Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2008;31(12):12-14
Objective To study the ways and effect of surgical treatment for recurrent hepatolithiasis. Methods The therapeutic patterns and the clinical effect were retrospectively analyzed for 163 patiens8 with recurrent hepatolithiasis from January 2004 to December 2006.The 86 patients were partical hepatectomy, the 77 patients were no hepatectomy. Results The excellent rate was 96.5%,the incidence of residual stone and recurrence was 5.8%and 1.2%respectively in partical hepatectomy-but 85.7%,15.6% and 11.7%in no hepatectomy. There were statistical significance between the partical hepatectomy and no hepatectomy(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the partial hepatectomy is better than that of the nohepatectomy for the patients with gallstone.
5.Study on the expression of maspin gene and its role in patients with colorectal cancer
Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2013;(5):351-354
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of maspin gene in colorectal membrane, and their roles in the occurrence, progression, metastasis and prognosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect the expression of maspin in tissues of normal controls, adenoma, colorectal adenocarcinoma primary tumor, liver metastasis,lymph-node metastasis respectively. Results The expressions of maspin in normal controls, adenoma and colorectal adenocarcinoma primary tumor are down-regulated successively; the expression of maspin in colorectal adenocarcinoma with metastasis is lower than that in colorectal adenocarcinoma without metastasis(P<0.05) ; the down-regulation of maspin expression is significantly correlated with the depth of invasion, differentiation, liver metastasis and lymph node metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion The down-regulation of expression of maspin probably plays an important role in the occurrence, progression and metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma.maspin is probable a predictive index for reflecting the metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma and provide a clue for early diagnosis of metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
6.Accuracy of Classical Anatomical Landmark Technique ( Anterior, Central, and Posterior Approach) for Internal Jugular Vein by Ultra-sound Technique
Journal of Medical Research 2015;44(10):149-151
Objective To explore the accuracy rate of classical anatomical landmark technique ( anterior , central , and posterior ap-proach) for internal jugular vein (IJV) by ultrasound technique. Methods Sixty-four patients with selective operation were included in this study. The anesthetist marked the anterior approach , central approach, and posterior approach for internal jugular vein at 0°(neu-ral), 30°,and 80°of head rotation, respectively. The accuracy of each anatomical landmark were examined by other anesthetist with ul -trasound technique .Results The accuracy rate of anterior approach and central approach were significantly higher than posterior ap -proach at 0°of head rotation, respectively. The accuracy rate of anterior approach was higher than posterior approach at 30°of head rota-tion.The accuracy rate was similar among anterior , central, and posterior approach at 80°of head rotation. Conclusion The accuracy rate was different in different approach of anatomical landmark for internal jugular vein .
7.The diagnostic significance of antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies in patients of Uygur nationality and Han nationality with ulcerative colitis
Chinese Journal of Digestion 2001;0(10):-
ObjectiveTo evaluate the status of ANCA(antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies) positivity in Uygur nationality and Han nationality patients with ulcerative colitis (UC); and the possibility of the ANCA as a genetic marker of susceptibility between Uygur and Han nationality patients with ulcerative colitis in the same area. MethodsSerum samples from 39 Uygur and 31 Han patients with UC, 30 Uygur and 30 Han patients with diarrhea of other causes, 30 Uygur and 30 Han subjects as healthy controls were examined for ANCA using indirect immunofluorescence. Results ANCA was detected in 24 of 39(61.5%) Uygur patients with UC, 11 of 30( 35.5%) Han patients with UC, 1 of 30(3.3%) Uygur patients with diarrhea of other causes, none of 30 Han patients nor in the two healthy controls. It showed that the positive rate in Uygur patients with UC was significantly higher than in Han patients with UC (P0.05). Conclusions ANCA is useful in distinguishing patients with UC from other diarrhea diseases. ANCA may be a potential marker of genetic susceptibility to UC.

10.Cloning and Optimized Prokaryotic Expression of a pbmag-1 cDNA Fragment from Plasmodium berghei ANKA
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(04):-
Objective To clone and express a novel gene cDNA fragment,pbmag-1,from Plasmodium berghei ANKA strain. Methods The cDNA sequence of pbmag-1 was obtained from the GenBank of P.berghei ANKA genomic databases, with which a pair of primers was designed and RT-PCR was used to get a cDNA fragment of the gene from the parasite. The expanded cDNA 3′ fragment of the gene was obtained by 3′-RACE using the oligo dT primer and a set of specific primers. The intact cDNA 3′ fragment was cloned into a prokaryotic expressional vector and transformed into the BL21-(DE3)-RIL strain of Escherichia coli. The recombinant protein of PbMAg-1 was expressed with an optimized strategy and used to immunize mice. Results The pbmag-1 cDNA fragment obtained was 1 341 bp in length,A/T rich (73%) and with a correct 3′ end sequence. By Western blot, the anti-serum of mice immunized with the recombinant protein of PbMAg-1/GST,which was expressed as inclusion bodies, specifically recognized a band with Mr 64 000 molecule from the protein extracts of P. berghei-infected mouse erythrocytes. Conclusion The pbmag-1 cDNA sequence with intact 3′ has been obtained, which will be used for further study on its role in the immune response of P. berghei infection.
