Objective To analyse reperfusion arrhythmias in AMI patients treated by direct PCI. To investigate prevention and treatments so as to elevate operation achievement ratio. Methods One hundred and seventy six AMI patients underwent direct PCI; of the 176 patients, 56 presented reperfusion arrhythmias. Observations were made in the context of the different arrhythmias, relation between the time onset of the arrhythmias after reperfusion, relation of infarct size number of the involved vessels and the infarct size to the arrhythmias. Results PCI performed with six hours after AMI showed much higher incidence of arrhythmias than PCI performed six to twenty four hours after AMI (P0.05).Conclusions Reperfusion arrhythmias were commonly seen in AMI patients treated by direct PCI. Early prevention and detection with appropriate treatment is the key to elevate survival rate leading to a better prognosis.

BACKGROUND: Many studies have suggested that artificial joint replacement has a greater advantage in the treatment of cases of elderly osteoporosis, comminuted fractures and unable to internal fixation or failure of internal fixation. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the curative effect of cemented artificial femoral head arthroplasty for treatment of elderly unstable intertrochanteric fracture. METHODS: Totaly 18 patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture, aged>75 years, were enroled and underwent cemented artificial femoral head arthroplasty. At 3 months after replacement, the curative effect was evaluated according to the Harris hip joint function score method. The early complications after replacement and long-term complications of prosthesis were observed by folow-up. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al these 18 patients were folowed up for 13 to 34 months, and had no infections, pressure sores, femoral shaft fractures and other complications. X-ray films showed that the frauture healed wel, without prosthesis infection, dislocation, loosening, sinking and breaking. After 3 months of replacement, al patients returned to pre-injury level of walking function. The curative effect was excelent for eight cases, good for seven cases, fair for two cases, poor for one case. These results demonstrate that cemented artificial femoral head arthroplasty for treatment of elderly unstable intertrochanteric fracture has good biocompatibility and stability, and can restore the limb function of patients.
3.Impact of transient cerebral ischemia seizure frequency on subsequent cerebral infarction
China Modern Doctor 2014;(20):129-131
Objective To observe the impact of different frequency of transient cerebral ischemia on subsequent cere-bral infarction. Methods A total of 310 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were select-ed as the research objects and divided into TIA group and non-TIA group, the TIA group(65 cases) including cerebral infarction patients with ipsilateral transient cerebral ischemia, which was divided into one time group (8 cases),two to three times group(18 cases) and above three times group(39 cases) according to the attack frequency of transient cere-bral ischemia, and the remaining patients were selected as non-TIA group (245 cases). Neurologic impairment and prognosis of patients in all TIA groups and non-TIA group were compared and observed. Results In the comparison of neurologic impairment, ratio of severe neurologic impairment in TIA was significantly lower than non-TIA group (P<0.05),in TIA group, ratio of moderately severe neurologic impairment in two to three times group was significanly lower than other two groups (P<0.05),and ratio of II level prognosis in TIA group was significantly higher than non-TIA group (P<0.05),in TIA group, ratio of patients with two to three times attack frequency was significantly higher than other two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Different attack frequency of transient cerebral ischemia has certain relation-ships with neuroprotection.

Objective:
To evaluate analytical performance and clinical application value of a one-step HBV DNA quantitative detecting system.
Methods:
Analytical performance of the one-step HBV DNA quantitative detecting reagents included precision, residual contamination, accuracy, functional sensitivity and analytical measurement range were verified by collecting high concentration samples and external quality control samples from Jiangsu provincial clinical test center.
Results:
The within-run coefficient of variation (CV) of both low and high concentration samples were below 5%, meanwhile the intra-assay CV was below 3/5 TEa and inter-assay CV was below 4/5 TEa. There was no residual contamination and the analytic accuracy met the requirement of external quality assessment (EQA). Functional sensitivity was able to attain 100 IU/ml, while the day to day CV was below 20%. It exhibited a benign linear relation from 7.58×101 to 7.58×108 IU/ml.
Conclusions
The analytic performance of a new testing system must be evaluated particularly before detecting samples of patients by quantitative tests. This study proves that the one-step HBV DNA quantitative detecting reagents can meet requirement of hepatitis B screening and clinical therapy monitoring, which is economic and simple for clinical routine tests.

AIM:To observe the levels of monocyte-platelet aggregates (MPA) and markers of activated monocytes in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) accepting Ginkgo biloba tablet treatments, and to explore its mechanisms for cardiovascular disease treatments.METHODS:The levels of MPA,CD11b,and MCP-1 were measured in 92 unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and 42 stable angina pectoris (SAP).The UAP patients were randomly assigned into routine treatment group (control group) and combined tablet treatment group (Ginkgo biloba group). The efficacy was assessed, and the levels of MPA,CD11b,and MCP-1 were measured after 28 days of treatment, respectively.RESULTS:The levels of MPA,CD11b,and MCP-1 in UAP group were higher than those in SAP group (P<0.001).The levels of MPA and CD11b were positively correlated with MCP-1 level (P < 0.01).The total rate of effective Ginkgo biloba tablet treatment was higher than that of non-Ginkgo biloba tablet treatment (P < 0.05).After 28 days of treatments, the levels of MPA,CD11b,and MCP-1 in Ginkgo biloba group were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.001).In total effective treatment group, the levels of MPA,CD11b,and MCP-1 were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment (P < 0.001),and the decreased rates of these markers after treatment were also much higher (P < 0.01).CONCLUSION:There is an obvious efficacy of Ginkgo biloba tablet on unstable angina pectoris by down-regulating the levels of MPA,CD11b and MCP-1.

Objective Based on the measurement of the ambient dose equivalent rate of points around the novel self-shielding Zap-X radiotherapy system, its self-shielding effect was evaluated and analyzed, and suggestions were proposed for the revision and improvement of related standards in China. Methods The ambient dose equivalent rates were measured at 15 points around the Zap-X system under 6 system operating conditions. The radiation shielding effect of the Zap-X system was evaluated according to the domestic and international radiation protection standards of radiotherapy equipment. Results Measurement of ambient dose equivalent rate and dose evaluation showed that the shielding effect of the Zap-X system met the requirements of international standards, but the dose rates at some points failed to satisfy the reference control levels in the domestic standards. Conclusion Without the shielded treatment room, the self-shielding effect of the Zap-X radiotherapy system is insufficient to meet the requirements of domestic standards for radiation safety and protection. The system should be operated in the treatment room to meet domestic standards.
