methods 74 cases of preeclampsia pregnant women as research subjects,which 39 cases of severe preeclampsia,35 cases of mild preeclampsia,selected 30 cases of normal late maternal as the control group.Three groups of maternal serum levels of MMP-9 and of NGAL were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.RT-PCR was used to test placenta MMP-9 mRNA,and NGAL mRNA level.Results Preeclampsia maternal serum levels of MMP-9 and NGAL level were significantly higher than those of severe preeclampsia pregnant women serum level of MMP-9 and NGAL were significantly higher than mild preeclampsia (t =3.127,2.846,3.508,3.284,all P ＜ 0.05).Preeclampsia placentas of MMP-9 mRNA and NGAL mRNA levels were significantly lower than the control group (t =-2.842,-2.728,-3.532,-3.276,(a)ll P ＜ 0.05),severe preeclampsia placentas of MMP-9 and NGAL were significantly higher than mild preeclampsia(t =2.732,2.741,all P ＜ 0.05),severe preeclampsia placentas of MMP-9 mRNA and NGAL mRNA levels were significantly lower than in patients with mild preeclampsia (t =-2.681,-2.587,all P ＜ 0.05).Preeclampsia maternal serum levels of MMP-9 and NGAL was positively correlated with placental tissue mRNA levels of MMP-9 and NGAL mRNA level was positively correlated (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Preeclampsia maternal serum MMP-9 and NGAL were significantly elevated,placental MMP-9 mRNA and NGAL mRNA levels were significantly decreased,suggested that they may be involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.

Objective To observe the repairing effect of hyaluronic acid hydrogel on rat articular cartilage defects .Methods One hundred and twenty SD rats were randomly divided into group A (natural repair group) ,group B (hyaluronic acid group) and group C (composite material group) ,36 rats was in each group and 12 rats were used to obtain cartilage cells .Full‐thickness articular os‐teochondral defects(2 .5 mm in diameter and 3 .0 mm in depth)were created mechanically in femoral trochlea of rats .Histological and biochemical method were used to evaluate the repairing effect of different material at different points(10 ,20 ,40 d) .Results Repairing effect of group C was best by histological and biochemical method at different points ,followed by group B ,and they were better than that of group A .Conclusion Hyaluronic acid hydrogel could provide cartilage cell proliferation for porous space truss structure ,and could carry cartilage cells at the same time .the cellular space truss structure have high surrounding tissue compatibil‐ity and biodegradation ,it is helpful for cartilage cell survival ,reproduction and division .

Rapid and accurate diagnosis of pathogens is the responsibility of the clinical microbiology lab.Effective implementation of this function requires standard procedure of specimen collection and processing.In order to improve the ability of infectious disease diagnosis,clinical microbiology laboratory should strengthen the communication with the clinicians,to improve the quality and quantity of specimens.Meanwhile,microbiology laboratory should learn some clinical knowledge and understand the demand and development of clinical practice.Clinical microbiology lab should emphasize patient-oriented and multidisciplinary close cooperation,for improvement of pathogen diagnosis level.
