1.Application of cesarean section and vaginal delivery in parturient term pregnancy with fetal distress

Objective To observe the application of cesarean section and vaginal delivery in parturient term pregnancy with fetal distress. Methods One hundred and six cases of parturient term pregnancy with fetal distress were selected, SO cases of cesarean section as group A, 56 cases of vaginal delivery as group B, newborn outcome and condition of the large maternal cervix data when fetal distress between two groups were compared. Results The neonatal asphyxia rate was 14.0% (7/50) in group A and 16.1 % (9/56 ) in group B, there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05); the rate of the large maternal cervix data in delitescence in group A was higher than that in group B [54.0% (27/50) vs. 26.8% (15/56) ](P< 0.05); the rate of the large maternal cervix data in active stage deceleration phase in group A was lower than that in group B [4.0%(2/50) vs. 23.2%(13/56)](P<0.05). Conclusion Cesarean section and vaginal delivery in parturient term pregnancy with fetal distress can get a good neonatal outcomes, maternal clinical condition should select the appropriate surgical approach, and effort to reduce cesarean section rates.
2.CT characteristics and differential diagnosis of mass-forming intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and liver abscess

Objective To analyze the CT characteristics and misdiagnosis reasons in mass-forming intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)and liver abscess to reduce the misdiagnosis rate.Methods CT features of 21 patients with mass-forming ICC and 20 patients with liver abscess proved by operation or puncture pathology were analyzed,in which 10 cases of mass-forming ICC were misdiagnosed as liver abscess.CT plain scan and three period enhanced scan were performed in 41 cases.Results Irregular edge enhancement rings,irregular patch or flocculent strengthened in delayed phase,arterial through surrounded lesions,liver capsule shrinkage,tissue nodule in intrahepatic bile duct,intrahepatic bile duct dilatation,hilar and retroperitoneal lymph node enlargement,portal vein invasion stenosis or occlusion,which possibility prompted to be the diagnosis of mass-forming ICC.Regular shape,slippery and intact ring-wall,edema syndrome around the ring wall,separate and annulate enhancement in delayed phase,reduction of tumor size and similar low density liquid in ring hints prompted to be the diagnosis of liver abscess.Liver abscess appears abnormal perfusion likely and significant.Conclusion Mass-forming ICC sharing similar imaging characteristics with liver abscess,having characteristic CT features.A comprehensive analysis of multiple signs may be helpful to arrive at a correct diagnosis.
3.Clinical diagnosis and treatment of the 236 patients with endometriosis

ObjectiveTo discuss the diagnosis and treatment methods of endometriosis, so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment level. MethodThe clinical data of 236 patients with endometriosis was analyzed retrospectively, all the patients were treated with surgery and mifepristone. ResultOf the 236 patients, 69 to retain reproductive function routine surgery, the cure rate was 60.9%(42/69); 146 to retain ovarian function routine surgery, the cure rate was 58.9%(86/146); 21 to undergo radical surgery, 12 patients with menopause symptoms. ConclusionSurgical treatment with mifepristone in endometriosis can get better results.
4.The infections and resistance of Haemophilus influenzae

Haemophilus influenzae (Hi)is an important human pathogen that causes severe infections inclu-ding meningitis,bacteremic pneumonia and sepsis,mostly affecting young children.The resistance of Hi to antimicro-bials has risen and wide variations exist in antibiotic resistance,both geographically and over time.The main mecha-nisms of resistance of Hi are those to β-lactam antibiotics.Antibiotic utilization is the main risk factors for the deve-lopment of antimicrobial resistance.Third -generation cephalosporins is the most effective antibiotic agent to treat the infections of Hi in children population.With continued research,progress toward a broadly effective vaccine to prevent infections caused by Hi is expected in the near future.
5.Imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of primary central nervous system lymphoma

Objective To study MRI and CT manifestations and characteristics of primary intracranial lymphoma,and improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods Imaging features of primary intracranial lymphoma in 1 1 patients proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results 9 cases were solitary tumor and 2 cases multiple lesions.Tumors were located in the frontal lobe in 2 cases,the corpus callosum 2 cases,near meningeal 2 cases,the occipital lobe 3 cases.Tumors presented as isodensity or slight hyper density on CT and equal or slight long T1 and T2 signal on MRI.All the lesions were found with obvious homogenous en-hancement;in which 2 cases were found meningeal strengthened;1 case room tube film strengthened.There were slight space occup-ing effect,mostly mild to moderate edema,severe edema in 2 cases.7 typical cases presented “umbilicus sign”,“notch sign”,“lobu-lated”,“incision sign (fist sign)”,and “half month”and so on.Conclusion Imaging manifestations of primary intracranial lymphoma has certain specificity and MRI plays an important role in making accurate diagnosis in the position and qualitative diagnosis.
6.Metabolomics Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been used to prevent disease for thousands of years. However, the actual value of TCM has not been recognized adequately due to the lack of scientific approaches to its study . Fortunately, metabolomics becomes practically available and consists with the holistic thinking of TCM. The metabolomics can serve as a new strategy for evaluating the efficacy of TCM . This review summarized applications of metabolomics in special TCM field with an emphasis on biomarker discovery.
7.Application of Formative Assessment Mode using Sitcom Play in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Teaching

