Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(7):1103-1104
Objective To investigate the application of get-well treatments in the suffers after thorax opera- tion over 70 years old. Methods 68 suffers after thorax operation over 70 years old were divided to two groups. Comparison group( n = 32 ) is actualized general nurse. Experiment group( n = 36) is actualized lung function exercise before operation, and get-well treatments after operation, such as psychologic get-well, deep breath, abdominal breath, effective cough and sputuming, applying apparatus training breath; exercise limbs and body, atomization in- breath, and so on. Results The suffers in experiment group who have lung atrophy, lung infection, liquid in the tho- rax,the time in the hospital and the time holding thorax pipe are less than the suffers in comparison group. Conclu- sion Lung function exercise before operation and effective get-well treatments after operation have significant ef- fects on old suffers.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2009;11(2):160-163
Objective To study the change of the eonnxin43 expression in the heart of diabetic mellitus rats. Methods STZ-in-dueed diabetic mellitus in rats were developed. The expression of connexin43 in the heart was detected by immunohistochemistry and image analysis, and the heart function was observed by electrophysiolograph and echocardiogram. Results During the course of diabetic mellitus, the expression of connexin43 in the heart of diabetic rats decreased respectively in the 12th week and 24th week (P<0.01). The values of dp/dtmax and + dp/dtmax in group DM in the 12th week and 24th week were lower than that in normal control group respectively (P<0.01), and the LVEF were also decreased (12w P<0.05,24w P<0.01). The analysis of correlation showed that the expression of con-nexin43 in heart were positively correlated with heart function (P<0.05) . Conclusion The expression of Connexin43 evidently de-creased in the hearts of diabetic rats and it is positively correlated with the heart function.
6.Diagnostic value of neurovascular compression in trigeminal neuralgia with 3D-TOF MRA and postprocessing techniques
Journal of Clinical Neurology 1997;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate diagnostic value of 3D time-of-flight (3D-TOF) magnetic resonance imaging (MRA) and postprocessing techniques in neurovascular compression (NVC) in trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 38 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were examined by 3D-TOF MRA.MRA fundament images and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) images were blindly interpreted by 2 neuroradiologists. Results (1) Of all the patients, 31 cases showed vascular compression or contact on MR imaging, 26 cases showed the vascular compression or contact at the same side of clinic symptoms. There was a statistic correlation between NVC and trigeminal neuralgia ( P
7.Comparison between overthick and overthin X ray film

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(05):-
Many factors can result in X ray film overthick and overthin in medical X-ray radiation. In order to ensure the correctness of diagnosis and the focus can be presented at the proper time,it is very im- portant for the overthick and overthin film to be processed and corrected. It has been proved through the test that the satisfied result can be reached through the proper regulating measure such as making a copy of a film.
8.Clinical research of sentinel lymph node imaging for contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in colorectal cancer during operation
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2013;22(11):962-964
Objective To study the feasibility of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in detecting sentinel lymph node(SLN) in patients with colorectal cancer during operation and their clinical significance. Methods Twenty-one patients who underwent radical resection of a primary colorectal cancer were enrolled.During operation,1 % methylene blue was injected around the tumor,SLN mapping was performed. Then the SonoVue was injected at the same sites,CEUS was performed to observe changes of SLN in real time, and marked them. The SLN detection rate and accuracy of CEUS were compared to those of conventional dye guided method. Results The rectal cancer of below peritoneal reflex, the detection rate of CEUS for SLN was 92.31 %,and the accuracy was 88.89%.The detection rate of dye guided method for SLN was 84.62%,and the accuracy was 93.10%,there was no statistically significant difference between CEUS and dye guided method (P >0.05).Conclusions When injected SonoVue in submucosal layer, the good mapping of SLN of patients with rectal cancer of below peritoneal reflex can be obtained,it will play an important role in clinical application to map SLN of patients with rectal cancer of below peritoneal reflex.
9. Effect and mechanism of polyphenols on depression, learning and memory: Research advances
Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2010;37(6):451-455
With the rapid development of economy and lives, people suffer from more and more chronical stress than before. Stress may affect cognitive function in brain, and even cause a depressive disorder, including impaired learning memory, depression, dysmnesia and so on. However, the pathogenesis remains unclear. Present study shows that it may result from neurotransmitter disorders, free radical damage, neuronal apoptosis, immune system suppression and other factors. Recently, the usage of traditional herbs has provided us a prospective alternative in the treatment of depression because of their better compliance and lower side effects. This review introuduces the effects of several natural antioxidants (curcumin, procyanidins etc.) on regularing depression and learning-memory, as well as the mechanism.
10. Subcellular localization of a sesquiterpene synthase from Aquilaria sinensis utilizing three transient expression systems
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(23):3379-3385
Objective: To investigate the subcellular localization of a sesquiterpene synthase from Aquilaria sinensis (ASS) and compare three transient expression systems in the subcellular localization study. Methods: An ASS gene was amplified by RT-PCR using specific primers and cloned into the pEZS-NL and pFGC5941GFP to generate two plant expression vectors: pEZS-NL-ASS- GFP and p5941-GFP-ASS. Three transient expression systems, agroinfiltration of tobacco leaves, particle bombardment of onion epidermal cells, and PEG transformation of protoplasts isolated from ASS calli were adopted and compared. The expression of the GFP fusion proteins were observed by a confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results: The green fluorescence could be observed in all the three systems. However, the results were comparatively different. The cytoplasm and plastid localization of the GFP fusion protein observed in protoplasts was comparatively clear and was consistent with the studies in other plant species. Conclusion: The results demonstrate that the ASS is located in the cytoplasm and plastid in the ASS protoplasts and the different locations in three systems might be caused by the distinct characters of the heterologous or homologous cells.
