Objective To study the technique of using the postauricular revolving door island flap in one-stage reconstruction of concha defect and its efficacy.Methods Fifteen cases of concha de fect were repaired by the postauricular revolving door island flap in one stage reconstruction from 2000-2010.The maximum size of defect was 2.7 cm× 3.0 cm,and the minimum was 1.0 cm×1.3 cm.Results All the island flaps were survived postoperatively,and satisfactory in auricular appearances of all patients by 6 months to 5 years follow-up.Conclusions The revolving door island flaps with abundant blood supply are transferred to reach the auricular defect,which match normal auricular tissue in contour,color,and texture. This flap on the retroauricular area is relatively concealed,and it therefore can be one of the best procedures for repair of the auricular defects,especially concha.

Objective: discussion to the dynamic change of Serum cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTn-Ⅰ) and the diagnostic value to the myocardial damage from patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage (ACH).Methods: study a group of 98 ACH patients; Serum cTn-I is measured in 98 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage (ACH) at 24 h, 72 h,7 d,14 d after the outbreak;Measure the nervous impairment when admission to hospital and divide it into mild, medium and heavy according to the dysfunction of nervous system;compare a group of 98 healthy physical testers and check their Serum cardiac troponin Ⅰ (cTn-Ⅰ) levels.Results: Serum cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTn-Ⅰ) levels from 98 ACH patients at 24 h, 72 h,7 d after the outbreak are distinctly higher than that from 98 ACH patients at 14 d and 98 healthy physical testers (P0.05);the higher the nervous impairment score in NIHSS is,the higher the cardiac troponin Ⅰ (cTn-Ⅰ) level is. Objective:To assess their influence on position,age,pepsin in gastric juice and different diseases to aspiration of gastric contents.Methods:To choice pepsin levels in tracheal aspirates as an indicator,the own control designing was adopted in the present study.Twenty mechanical ventilated children in different diseases who were 0-8 years old were nursed prone position and 30?supine fowler position.Tracheal aspirates were harvested at 1 hour,2 hours and 3 hours in different body positions and pepsin levels in tracheal aspirates were measured.At the same time pepsin levels in gastric contents were measured.Results:At the same time pepsin levels in tracheal aspirates at prone positioning were obviously less than that at 30?supine fowler position(P0.05).Conclusion:Aspiration of gastric contents at prone positioning were smaller than that at 30?supine fowler position.Pepsin levels may generally apply in paediatrics as an indicator.

Objective:To explore the optimal transfection conditions in which the concentrated virus supernatant transfer the foreign mdr-1 gene into hematopoietic cells of rabbit bone marrow,and test the expression and function of the mdr-1 gene in cells.Methods:An amphotropic virus producer cell line,PA317-HaMDR1/A1 which contains a full-length cDNA of human mdr-1 gene,was screened with colchicine(90ng/ml),and the supernatant was collected and concentrated.The bone marrow cells of the New Zealand rabbits were gathered and the mononuclear cells which contain many hematopoietic cells were enriched.The hematopoietic cells were cocultivated with concentrated virus supernatant and interleukins.The transfection rate was determined by SP immunohistochemical methods;the integration of mdr-1 gene in rabbit mononuclear cells was tested by PCR method ,and the physiological function of mdr-1 gene was tested by DNR extrusion test.Results:After screening by colchicine,the expression of P-glycoprotein(P-gp) of PA317-HaMDR1/A1 was enhanced.The foreign mdr-1 gene was transferred into hematopoietic cells of rabbit bone marrow successfully,and the transduction rate of 2 days,4days and 6 days were 22%,37%,and 39% respectively.However,the state of the 4 days was the best.The transferred mdr-1 gene had its physiological function.Conclusion:The foreign mdr-1 gene can be transferred into hematopoietic cells of rabbit bone marrow successfully by concentrated virus supernatant transfection method,and the transferring gene can be expressed stably and effectively.The study has provided a basis for the further research on chemoprotection experiment of the mdr-1 gene transferred into the bone marrow cells.
