Objective To determine the changes of coagulation indexes of rabbits struck at different levels and sieve the traditional coagulation indexes, such as activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen (FIB). Methods We used correlation analysis to precondition the data to reject indexes, and used stepwise discriminatory analysis to choose indexes and made the diagnosis by multiple linear discrimination analysis. Then, by random sampling we compared the correct diagnostic rate by 4 indexes with that by 3 indexes. Results The correct discrimination rate of blood coagulation function diagnosis in rabbits was up to 87.60% by the four indexes and 96.12% with the three indexes (APTT, PT and TT). The average correct discrimination rate of blood coagulation function diagnosis in 1 000-time random sampling was up to 83.07% by the four indexes and 85.16% by the three indexes. Conclusion Stepwise discriminatory analysis can be used to discriminate hemorrhage from thromboxane. The correct diagnostic rate gets higher when FIB was rejected.

Objective To explore the reasonable construction of the bilingual teaching training mode for medical professional teachers so as to improve the effectiveness of the bilingual teacher training, promote the development of faculties and the quality of bilingual teaching in colleges and universities. Methods First, need analysis was done on 45 medical teachers who had taught medical scienc.e in English or intended to do it in Third Military Medical University and four basic modules were formed lectures in class, one on one instruction, self training, simulation teaching.Lectures in class are related to how to improve students' ability of language, make PPT and design teaching plans. One on one instruction focuses on pronunciation, lecture notes writing in English, trial teaching and teaching attitude;self training includes human-computer interaction in listening and speaking, independent preparation for lessons and video learning;simulation teaching is composed of trial lecture in class,teacher-student comments and demo lessons. Then 3 students participating the training was investigated and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was applied to calculate the weights of every indices. Results Primary index weights are:0.490 for one-on-one tutoring;0.240 for simulated teaching;0.180 for having English lessons;0.082 for independent learning.Weights of secondary indices are as the following.Trial teaching, the lecture notes writing in English and the training for English pronunciation and teachers' classroom language which are subordinate to the primary index of one-on-one tutoring are 0.180 0,0.150 0 and 0.096 0 respectively;teachers' comments and peer feed-back and demo class under the primary indices of simulated teaching are 0.120 0 and 0.091 0.Conclusion In order to improve the teaching ability in English,it is necessary to strengthen the one-onone tutoring for medical professional teachers, highlight English teachers' comments and peer assessment and excavate the effect of demo classes in the training program.

Objective:
To design and evaluate a new method for measuring the center of rotation of the hip joint, and to compare it with the traditional methods.
Methods:
Data of healthy hips of 120 total hip arthroplasty (THA) patients (120 hips) and bilateral hips of 20 healthy volumteers (40 hips) were collected. A series of X-rays and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were taken from each patient with the hip joint abductted at differenct angles (0°, 7.5°, 15°, and 22.5°). The motion track of rotation center was obtained by comparing these X-ray and MRI images. The preoperative and postoperative data of 67 surgical patients who underwent two different measurement methods before surgery were compared.
Results:
Compared with traditional measurement methods, the accuracy of our new method was significantly improved; the results of hip MRI verified the objectivity and accuracy of our new method; preoperative measurements and postoperative follow-up results showed that our new method had a better clinical effect than traditional measurements.
Conclusions
The team′s innovative new measurement method based on pelvic orthotopic X-ray photographs with different abduction angles of the hip shows more accurate data than traditional measurement methods and shows better clinical results.
