Objective To explore the relationship between mutations in basic core promoter (BCP) of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and familial clustering of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in Guangxi. Methods 153 pairs of members with HBsAg-positive were selected and matched from HCC high-incidence families and carcinoma-free families in Guangxi. The BCP genes were amplified and sequenced. Results The hotspot sites of the previous five mutations in BCP were T1762, A1764, G1775, V1753, G1803. In univariant analysis, HBV DNA≥105 copies/mL, T1762, A1764 and V1753 mutations were associated with the HCC high-incidence (P <0.05). The multivariate logistic analysis showed that HBV DNA≥105 copies/mL and A1764 were independent risk factors for it. Conclusion HBV DNA level, the mutations in BCP showed correlations with familial clustering of HCC in Guangxi.

Objective To investigate the validity and reliability of Item Erectile Function Scale (I-EF) for neurogenic erectile dysfunc-tion (ED). Methods 104 patients with spinal cord injury were assessed with I-EF. They were measured with pudendal somatosensory ner-vous evoked potential (SEP), bulbocavernosus reflex potential time (BCR) and nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT) detection. 34 patients ac-cepted medicine for ED, and were assessed with I-EF after treatment. 21 patients with medium ED were assessed by 2 testers, and retested 2-4 weeks later. Results The patients who recorded their potential of SEP and BCR got the scores of Q1, Q2 above 7, and the absence with the scores of 3. Those found NPT 1-3 times got the score of Q3 above 7, and the absence with the scores of 3. The incidence of reflex erec-tions and NPT were more in complete suprasacral ones than in complete sacral ones (P<0.05). There was significant improvement after med-ication in patients with mild to medium ED (P<0.05). The interclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was 0.93 between testers and 0.90 between test-retest. Conclusion I-EF can be used to assess neurogenic erectile dysfunction for rehabilitation.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(38):6216-6221
BACKGROUND:Heat shock proteins have unique biological characteristics, and exploration of such proteins expressed in the myocardium under exercise stress has important value.
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the studies about the expression of myocardial heat shock proteins under stress condition, and analyze the expression characteristics of myocardial heat shock proteins under different stress conditions.
METHODA computer-based online retrieval was performed to find articles about the production, classification and function of heat shock proteins, as wel as the expression of myocardial heat shock proteins published from January 1991 to January 2014 in PubMed database and Wanfang databases. The key words were“heat shock protein;myocardium;exercise stress”in English and Chinese. Final y 48 relevant articles were summarized.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Heat shock proteins have the immune synergy effect. Researches show that, exercise training triggers the expression of myocardial heat shock protein. Acute exercise stress leads to a variety of physiological and biochemical changes, accordingly myocardial heat shock protein wil make the corresponding expression and protect myocardial cells. Low-intensity exercise can increase the expression level of heat shock protein 72, and inhibit cardiomyocyte apoptosis. High-intensity exercise reduces the expression of heat shock protein 72, which can not effectively inhibit cardiomyocyte apoptosis and is not conducive to the myocardial protective effect. The expression of heat shock protein under moderate-intensity exercise remains controversial. Exercise-induced expression of heat shock protein may have protection effect against damage induced by exercise, moderate exercise activities play an important role in enhancing myocardial function and preventing myocardial injury.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(05):-
Objective To search for the reasons of high positive rate of amotile bacteria and the diagnosis of septicemia in new-born Methods The blood was drawn from the different site of the new-born with septicemia and carricd out blood culture. The drug sensitivity test had been done by the method of paper stripdiffusion. The plasmids of bacteria were extracted rapidly by medified Birnboim method and the plasmid analyss was carried out. The plasmids's DNA of 35 epidemic strain was cut off by both restriction enzyme of Hind Ⅲ and EcoR Ⅰ. The outer membrane protein (OMP) was determined by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results There are 51 patients with positive blood culture amotile bacterium,of them, pollution; 35 cases (68.6%), septicemia: only 16 cases (31.4%),54.8% (57/104) strains bacteria have drug resistance to more of 12 drugs. 87.3% (165/189) strains bacteria have plasmids. They are cut off as 6 DNA fragments (1.9,2,4,5, 8.5 and 18Kb) by Hind Ⅲ restrietion enzyme. and as 5 DNA fragments (2,2.6,3.2, 6.3 and 22 Kb) by EcoR Ⅰrestrietion enzyme, it is showed that they come from a same clone. The epidemic strain include 10 slips OMP, but non-epidemic strain have 11 slip OMP, increase a 25Kd belt. The amotile bacteria with above-mentioned plasmid spectrum, restriction enzyme spectrum and OMP spectrum are only seen in the air, therapeutic dish and syringe needle. Conclusion The pollution is an important reason of amotile bactorium high positiye rate in new-born.Diagnosing septicemia should depend on bacteria culture, plasmid analysis restriction enzyme analysis of plasmid DNA, oMP determination and combining medical history and clinical manifestation.

