However, filtering machine was made by scientists. As a result, patients with acute hepatic insufficiency and malignant liver diseases should be received assistant therapies that help them live longer and sufficiently treat before and after liver transplantation

Liver entire transplant on experience pig from a healthy transplant piece of healthy pig that was choice on 15 transplant pigs. Description: cutting entire liver, time cut shortest is 15 min and longest is 62 min. First step is delivery gradually liver, then cutting entire liver including cut watershed 2, 3… Step transplant included 5 tenses: doing shunt of vena cava, doing shunt between portal vein and received vein, doing shunt of liver artery, drainage of gall, check and close abdomen. This technique is cutting entire liver each watershed, dissect clearly each component of peduncle, leave watershed 2 and cut it quickly, avoid bleeding simultanously, no doing shunt cava-portal while losed liver. Cause of dealth is due to bleeding, narrow shunt, torsion shunt. All these errors were dominated effectly

33 years ago, since the first liver transplantation was performed by STARZL, until now transplantation has travel a long road technical, legal, sociological development. There are now, more than 30,000 liver transplantations having been performed throughout the world. The results has improved since the introduction of cyclosporin. The long-term survival rate are approximately 70-80% at 1 year, 60-70% at 5 years. Some of the patients have now survival for over 20 years-long-term surviving liver transplan patients have a better quality of life. In Viet Nam, the method of liver resection developed by Prof. Ton That Tung at Viet Duc Hospital was approved worldwide. After that realisation liver trasplantation had been considered. In 1965 Ton That Tung and his collaborators had carried an experiment to graft total liver on dog and had preliminary success, afterwards human liver tranplantation began to prepare. In 2002, in Viet Duc hospital, 15 cases of experimental liver tranplantation were performed totally in pig to get experience and the results were encouraged.
