Total Expenditure on Health (TEH) is an important instrument for evaluating policies of medical reform. To analyze the results and characteristics of TEH under the new medical reform, and prospect the changing trends of TEH during the 12th Five-Year Plan in Jiangsu, reflect the health related policies tend of increasing the government input on health, reduce the household’s out-of-pocket proportion in recent years. Suggestions were proposed for the future changing trends of health economic policies which require attention.

With advances in surgical techniques,laparoseopic surgical instruments and constant equipment innovation,minimally invasive surgery has become the main stream of this century.Wide range of applications of endoscopy and laparoscopy as the representative of the revolutionary changes in diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases since the second half of last century is the main symbol.Patients obtained benefits from the minimally invasive technique to reduce the trauma and pain,shorten the course of treatment,and gain rapid recovery.Singleincision laparoscopic surgery (SILS) is proposed in recent years.It differs from conventional multiports laparoscopic surgery,with only a small 2-3 cm incision at the body's natural scar-umbilicus as the approach to assist laparoscope and surgical instruments into the abdomen cavity.In this paper,the surgical experiences of SILS based on 800 cases and understanding of the SILS at home and abroad were presented to talk about the application of SILS technique in digestive surgery.

Objective To analyze the association between type 2 diabetes and lung cancer and study their clinical features.Methods 76 lung cancer patients admitted in Shengjing hospital from June 2006 to June 2008 and their neighbors(or their colleagues)were enrolled to conduct a 1∶1 matched case control study.Results 27.63% of lung cancer patients had type 2 diabetes.Adenocarcinoma was the most common type associated with type 2 diabetes,accounting for 47.62%.There was no statistical significance in ages and gender between cases and their matched control.The symptoms of type 2 diabetes with lung cancers were not typical.Conclusion Type 2 diabetes is significantly correlated with lung cancers.The incidence of type 2 diabetes in lung cancer patients is higher than that in subjects without lung cancers.Early diagnosis and strict blood glucose control are critical for good prognosis.

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of mulitifunctional catheter to aspirate pus and lavage on pulmonary abscess.Methods 28 cases of acute pulmonary abscess were treated by inserting multifunctional catheter into vomica to aspirate pus and lavage under X ray monitoring.Results Among 28 cases,26 were cured and 2 were improved.None complication was found.Conclsion This therapy can improve the curing effect and shorten the period of treatment.It is simple and safe.

Objective For arising recognition to HIE of neonate.We made a summary and a retrospective studied to CT material of 130 cases for neonate suffering HIE,combined with clinical diagnosis and documents.Methods 130 cases for neonate suffering HIE diagnosed by CT and clinic,all underwent unenhanced CT scan.Results Appearance of HIE:Normal involved 1～4 brain′s lobe,often involved frontal lobe;can be accompanied by kinds of intracranial hemorrhage;can be accompanied by infarction.Conclusion Among HIE cases,hypoxia and ischiemia were cause and result each other;difference among clinical symptoms and CT apearances are possible;the neonate with moderate and sereve asphyxia can be accompanied by intracranial hemorrhage more easier;to the injury of parasagittal region,CT and USG can not make a diagnosis.

Glioma is the commonest intracranial tumor,and it accounts for almost half of intracranial tumors. Because the growth of most gliomas is invasive and operation results are not satisfactory,sometimes radiotherapies are necessary. Since the early years of last century, brachytherapy has been developing very fast along with inventions of new medical equipments. After 1980s,125I seeds have been widely used in many countries and partly replaced routine radiotherapies because of their good therapy results. 125I-seed-brachytherapy has already become an important treatment for brain gliomas. This article reviewed the present situation of brain gliomas treated by 125I seeds.

Objective:To investigate the infiltration of CD45RO+ T cells and CD68+ cells in the lesions of non-neoplastic epithelial disorder and in vulva cancer.Methods:The infiltration of CD45RO+ T cells and CD68+ cells was detected with S-P immunohistochemistry in the lesions of 20 non-neoplastic epithelial disorders,including vulvar squamous cell hyperplasia(SH) and vulvar lichen sclerosus(LS)) and vulvar cancer,respectively.The vulvar skins from 10 healthy individuals were selected as the control.Results:The infiltration of CD45RO+ T cells and CD68+ cells in healthy vulvar skin was very low and significantly lower than that in SH,LS and vulvar cancer(P0.05).The number of both cells were significantly higher than that in SH,poorly vulvar cancer and early stage of LS(P0.05).The infiltration of CD68+ cells was shown in a positive correlation with CD45RO+ T cells in the different lesion of vulva,the correlation coefficient was 0.742(P
