Objective To explore the role of medical insurance in the treatment of the coronary heart disease(CHD) out-patients with or without medicare. Methods 92 CHD out-patients from the medicare department and 92 CHD out-patients from general department of Shandong Taishan Chronic Disease Hospital were investigated and comparatively analyzed on their clinical data in the past 1 year, including the times of hospital visiting, compliance with doctor's instruction, blood pressure, serum lipids and blood glucose control and evaluation of treatment effect based on their clinical symptoms and ECG records. Results The compliance with doctor's instruction, blood lipids, blood pressure control of out-patients in medicare department were significantly better than those in general department(P
2.Surgical Treatment of Congenital Heart Diseases with Unilateral Absence of Pulmonary Artery
Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 1995;0(05):-
Unilateral absence of a pulmonary artery in congenital heart disease may be considered as a risk factor for the surgical treatment of the basic anomaly especialy in cyanotic type of patients. This paper presents 9 such cases: tetralogy of Fallot in 7, dextrocardia and PDA in 1 and truncus arterio-sus with persistent left superior vena cave in one. Absence of left pulmonary artery was present in 7 cases and of right in two. Corrective surgical treatment were performed on 7 patients with tetralogy of Fallot. Two of them died in the early postoperative period. It was recommended that valved extracardiac conduit or woven dacron patch with pericardial monocusp be used for reconstruction of the outflow tract of right ventricle to alleviate the pulmonary regurgitation which was aggravated by higher pulmonary vascular resistance. Appropriate and active management of postoperative low cardiac output is also vital important.

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
There have been many studies on the structure and function of the high pathogenicity island since it was first discovered to be located on Yersinia . And it was detected to be present in a few different members of the family Enterobacteriaceae that are pathogenic to human. This review describes the Yersinia high pathogenicity island: structure, function and prevalence among pathogenic enterobacteriaceae.

Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(02):-
Objective:To study effects of 5 recipes for tonifing and supplementing on apoptosis and splenocytes in mice treated with cyclophosphamide. Methods:Apoptosis and cellular cycles of splenocytes were detected by flowcytometric analysis. Results:Sijunzi Decoction,Liuwei Dihuang Pill,Shengmai Powder,Jingui Shenqi Pill could antagonize the decline of proliferation induced by cyclophosphamide, and Sijunzi Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Pill could resist the apoptosis of splenocytes caused by cyclophosphamide;and the recipes all could inhibit atrophy of the spleen induced by cyclophosphamide Conclusion:The 5 recipes for tonifying and supplementing all can improve the injury of the spleen induced by cyclopbosphamide in varying degrees,Sijunzi Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Pill being the best.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects, complications and cautions for transcatheter supperselective internal maxillary artery and facial artery embolization for treatment of intractable epistaxis. Methods Eight patients with intractable epistaxis underwent transcatheter supperselective internal maxillary artery and facial artery embolization. Results Immediate hemostasis was obtained in all patients, while varying degrees of headache were observed, but no serious complications occurred. Conclusion Transcatheter supperselective internal maxillary artery and facial artery embolization is a safe, effective method for the treatment of intractable epistaxis.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2013;(2):116-119
Objective To research the Alzheimer disease(AD) patients' hippocampal structure and cognitive function with the susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) and morphological measurement, and explore the changing regularity and correlation. Methods Sixty patients (divided equally into mild, moderate and major group as the condition of the severity of the AD) and 20 healthy control groups were scanned with SWI and T1MR,then the differences between AD and healthy controls were analyzed. Results The hippocampal volumes of AD patients were smaller than that of control group. The biggest variability occured in the major group(the left was Dunnett-t =-7.03,P < 0.01 ;the right was Dunnett-t =-7.52,P < 0.01),the moderate group was next(the left was Dunnett-t =-6.71,P < 0.01 ; the right was Dunnett-t =-6.62,P < 0.01) ;and the least variability occurred in the mild group. They did not achieve statistical significance (the left was Dunnett-t =-0.86,P> 0.05 ;the right was Dunnett-t =-0.68,P > 0.05).The hippocampus vein' s length, diameter had reduced significantly in the mild group(Dunnett-t were-5.62,-7.02,P< 0.001),but the number of the branches was slightly increased, which was close to the statistical significance.(Dunnett-t =1.86,P > 0.05).With the progress of the AD,all of the hippocampus vein's length, diameter, and branches were reduced significantly(the Dunnett-t of the moderate were-10.10,-11.40,-2.83,P<0.05;the Dunnett-tofthe major were-11.69,-14.68,-5.74,P< 0.001).AD patients blood vessel diameter, length and cognitive have correlation(r =-0.034 ~-0.517,P <0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion The hippocampus vein and cognitive function function change in AD patients happened in the mild stages of disease. An important supplement to the MRI conventional sequences.

Objective To study sodium cantharidinate induced apoptosis of human esophageal carcinoma Eca109 in vitro. Methods The change of human esophageal carcinoma Eca109 treated with sodium cantharidinate were analyzed by MTT and FCM assay. Results Human esophageal carcinoma Eca109 were treated with sodium cantharidinate for 24 h,the cell proliferation was obviously inhibited(P

Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 2001;0(06):-
Objective To identify homogenous clones of S.flexneri 2a, using gene distribution polymorphism of Shigella enterotoxinl and Shigella enterotoxin2 in a shigellosis outbreak by S.flexneri 2a. Methods 93 strains of S.flexneri 2a isolated from different areas, at different time were detected by Shigella enterotoxin1 and Shigella enterotoxin2 gene polymerase chain reaction to identify genetic type of S.flexneri 2a. Results The 93 strains of S.flexneri 2a were divided into 4 clones: ShET1(-)/ShET2(+)for 12 strains,ShET1(+)/ShET2(-)for 14 strains,ShET1(+)/ShET2(-)for 59 strains, ShET1(-)/ShET2(-)for 8 strains. Conclusions It is believed that Shigella enterotoxin1 and Shigella enterotoxin2 gene PCR analysis is a simple method for the primary screening of S.flexneri 2a.

Purpose To analysis the CT manifestations of acinar cell carcinomas of the pancreas (ACCs) in order to know more about its CT signs. Materials and Methods The plain and enhanced CT findings of 9 patients with AACs proved pathologically were analyzed retrospectively. Results The main image ifndings of the patients were as follows:①the pancreas grew with exophytic dilatability;②they tended to be large (average diameter was 4.7 cm), with round or oval shape; ③ the lesions showed hypodense on enhanced scan and the solid areas showed slight enhancement in the arterial phase compared with normal pancreas;④most lesions had uniform or partial thin enhanced ring;⑤most lesions demonstrated cystic or necrotic;⑥few had pancreatic/biliary ductal dilatation and peripancreatic involvement;⑦few showed internal calciifcation or intratumoral hemorrhage. Conclusion Plain CT scan and enhanced scan are signiifcant in locating and differentiating acinar cell carcinoma of the pancreas.
