Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate the safeness of this treatment by comparing the serum IGF-Ⅰ and IGFBP3 concentration level before and after receiving rhGH treatment in pediatric patients. Methods 30 pediatric patients in our hospital receiving rhGH treatment were subjected to monitor serum IGF-Ⅰ and IGFBP3 level before and after the treatment and calculate the IGF-Ⅰ and IGFBP3 ratio. At the same time the serum T3,T4 and TSH are also assayed. Results The average increase of booly heights was(8.77?3.01)cm /y(t=7.773,P0.05),but the serum IGFBP3(t=3.759,P0.05).However,there was statistical significance of the serum IGFBP3 level between subgroups(f=22.964 P0.05).Conclusion The serum IGF-Ⅰ and IGFBP3 level are able to be used as one of clinical evaluation benchmarks to detect the risks of inducing tumor during the rhGH treatment in the pediatric patients.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 2002;0(06):-
Objective Hepatic stimulator substance(HSS)is newly defined as a growth mitogen to hepatocytes. This sutdy is aiming to investigate the effect of recombinant human hepatic stimulator substance(rhHSS) on growth of liver oval cells(OVCs). Methods OVCs were prepared from intoxicated rats with 3'-methyl-dimethylaminoazobenzene.After confirmation of OVC morphologically and histochemically, the cell cultures of OVC were exposed to various dosages of rhHSS for 12 and 24?h,respectively.The cellular proliferation was analyzed by MTT and flow cytometry. Results Administration of rhHSS(160-400 mg/L)inhibited the proliferation of OVC,as indicated by MTT and cell cycle analysis, the effect appeared non-dose dependent pattern. The peak of inhibition occurred at 240?mg/L.After incubation with 240?mg/L of HSS for 12 and 24?h,the percentages of S-phase were reduced 47.8% and 35.8% to those of the untreated cells.respectively.Conclusion rhHSS exhibits the inhibitory effect on growth of OVC.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(01):-
Leptin and its functional receptors play a crucial role in hepatic fibrogenesis. However, the precise mechanisms underlying the profibrogenic action of leptin in the liver has not been well elucidated. There are two different mechanisms at present.Immunity system and some cytokines may act on it.The reseach on the mechanism of leptin offer a new way for the clinical treatment of hepatic fibrosis.

OBJECTIVE To survey the chromosome-encoded ?-lactamase gene families: SHV,LEN and OKP in(continuously) isolated Klebsiella pneumoniae in China.METHODS The existence and statistical distribution of all three gene families in antibiotic resistant K.pneumoniae strains were detected by applying nPCR.RESULTS In 44 strains,28 strains were SHV gene positive(63.6%),4 strains were LEN gene positive(9.1%) and none in OKP gene.CONCLUSIONS All the three gene families are chromosome-encoded and have 80-92% of genetic(homogeneity),so they all could identifiy the most important factors assisting the spread of bacterial drug (resistance).nPCR is an economic and convenient measurement to detect the chromosome-encoded ?-lactamase gene.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2001;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate clinical features and mortality of primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) in the aged patients. Methods Clinical data of 108 patients diagnosed with PBC was reviewed. The diagnosis of PBC was made according to the 2000 practice guidelines of American Association for the study of liver Diseases (AASLD). Elderly patients (≥60 years) were compared in terms of clinical, biochemical, immunological features and mortality with younger patients (0.05). After a median follow-up of 36 months, the mortality ratio for liver diseases was higher in the elderly than in younger group (21.4% vs 2.5%, ~P

Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2016;21(4):193-196
This review article compared the antiviral therapies recommended by major international and national guidelines for management of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)issued by American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, Asian-Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver,Chinese Society of Hepatology & Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases,China Medical Association, and World Health Organization in 2015. The essentials and highlights of guidelines were compared, focusing on goals of therapy, indications of therapy, choices of drugs, endpoints and duration of therapy, management of treatment failure, treatment of CHB in pregnancy.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(13):-
Objective To observe the effect of lentivirus vector-medicated enhanced green fluorescence protein (EGFP) transfection on in vitro corneal epithelial cells. Methods Primary corneal epithelial cells of rabbits were cultured and transfected with lentivirus vector into different multiplicity of infection (MOI) in order to find the best transfection dose. After 24,48,72,and 96 h of transfection, expression of EGFP was observed under microscope and detected by RT-PCR.The transfection rate of corneal epithelial cells was calculated in different MOI.Results EGFP was expressed in corneal epithelial cells 48 h after transfection, which increased with the increasing transfection time. The transfection rate of corneal epithelial cells was 4.5%?0.6%,30.4%?0.9%,51.9%?1.4%,and 75.4%?0.7%,respectively,when MOI was 1,10,50,and 100(P

Objective To explore the risk factors and metastasis of non-sentinel lymph node (NSLN) in breast cancer patients with sentinel lymph node metastasis≤2. Methods 88 cases of breast cancer with sentinel lymph node metastasis≤2 were retrospectively analyzed. Factors influencing the status of NSLN were studied. Results 8 cases (9.09%) had NSLN metastasis. Variance analysis showed that tumor stage(P=0.014), histolog-ical grade(P=0.014) and ER statuts(P=0.009) were correlated with NSLN metastasis. Logistic analysis showed that only histological grade was the independent predictor for NSLN metastasis (P=0.016,OR=1.150,95%CI=0.598~7.740).18 cases had micro-metastasis of sentinel lymph node and 70 cases had macro-metastasis of sentinel lymph node. The ratio of false negative SLN was 10.23%. The mean follow-up time was 11 months. There was no case of recurrence, metastasis or death. Conclusions The metastasis rate of NSLN is relatively low in breast cancer patients with small number of positive SLNs. NSLN metastasis is related to tumor stage, histological grade, and ER expression.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(09):-
Objective To explore the surgical methods in the treatment of carotid aneurysms. Methods A retros-pective analysis was made on the operations and results in 21 cases with 24 carotid aneurysms. Of the 24 carotid aneurysms, 18 were true and 6 false aneurysms. Nineteen cases underwent various operations including emergency operation in 3 cases. Carotid shunting device was used in 3 cases during operation. Results 2 cases were re-operated because of the recurrence of aneurysm, and 17 cases had satisfactory outcome without complications.None died in this series in perioperative period. Conclusions For carotid aneurysms, the first choice of treatment is syrgery.Surgical treatment is relatively safe and effective.
