Objective The aim of this paper was to develop the Mobile Nutrition Order System based on the technology of hospital information system to adapt the nutrition and food security management model in the new situation, so that the unified informa-tization management of diet for patients could be implemented by the Department of Nutrition. Methods The Mobile Nutrition Order System, with the functions of information entry, nutrition recipe, order making and data transmission, could be constructed by the com-bination of technologies between informatization and digital order. Results The automation of nutrition order in hospital was a-chieved, and the nutrition recipe and nutritional therapy could be realized in hospital, the effect was very obvious. Conclusion Since the application of Mobile Nutrition Order System, the labor intensity of servers has been reduced, saving working hours effective-ly.Meanwhile, the management of nutritional therapy was improved and the quality of logistics services in hospital and nutritional ther-apy ascend to a new high.

Ohiective To establish an in vitro test system for testing CMV specific immune response. Methods Human embryonic lung fibroblasts(HELF)infected with CMV-AD169 and a mutant strain RV-TB40E-4, respectively, were stained with anti-HLA-A * 0201-PE and then measured for the expression of HLA-A * 0201. The infected HELF were incubated with individual pp65 peptide NLVPMVATV and cultured together with PBMC,then intracellular IFN-γ was tested by flow cytometry(FCM). Results The expression of HLA-A * 0201 was markedly suppressed on AD169-infected fibroblasts, while it was not affected on RV-TB40E-4-infected cells. PBMC showing no response to AD169-infected cells responded significantly to RV-TB40E-4-infected cells. The HELF infected with AD169 and loaded with external peptides induced a significantly stronger response which was the sum of the induced response ratios of the infected HELF and the uninfected HELF loaded with peptides. Conclusion CMV-AD169 downregulates the expression of MHC Ⅰ, while it does not decrease the capacity of cells to present external peptides. RV-TB40E-4,a CMV mutant in which the gene of US2-6/US11 has been deleted, does not affect MHC Ⅰ expression, and therefore represents a more suitable tool to explore CMV-specific immune response.

Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(03):-
Proteins from dried roots of three medicinal Panax species (P. Quinquefolius, P. ginseng and P. nologinseng) were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western-blot. The protein fin- gerprints of Panax species were confirmed. From 28KD to 58KD and 55KD are in common. Very specific fingerprints of P. quinquefolius are found below 28KD. The fingerprints above 58KD seemed to be peculiar to P. ginsing. Hence the Western-blot approach can be used as a means to authenticate the concerned Panax species, especially for identification of P. quinquefolius.

Objective To study the sub chronic toxicity of silver nanoparticles on medaka. Methods Adult fish were divided into silve nenopartides and control group.Animals were collected on 14 days after exposure, and some toxicological endpoints such as death rate, tissue distributed of silver irons, oxidative stress and histopathological damage were measured. Results There were significant difference in death rate of medaka treated with silver nanoparticles and control group.Compared with the control group, the content of silver in gill, intestine and liver of medaka treated with silver nanoparticles were increased significantly.Compared with control group, the activity of LDH in liver and SOD in liver and gill were significantly decreased(P<0.01).The content of MDA in liver of medaka treated with silver nanoparticles was significantly increased(P<0.01).The liver and gill of mekada treated with silver nanoparticles were damaged, compared with control group. Conclusion Nano silver has a certain subchronic toxicity to aquatic life.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1996;0(04):-
The value of dobutamine 99m橳c-MIBI SPECT (DBA-SPECT) for detecting coronary artery disease was assessed in 56 patients with chest pain. Exercise ECG, DBA-ECG and DBA-SPECT were obtained. The hemodynamic changes in DBA infusion are similar to that in exercise test. In 21 patients who had coronary angiogram, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 87. 5% ,76. 9% ,81. 7% ,respectively in DBA-SPECT;75. 0%, 92. 3%, 85. 0%, respectively in DBA-ECG,and 87. 5%,46. 2% ,61.9% ,respectively in exercise ECG test. The results showed that DBA-SPECT is a feasible safe and non-invasive method for detecting coronary artery disease.

Objective To compare the ocular parameters measured by 2 biometry devices Tomey OA-2000 and IOLMaster in cataract eyes.Methods A total of 74 cataract patients (74 eyes) were included in this prospective study.Ocular parameters,including axial length (AL),keratometry (K),anterior chamber depth (ACD) and white to white (WTW),were obtained from Tomey OA-2000 and IOLMaster,respectively.Paired t-test was applied to analyze the differences of ocular parameters from Tomey OA-2000 and IOLMaster,while Bland-Altman plot was used to assess the agreement of these ocular parameters.Results The AL,flat K,steep K,mean K,central corneal thickness (CCT),ACD,lens thickness,pupil diameter and WTW values measured by Tomey OA-2000 were (24.26 ± 2.71) mm,(44.09 ± 1.76) D,(45.01 ± 1.73) D,(44.55 ± 1.72)D,(518.41 ±34.18) μm,(3.07 ±0.48)mm,(4.48 ±0.61)mm,(4.07 ±0.95)mm and (11.50 ± 0.52)mm respectively.Values of AL,flat K,steep K,mean K,ACD and WTW from IOLMaster were (24.33 ± 2.69) mm,(44.21 ± 1.74) mm,(45.15 ± 1.76) D,(44.69 ± 1.74) D,(3.04 ± 0.46)mm and (11.65 ± 0.41) mm respectively.The difference values of AL,flat K,steep K,mean K,ACD and WTW between Tomey OA-2000 and IOLMaster were (-0.07 ±0.10) mm (t =-5.99,P<0.01),(-0.12 ± 0.21) D (t =-4.14,P<0.01),(-0.14 ± 0.20)D (t =-5.88,P<0.01),(-0.12 ±0.13) D (t =-7.44,P<0.01),(0.03 ±0.14) mm (t=1.99,P=0.05) and (-0.14±0.32) mm (t=-3.73,P<0.01) respectively.The 95% limits of agreement (LoA) of the AL,flat K,steep K,mean K,ACD obtained from the two devices was 0.27 mm,0.50 D,0.53 D,0.38 D,0.30 mm,respectively,and the agreement was good;95% LoA of WTW was 0.78 mm,and the consistency was poor.Conclusion The differences of AL,K values and ACD between Tomey OA-2000 and IOLMaster were small,suggesting the agreement is unified.

Objective To study the optimum extraction process of Compound Ganmaoling Capsules by orthogonal design. Methods The rate of extraction and the content of chlorogenic acid were chosen as the assessment indexes. The amount of water, boiling duration and boiling times were studied to examine the extraction process by orthogonal design. Results The optimum water extraction process conditions were adding ten times amount of water for the first time and eight times amount of water for the second time, 1.5 h each time. Conclusion The preparation method is reasonable and stable.
