Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and clinical significance of the three-dimensional contrast-enhanced MR angiography (3D-CE-MRA)in the infantile superficial hemangioma. Methods Forty-four children with superficial hemangioma un-derwent conventional and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI.MRI scanning was started at the time of inj ection, and four dynamic pha-ses of images were acquired continually.Maximum intensity proj ection (MIP)images were reconstructed to show the blood vessels of the lesions in multiple phases. Results Forty-nine infantile superficial hemangiomas were detected by MRI,including a single le-sion in 41 patients and multiple ones in 3.3D-CE-MRA showed 37 lesions in 32 patients, and other 12 lesions were not found in 12 patients. Conclusion The conventional and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI can reflect the location, number and the range of the su-perficial hemangioma, and show the relationship between the lesion and the surrounding tissues.3D-CE-MRA directly shows the blood supply of the tumors.

Objective To study knowledge, ability and related behavior of reproductive health among unmarried women migrants in Qingdao area,Shandong and evaluate effectiveness of basic intervention, including provision of free condom and health education and enhanced intervention, including healthy sex, contraception and health-care seeking behavior. Methods A community intervention trial was conducted among 1800 unmarried women migrants aged 18 -29 years in 10 workplaces of Qingdao.Basic intervention included health knowledge publicity and distribution of free condoms, and enhanced intervention included distribution of very important person (VIP) service cards, hotline telephone service, broadcasting digital versatile disc (DVD) of reproductive health knowledge, health lectures, peer education, and so on,in addition to health knowledge publicity and distribution of free condoms.Effectiveness was evaluated using questionnaire before and six months after intervention. Results After intervention, awareness of reproductive health and attitude to reproductive health improved significantly among the women migrants,as compared to those before intervention, particularly in knowledge of contraception and sexual health with enhanced intervention (with more than 20% of them aware) ( P < 0.01 ).About effectiveness on health-care seeking behavior,59.2% (482/814) and 80.8% (651/806) of the women migrants with reproductive tract infections would visit physicians after basic and enhanced intervention,as compared to those of 32.0% (286/895) and 31.9% (275/862) before them, respectively (P<0.01).About effectiveness on contraceptive behavior, persistent and proper use of effective contraception methods improved significantly after intervention,as compared to that before it ( P < 0.05 ),but with no significant difference between the two group with basic and enhanced intervention. Conclusions Both basic and enhanced intervention is effective and feasible in women migrants, more effective for enhanced one.

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2011;17(2):110-113
Objective To investigate the three methods for sun protection factor determination in vivo in Chinese under the same condition, and to evaluate the feasibility and reliability of the three methods. Methods There were 45 healthy volunteers in Guangzhou area were involved in the study. All of them were randomly divided into three groups. Among them 15 volunteers were in the current method group, 5 volunteers in the simplified method group, and 25 volunteers were in the single-exposure method group. Two standard sunscreens of SPF 4 and SPF 15 and one sunscreen labeled as SPF 20 were tested by all the three methods in the study. Two experienced observers read results, respectively, under the same conditions. Results The volunteers in the current method group received the largest dose of UV light. The simple method was next to it and the single-exposure reduced 4-5 folds of UV dose received. The results of the two observers in the current method group and the single-exposure group were very close. But the test results of P3 were not completely coincident between the two observers in the simplified method group. SPFs value of the three sunscreens were 4. 12, 16.09, and 22.60 obtained by the observer 1 and 4. 18, 15.92, and 21.97 obtained by the observer 2, respectively. In the simplified method group, SPFs values of <4, >15, >20 and <4, <15, >20 were obtained by the two observers. In the single-exposure method group, SPFs values of the three sunscreens were 4.04, 15.34, 21.33 by the observer 1 and 3. 96, 15.82, 21.33 by the observer 2, respectively. Conclusion The single-exposure method is convenient and easily to operate and may replace the current method some day. The simple method is not valuable in determination of SPF labeled on the packages of sunscreens, but may be useful in supervision of the market sunscreen products.

Four hundred eighty patients with carbon monoxide poisoning were randomly assigned to receive hyperbaric oxygen alone or hyperbaric oxygen plus Nimodipine.Treatment outcomes and the incidence of delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP)were observed. We found that the incidence of DEACMP was 14.0%(67/480)in all cases,19.2%(46/67)in hyperbaric oxygen group, and 8.8%(21/67)in hyperbaric oxygen plus Nimodipine group(hyperbaric oxygen group vs hyperbaric oxygen plus Nimodipine group,P<0.05).These results suggested that hyperbaric oxygen combined with Nimodipine could prevent the development of DEACMP.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2010;26(1):24-27
Objective To investigate the correlation of spiral CT features with expression of E-cadherin(E-cad) in peripheral lung cancer. Methods Spiral CT scans were performed in 58 patients with peripheral lung cancer confirmed by pathology.Expression of E-cad in 58 cases were detected with SP immunohistochemical techniques.Spiral CT findings were compared with expression of E-cad.Results The abnormal expression of E-cad was showed in 32 cases(55.17%).The positive rates of E-cad expression were 40.63% in I-II cell differentiation group and 73.08% in III-IV cell differentiation group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The abnormal expression of E-cad was associated with the CT features, such as lymph node metastasis, pleural invasion and the size of tumor(P<0.05),but not the cavity sign, spicular sign and vessel convergence sign(P>0.05).Conclusion E-cad gene over expression may play an important role in the pathogenesis and CT appearances of lung cancer.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2014;30(4):644-657
Rat brain kinesin is a conventional kinesin that uses the energy from ATP hydrolysis to walk along the microtubule progressively. Studying how the chemical energy in ATP is utilized for mechanical movement is important to understand this moving function. The monomeric motor domain, rK354, was crystallized. An ATP analog, AMPPNP, was soaked in the active site. Comparing the complex structure of rK354 x AMPPNP and that of rK354ADP, a hypothesis is proposed that Glu237 in the Switch II region sensors the presence of gamma-phosphate and transfers the signal to the microtubule binding region.