Objective:To explore the effects of formative assessment using sitcom play in obstetrics and gyne-cology nursing teaching.Methods:Totally 214 undergraduate of grade 2011 nursing students were recruited in the present study.Using envelope method,2 classes were randomly selected as the control group and 2 as the experi-mental group.Students in the control group (n--107) were assessed with traditional assessment method,while those in the experimental group (n =107) were taught using situational drama performance and assessed with form-ative assessment method throughout the process.Students' test scores of obstetrics and gynecology nursing in these two groups were compared,and the opinions on the formative assessment method using sitcom play were investiga-ted among students in the experimental group.Results:Students in the experimental groupscored significantly high-er than those of the control group(78.43 ± 5.21 vs.76.67 ± 6.40,t =2.20,P < 0.05).About 98.31% of the students approved the formative assessment mode.They reported that this approach was helpful to improve the abili-ty to combine theory and practice andto communicate with others,to cultivate students' creative thinking,and to stimulate their learning interest and learning initiative.Conclusion:The application of formative assessment mode using sitcom play in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching is beneficial to enhance teaching effect and improve the ability of nursing students,which is worth popularizing.
8.Influence of Hiwigene targeting silence in chemotherapy sensitivity of breast cancer MCF-7/ADM cells

Objective:To explore the changes of chemotherapy sensitivity of breast cancer MCF-7/ADM cells after Hiwi gene targeting silence, and to illuminate the role of Hiwi gene in resistant mechanism of breast cancer MCF-7/ADM cells.Methods:The MCF-7/ADM cells were transfected with Hiwi control,siRNA1 Hiwi gene and siRNA2 Hiwi gene as Hiwi control group, Hiwi siRNA1 group and Hiwi siRNA2 group.The expression levels of Hiwi gene mRNA and protein in breast cancer MCF-7/ADM cells were detected by Real-time PCR and Western blotting methods to judge the transfection rates in various groups.After transfection,the breast cancer MCF-7/ADM cells in various groups were treated with the different concentrations(0,0.1,0.5 and 1.0 mg·L-1) of adriamycin, and the cell resistant sensitivities were detected by MTT method.Results:Compared with control group(0 mg·L-1 adriamycin), the expression levels of Hiwi gene mRNA and protein inMCF-7/ADM cells in Hiwi siRNA1 and Hiwi siRNA2 groups were significantly decreased (P<0.01).Compared with control group, the survival rates of Cells in Hiwi siRNA1 and Hiwi siRNA2 groups were significantly decreased after treated with different concentrations of adriamycin,and the survival rates in Hiwi siRNA1 and Hiwi siRNA2 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01);they were (48.15±6.28)% and (41.73±6.17)% when the concentration of adriamycin was 1 mg·L-1,and the sensitivities to the adriamycinwere obviously enhanced(P<0.01).Conclusion:The target silencing Hiwi genes in MCF-7/ADM cells is efficient.The sensitivity of MCF-7/ADM cells to adriamycin restores after Hiwi gene silencing.
9.Study on the relationship between QT interval and the compement of antipsychotic-induced metabolic syndrome

Objective To study the relationship between QT interval and the compements of antipsychotic-induced metabolic syndrome in schizophrenic patients. Methods Totally 460 schizophrenic patients(240 men and 220 women)aged 19~60 from the study cohort of the schizophrenic patients in treatment with antipsychotant were recruited in the study for epidemiologic examinations,involving anthropometry and measurements of blood pressure,fasting ang 2hr plasma levels of glucose and insulin and serum levels of lipid.A standard 12-lead ECG was recorded and the corrected QT (QTc)was calculated accordingly by Bazett formula.HOMA-IR index was calculated for estimating individual insulin resistance.Metabolic syndrome(MS)was diagnosed according to the definition issued by the International Diabetes Federation(IDF)in 2005.Results The prolonged QT interval was found in 124 of the 460 cases(27.0%),and the rates of prolonged QT interval being 21.7% and 32.7% in men and women respectively (χ2=7.13,P<0.01).The prevalences of MS,IR,central obesity,IFG,higher serum level of triglyceride(TG)and lower serum level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were 39.3%,38.7%,35.4%,34.1%,31.3%,29.8% and 27.0% in schizophrenic patients population respectively.The prolonged QT interval was significantly associated with MS,IR,IFG,higher serum level of triglyceride(TG)and central obesity respectively(χ2=4.95~13.63,P<0.05).Conclusion The prolonged QT interval was significantly correlated with antipsychotic-induced metabolic syndrome(MS) and components of abnormal metabolism.
10.Deepening the understanding of mechanism and its control strategy of arsenic caused systemic damage from the perspective of immunology

Endemic arsenicosis is a disease with complex systemic damage,but the mechanism and its control strategy are mostly focused on a single organ or system damage caused by arsenic,and the systemic damage of arsenic exposure remains not fully understood.In recent years,considerable progress has been made in the field of immunology,which made an important contribution for the pathogenic mechanism of various complex diseases,and also brings a new dawn for its prevention and treatment.In consequence,a breakthrough progress is expected to make in aspects of the mechanism and its control strategy of arsenic caused systemic damage from the perspective of immunology.
