1.Diagnosis and treatment of massive bilateral chronic subdural hematoma in elderly patients by clinical analysis of 25 cases
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2013;36(z1):64-65
Objective To explore particularity of the diagnosis and treatment with massive bilateral chronic subdural hematoma (BCSDH) in elders.Method The clinical data of 25 elders with BCSDH treated in our hospital from 2007 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were examined with computerized tomography (CT) of 25 patients through the bilateral trephined hole. Results Twenty-four patients recovered better, the symptom significantly improved. After operative 1 month,14 patients? hematoma disappear,6 patents only had little bilateral subdural effusion,4 patents only had little unilateral subdural effusion. One patient appeared massive subdural effusion on the second day after operation, the familiality gave up therapy, and the patient was dead. Conclusion CT scanning should be taken before you make correct diagnisis.Bilateral single twist-drill craniostomy with irrigation and drainage is a chief method to massive BCSDH.
4.Research approach of cervical kyphosis
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(18):-
According to the concept of sagittal spinal balance, the alternating curves of cervical and lumbar lordosis and thoracic and sacral kyphosis enable the head to be positioned over the trunk and pelvis. But the sagittal imbalance represents departure from this ideal form. Cervical kyphosis may represent the most disabling of these imbalances, for it can cause pain, postural difficulties, or neurologic deficit. A summary and discussion is reviewed regarding the anatomy, biomechanics, etiology, clinical presentation, laboratory examination and treatment of this condition.
5.Advances in Intravenous Ultrasound and Drug Eluting Stent for the Treatment of In-stent Restenosis
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1989;0(01):-
The in-stent restenosis is one of the main complications in coronary artherosclerotic heart disease patients after PTCA and PCI.How to prevent it remains one of the most important projects in intervention therapy. In this paper, the preventive role of intravenous ultrasound and drug eluting stent were reviewed.
6.Determination of Kanamycin Sulfate Eye Drops by Dye Colorimetry
China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for content determination of principal agents in kanamycin sulfate eye drops by dye colorimetry.METHODS:On the basis of the spectrometric features of ion pair compound produced in the reaction between kanamycin and bromcresol green in buffer solution with pH value of6.0,absorbance was detected at the wavelength of432nm and content was determined.RESULTS:The detected concentration of Kanamycin showed good linear relationship with its absorbance(r=0.9998)within the range of18.0~72.0?g/ml.The average recovery was99.3%(RSD=1.20%).CONCL_ USION:The established method is rapid, simple and accurate, and it can be used for quick test of this preparation during the production.
7.Application of anti-eyebrow small incision cataract extraction combined with lOL implantation in blindness prevention and treatment
International Eye Science 2014;(9):1680-1682
To observe the application effect of anti-eyebrow small incision cataract extraction combined with lOL implantation in blindness prevention and treatment
●METHODS: A total of 526 cataract patients included in regaining sight project of China Disabled Persons' Federation were underwent anti - eyebrow small incision cataract extraction combined with lOL implantation from May 2010 to August 2013.
●RESULTS: Postoperative 1d, uncorrected visual acuity >0. 3 were 345 cases (65. 6%), 0. 1 - 0. 3 were 152 cases (28. 9%), <0. 1 were 29 cases (5. 5%); 1wk after surgery:>0. 5 were 395 cases (75. 1%), 0. 3 - 0. 4 were 101 cases (19. 2%), < 0. 3 were 30 cases (5. 7%). Visual recovery rate was 100%, residual rate was 92. 5%. lntraoperative, 16 cases occurred posterior capsular rupture, 3 cases iridodialysis, 2 cases were Descemet's membrane avulsion. Postoperative, 56 cases ocurred corneal edema, 10 cases of central cornea stroma edema, 22 cases of secondary high intraocular pressure, were restored to normal bansis on the corresponding treatments.
●CONCLUSlON: Anti - eyebrow small incision cataract extractio combined with lOL implantation is effective, and has low complication rate, high security, can popularization and application in large - scale sight rehabilitating project.
8.Research progress on differentiation of bone marrow stem cell into cardiomyocytes
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;0(06):-
Bone marrow stem cells(BMSCs) can differentiate into cardiomyocytes when induced with proper reagent. The cardiomyocytes from BMSCs have cardiomyocyte phenotypes with the expression of cardiac-specific antigen and receptor. BMSCs differentiate into cardiomyocytes in host myocardial microenvironments. Mechanism of the differentiation is unclear and need to be studied further.
9.Non-invasive monitoring of acute rejection after heart transplantation
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
Heart transplantation(HT) has been an effective method to treat end-stage heart disease, one main factor affecting the long-term survival rate is acute and/or chronic rejection after HT. Trans internal jugular endomyocardial biopsy(EMB) has been the "gold standard" to judge the rejection after HT, but it is also limited. Electrocardiogram ,echocardiogram, immunological monitoring and imaging monitoring can judge the rejection after HT and induce the EMB.
10.Progress on Optical Imaging of Functional Brain With High Temporal and Spatial Resolution
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(05):-
Techniques for functional brain imaging are critical to analyze the information processing of brain and to reveal the advanced functions in brain. These techniques are the hot topics of international research. Great success has been obtained with neuroimaging techniques in the fields of neuroscience research and clinical diagnosis. Existing brain functional imaging such as magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI),positron emission tomography (PET),electroencephalogram (EEG),magnetoencephalography (MEG) and so on,have been successfully used to study brain function. However, these methods have some limitations unavoidably in the temporal or spatial resolution at present. Comparatively, the optical imaging technologies of brain function show their unique charms. Laser speckle imaging (LSI) and intrinsic optical signals imaging (IOSI) stand out because they offer a superior combination of spatial sampling, spatial resolution and temporal resolution; on the other hand, they have no need to use exogenous contrast agents. Great developments also have been obtained in both techniques and applications of brain optical imaging, and they have become powerful tools for in vivo studying functional architecture and pathophysiology in cerebral cortex by monitoring hemodynamics. However, the two optical imaging techniques are confronted with some challenges.
