5.Clinical and pathological analysis of vulval condyloma acuminatum treated with focused ultrasound
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of focused ultrasound on vulval condyloma acuminatum.Methods:108 cases of vulval condyloma acuminatum confirmed by pathology were randomly divided into two groups with the same number in each group:ultrasound group and laser group(controls).54 cases in the ultrasound group were treated with focused ultrasound, other 54 cases underwent laser treatment. The symptoms and local changes of the patients were observed before and after the treatment. The warts were obtained for pathological analysis to evaluate the efficacy of focused ultrasound treatment.Results:1.In the ultrasound group,49 cases recovered after the first treatment, the efficacy rate was 90.7%(49/54),while in the laser group, the rate was 68.5%(37/54).There was significant difference between the two groups(P
6.Effect of Cholecystokinin on Electricity Activity of Gastric Distention Related Neurons in NTS
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To explore the effect of cholecystokinin on electricity activity of gastric distention related neurons in the nucleus of tractus solitarius. Methods: The effects of gastric distention and intravenous CCK on electricity activity of gastric distention related neurons in the nucleus of tractus solitarius were investigated in urethane anesthetized rats. Results:Intravenous CCK could obviously influence the spontaneous activity of gastric distention related neurons in the nucleus of tractus solitarius.Intravenous CCK could increase the discharge of gastric distention(GD)excited neurons(9/14)and decrease the discharge of GD inhibited neurons(5/14) in NTS.Howerer, the effect of CCK on gastric distention-induced discharge of GD related neurons was always inhibitory. Conclusion:Circulating CCK and gastric distention have both excitatory and inhibitory effects on the electricity activity of gastric distention related neurons in NTS,but the effect of CCK on gastric distention-induced discharge of GD related neurons is inhibitory. The effect of gastric distention on spantenous discharge of neurons in NTS is similar to circulating CCK.

9.Research progress of classification and prognosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(5):314-317,320
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) has a high degree of heterogeneity in clinical manifestations, pathological morphology and genetic features.According to its classification by WHO in 2008 WHO,DLBCL is defined as large B-cell lymphoma with diffuse growth and having nuclei similar with or larger than those of normal macrophages. In recent years, the clinical features, morphology, immunohistochemistry, and even gene expression pattern are integrated for classification of DLBCL.It's a new era to stratify DLBLC by gene expression profile. This article summarized research progress in DLBCL classification based on gene expression profile and immunohistochemistry and its effects on prognosis of DLBCL.
10.Diagnostic tests for Alport syndrome
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;40(8):560-563
Alport syndrome, characterized by hematuria, renal failure, sensorineural deafness, and ocular abnormalities, is an inherited glomerular disease caused by mutations in the COL4A5 (X-linked), or COL4A3 and COL4A4 (autosomal recessive) genes. The ultrastructural changes of Alport syndrome can be observed in the electron microscopic analysis of renal biopsies, which are characterized by irregular thinning/thickening, layering and splitting dense layer of the glomerular basement membrane. In the basement membrane of skin and renal biopsy tissue, type IV collagen α chain immunofluorescence test can be used to diagnose Alport syndrome, screen the carriers and determine the mode of inheritance. The analysis and detection of Alport syndrome gene are not only useful for genetic counseling, but also useful for identification of gene carriers, prenatal diagnosis, and identification of suspected patients who can not be confirmed by clinical and pathological examination results.
