1.The expression of p53 and heat shock protein 70 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors and its sigulficance
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(17):18-21
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of p53,heat shock protein 70(HSP70)and clinieopathologie eharacteristies in gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST),and the correlation between p53 and HSP70 expression. Methods p53 and HSP70 expression of 48 cases with GIST was detected by immunohistechemieal SP method.Analyzed the correlation between p53 and HSP70 expression. Results Among 48 cases with GIST,the positive rate for p53 and HSP70 were 60.42%(29/48) and 64.58%(31/48)There was no significant difference in the gender, age of patients.localization of tumor (P>0.05).but there was significant difference in the histological grade (P<005).There was positive correlation between the expression of p53 and HSP70(X2=4.075,P<0.05).Conclusions The positive rate of p53 and HSP70 in GIST is high, especially in hish risk patients. The expressions of p53 and HSP70 play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of GIST,which may be used as an objective parameter for distinguishing malignant GIST from benign cases.

Objective To investigate the expression of focal adhesion kinase in peripheral blood of colorectal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Focal adhesion kinase in peripheral blood was determined with flow cytometry in 40 cases of colorectal cancer and 20 cases of control group. Results The positive rate of focal adhesion kinase in colorectal cancer group was 60.0% and in control group was 25.0%,respectively(P