Objective To observe the changes on the neurogenic inflammation-related factors in the dura mater of the rat model of migraine and investigate the possible mechanism of the pain of migraine. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into stimulation group ( n = 32 ) and sham group ( n = 32 ).Unilateral trigeminal ganglion was stimulated to induce migraine for rats in the stimulation group. Rats in the sham group were subjected to sham surgery. The levels of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in the blood of jugular vein in the stimulation side were measured by radioimmunoassay. The levels of histamine in peripheral blood and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2 ) in the dura mater were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The number of mast cells and percentage of their degranulation in the dura mater were determined under a microscope after toluidine blue staining. Cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2)expression in the dura mater was evaluated by immunohistochemical staining and western blot analysis. Results In the stimulation group, the level of CGRP in the ipsilateral jugular vein was (82. 84 ± 16. 24)pg/ml and in the sham group was (59. 20 ±11.66) pg/ml (t = -3.34, P < 0. 05 ). The level of histamine in the ipsilateral jugular vein was ( 11.59 ± 1.20) ng/ml and in the sham group was (9. 87 ±0. 88) ng/ml (t = - 3. 27, P < 0. 05). The number of mast cells in the dura mater decreased from 15.46 ± 2. 40 in the stimulation group to 11.63 ± 1.67 in the sham group ( t = 3.71, P < 0. 05 ). Degranulation of mast cells in the dura mater significantly increased from 14. 09% ±4. 53% in the sham group to 29. 10% ±9. 39% in the stimulation group (t = - 4. 07, P < 0. 05 ). The level of PGE2 in the stimulation group was ( 382. 30 ±20. 90) pg/ml and in the sham group was (80. 70 ± 10. 60) pg/ml (t = - 16. 674, P <0. 05). The number of COX-2 positive cells significantly increased from 42. 00 ± 18.40 in the sham group to 139.00 ±20. 50 in the stimulation group (t = -7. 994, P <0. 05). Also the COX-2 protein level was elevated from 19. 50 ±9. 20 in the sham group to 359. 20 ±21.90 in the stimulation group (t = -5. 190, P <0. 05). Conclusions Electrical stimulation on the unilateral trigeminal ganglion induces neurogenic inflammation in the dura mater. Changes on the neurogenic inflammation-related factors are probably the essential pathophysiological mechanism underlying the pain in migraine.

Objective To explore the distribution and characteristics of hepatitis B virus (HBV) genotype in the region in Guangxi with high incidence of primary liver cancer (PLC). Methods 103 pairs of samples from the sex- and age-matched members with HBsAg-positive from PLC-clustering families (the experimental group) and carcinoma-free families (control group) were collected. Nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and sequencing methods were applied for the analysis of HBV genotype. Results Four HBV genotypes: B, C, B/C and D, were detected, the percentages of them in the two groups were 31.1%, 63.1%, 1.9%, 1.9% and 30.1%, 55.3%, 6.8%, 2.9%, respectively, showed no significant differences (P > 0.05). HBeAg positive rates were significantly different between genotype C and B (P < 0.05), but no significant differences were showed in such factors as gender, age, ethnic group and HBV DNA level in them (P > 0.05). Conclusions The main genotypes were types B and C besides a small number of combined genotypes B/C and D in the regions of Guangxi with a high incidence of PLC. There may be few relationships between HBV genotypes and the high incidence of PLC for familial clustering in Guangxi.
