Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(6):524-526
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating functional dyspepsia. Method Sixty-eight patients with functional dyspepsia were randomized into an acupuncture group and a control group. The acupuncture group was intervened by matrix needling, once a day, 8 d as a course, with a 2-day interval between two courses, for successive 4 weeks. The control group was prescribed with Motilium at 10 mg, 3 times a day, for successive 4 weeks. Result The total effective rate was 91.4% in the acupuncture group versus 87.9% in the control group, and the difference was statistically insignificant (P>0.05); there was a significant difference in abdominal pain score between the two groups (P<0.05), indicating that the acupuncture group should be superior to the control in releasing abdominal pain. Conclusion The overall efficacies in treating functional dyspepsia are equivalent between the acupuncture group and control group, but the acupuncture group is better than the control in releasing pain. Therefore, compared to medicine, acupuncture has advantage in treating functional dyspepsia.
2.Investigation and analysis of ICU nurses' perceptions towards incontinentce-associated dermatitis
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(33):36-38
Objective To investigate ICU nurses' perceptions towards incontinence-associated dermatitis. Methods Totally 300 ICU nurses in Suzhou were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results College education was considered to be their main source of knowledge about incontinence-associated dermatitis in 53.2 percent of the nurses.99.8 percent of nurses thought college education was far enough for clinical practice.68.5 percent of nurses thought it was very important to train for knowledge of incontinence-associated dermatitis. Conclusions ICU nurses in Suzhou have less knowledge on incontinence associated dermatitis. It can not meet clinical needs. It is recommended that more incontinence-associated dermatitis knowledge should be added in the school education and continuing education in order to improve nurses' professional competency and to reduce the incidence rate of incontinence-associated dermatitis

5.Progress of microecological agent in the treatment of children with inflammatory bowel disease
International Journal of Pediatrics 2021;48(1):39-42
The incidence of childhood inflammatory bowel disease has gradually increased in recent years. The disease is a chronic intestinal inflammatory disease, and its susceptible age is school age, which seriously affects the growth and development of children and brings psychological and spiritual trauma. The etiology and pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease is unclear, but with the in-depth study of the intestinal flora in recent years, it has been shown that intestinal flora imbalance plays an important role in the occurrence and development of the disease, and it has also been widely confirmed in clinical practice. Therefore, people try to use probiotics in the treatment of children with inflammatory bowel disease. This article mainly reviews the progress of the application of probiotics, prebiotics, fecal bacteria transplantation and other microecological agent in children with inflammatory bowel disease, analyzes the therapeutic effects of probiotics on children with inflammatory bowel disease, and provides new ideas for clinical practice.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2017;23(6):720-724
Objective To investigate the effect of heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback training on patients with three types of insom-nia disorder. Methods From June, 2016 to March, 2017, 17 patients in simple insomnia group, 19 patients in insomnia with anxiety group, and 19 patients in insomnia with depression group were included. All the patients received HRV biofeedback training and same medication (zolpidem tartrate, 10 mg every night). They were assessed with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), and HRV parameters were tracked before and after training. Re-sults After training, the scores of PSQI, SCL-90, HAMA , HAMD and the ratio of low frequency (LF) and high frequency (HF) (LF/HF) de-creased in all groups (t>1.446, P<0.05). There was significant difference in PSQI among three groups (F=3.537, P=0.038). The D-values of the PSQI score and LF/HF before and after training were more in the insomnia with anxiety group and the insomnia with depression group than in the simple insomnia group (P<0.05), however, no significant difference was observed between the insomnia with anxiety group and the insomnia with depression group (P>0.05). Conclusion HRV biofeedback training could improve the symptoms of patients with three types of insomnia disorder, especially for those with anxiety or depression.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(04):-
Objective To observe functional changes of the right ventricle (RV) during off-pump coronary bypass grafting (OPCABG) by using a continuous cardiac output (CCO) monitoring. Methods The study included 178 patients with 2~3 vessel disease requiring a coronary bypass grafting. Preoperative cardiac functions were classified as New York Heart Association (NYHA) class Ⅱ in 72 patients, class Ⅲ in 84 patients and class Ⅳ in 22. The ejection fraction of the left ventricle was 0.35~0.82. The mean number of bypassed vessel was 3.3. A Swan-Ganz catheter was inserted for continuous monitoring of cardiac output by thermodilution. Parameters measured were heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), central venous pressure (CVP), mean pulmonary artery pressure (MPAP), right atrial pressure (RAP), pulmonary capillary wedge pressure (PCWP), cardiac output (CO), cardiac index (CI), stroke volume index (SVI), systemic vascular resistance index (SVRI), pulmonary vascular resistance index (PVRI), mixed venous saturation value (SvO_2), right ventricular ejection fraction (RVEF), right ventricular end-systolic volume (RVESV), right ventricular end-diastolic volume (RVEDV), right ventricular end-systolic volume index (RVESVI), and right ventricular end-diastolic volume index (RVEDVI). The hemodynamic parameters were measured at time-points when a stable hemodynamics was obtained after the induction of general anesthesia and before the heart would be moved (T1), when the anterior descending branch would be anastomosed (T2), when the circumflex branch or the diagonal branch would be anastomosed (T3), when the right coronary artery or the posterior descending branch would be anastomosed (T4), and when the heart had been repositioned before the thoracic cavity would be closed (T5), respectively. Results There were 4 fatal cases: 2 patients received an emergency surgery for acute myocardial infarction and died with severe low cardiac output syndrome 3 days after the surgery, 1 patient ended with severe respiratory failure 7 days after the surgery, and 1 succumbed to acute pulmonary embolism 4 days after the surgery. As compared with the time-point of T1: the MPAP, PCWP, RAP and PVRI were significantly elevated and the SvO_2 was significantly reduced at the time-point of T2; the MPAP, PCWP, RAP, PVRI and SVRI were significantly elevated and the SvO_2, CI, SVI and RVEF were significantly depressed at the time-point of T3; the HR and RAP significantly went up and the SvO_2 significantly dropped at the time-point of T4; the parameters didn’t recover to normal levels at the time-point of T5. Conclusions When the obtuse marginal (OM) branch is anastomosed, right ventricular functions may decrease, particularly in CI and RVEF levels, while when the left anterior descending branch or right coronary artery is anastomosed, hemodynamics of the right ventricle vary within narrow limits. Therefore, a monitoring of right ventricular functions during OPCABG is of great significance, especially for those with right ventricular insufficiency.
