Chinese Health Economics 2013;(6):27-29
Total Expenditure on Health (TEH) is an important instrument for evaluating policies of medical reform. To analyze the results and characteristics of TEH under the new medical reform, and prospect the changing trends of TEH during the 12th Five-Year Plan in Jiangsu, reflect the health related policies tend of increasing the government input on health, reduce the household’s out-of-pocket proportion in recent years. Suggestions were proposed for the future changing trends of health economic policies which require attention.
2.Application of micro course in pathology teaching classroom
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2017;16(5):478-480
Pathology is an important bridge subject in medicine. It has many knowledge and abstract content.Micro class is a new form of expression,it has Situation reality, topic prominent, diversified resources,Flexible form, interactive strong, dynamically generated, easy to spread and easy to use advantages, etc. The micro course is applied in pathology teaching, refer to the teaching syllabus for the design and production of micro courses, comb through the knowledge points, heavy and difficult explanation and systematic summary to carry out classroom teaching.Practice shows, micro class can stimulate students' interest in learning, improve learning efficiency, and then achieve the purpose of improving pathological scores.
3.Clinical analysis of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome complicated with hypoalbuminemia
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(04):-
Objectives:To study the clinical features of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) complicated with hypoalbuminemia. Methods:80 cases of MODS whose APACHE Ⅱ was from 17 to 18 were selected and devided into two groups according to existance of peritoneal infection or not. Results:The occurrence rate of hypoalbuminemia was 73.8% in the 80 cases. The rate was 97.0% in the group complicated with peritoneal infection, with the lowest level occurring on the second day and being (24? 3.5 )g/L, and 57.4% in the group without peritoneal infection, with the lowest level occurring on the seventh day and being (35?2.9)g/L.There were very marked differences between the two groups( P

By exploring the fitting teaching methods and models oriented to these foreign students, the problems such as language, teaching materials, objectives existing in the basic medicine subjects teaching for South-Asian students are discussed,in order to further enhance the quality of teaching and reinforce the international cooperation of medicine education.
5.Multimedia teaching physical diagnosis
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
Medical diagnostics is an important subject using basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills in the diagnosis of the disease. However, the traditional teaching of physical diagnosis only provides the limited clinical operations based on the books, and lacks detailed and comprehensive knowledge of important theories of practical application, while the multi-media in the samples on the application of diagnostics can be a good solution to this problem.
6.Application of single-incision laparoscopic surgery in digestive surgery
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2012;11(3):204-206
With advances in surgical techniques, laparoseopic surgical instruments and constant equipment innovation, minimally invasive surgery has become the main stream of this century.Wide range of applications of endoscopy and laparoscopy as the representative of the revolutionary changes in diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases since the second half of last century is the main symbol.Patients obtained benefits from the minimally invasive technique to reduce the trauma and pain, shorten the course of treatment, and gain rapid recovery.Singleincision laparoscopic surgery (SILS) is proposed in recent years. It differs from conventional multiports laparoscopic surgery, with only a small 2-3 cm incision at the body's natural scar-umbilicus as the approach to assist laparoscope and surgical instruments into the abdomen cavity. In this paper, the surgical experiences of SILS based on 800 cases and understanding of the SILS at home and abroad were presented to talk about the application of SILS technique in digestive surgery.
7.Improvement of minimally invasive therapies and techniques for intra-and extrahepatic bile duct stones
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(2):253-255
This article introduces the explorations in improving minimally invasive therapies and techniques for intra-and extrahepatic bile duct stones in this center, including laparoscopic choledocholithotomy without the placement of T tube, laparoscopic partial hepatectomy for the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones using an anastomosis stapler for liver partition, and modification of percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscopy. The improved therapies and techniques above have achieved good clinical effects, and a scientific judgment of their clinical effects still depends on a large number of cases and randomized controlled clinical trials.
8.Posterior occlusion of implant and natural tooth-mixed dentition
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(5):733-737
With the development of implant, more reliable way of the treatment of posterior teeth loss can be acheived.Dental implants present different biological and biomechanical characteristics from natural teeth and natural teeth with crown. It is important to realize these differences and occlusal adjustment accurately for the improvement of the treatment and prolongation of implant service life. This paper re-views the critical point with a clinical case.
9.Kangfuxin Liquid combined with conventional treatment for infantile herpetic stomatitis
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;38(5):417-419
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of buccal administration of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with conventional treatment for infantile herpetic stomatitis. Method A total of 103 infantiles with herpetic stomatitis were randomly divided into a Kangfuxin group (51 cases) and a conventional group (52 cases). The conventional group received ribavirin aerosol, and the Kangfuxin group recived buccal administration of Kangfuxin Liquid based on the intervention of convertional group. All children were treated for 5 days. The white blood cell count (WBC) and the serum C-reactive protein (CRP) were determined. Result The total efficiency rate in the Kangfuxin group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (94.1% vs. 78.8%,χ2=3.895, P<0.05). The healing time of oral ulcers (5.8 ± 1.3 d vs. 7.9 ± 1.5 d, t=10.715), body temperature recovery time (2.1 ± 1.1 d vs. 3.3 ± 1.5 d, t=4.623), and eliminating time of oral mucosal hyperemia and edema (4.3 ± 1.3 d vs. 5.3 ± 1.4 d, t=3.755) in the Kangfuxin group was significantly shorter than those in the conventional treatment group (P<0.01). The WBC (6.5×109 ± 2.2×109/L vs. 9.4×109 ± 2.3×109/L, t=6.537) and serum CRP levels (6.7 ± 1.2 mg/L vs. 9.7 ± 2.5 mg/L, t=12.686) were significantly lower in the Kangfuxin group was significantly lower than those in the conventional treatment group (P<0.01). Conclusions The total efficiency rate of buccal administration of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with conventional treatment for infantile herpetic stomatitis was higher than conventional treatment alone. And the remission time of symptoms of treatment group was shorter.
10.Discussion on the Draft of Chinese Medicine Act
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(1):5-7
Publishment of the draft of Chinese Medicine Act shows that the legislative work for TCM has achieved substantial progress. But after careful analysis on the legislative bills, there are some controversial questions, such as integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine, the setting of Chinese medicine clinics, Chinese medicine personnel training, the prescription-based processing Chinese medicine decoction pieces and dispensing Chinese materiamedica preparations by medical institutions. These all need to be further perfected.
