Blood hypercoagulabale state of malignant tumor was the pathological basis of tumor blood stagnation, which led to tumor proliferation and metastasis and also influenced the therapeutic effect and prognosis of tumor.Based on knowledge of thrombin and tissue factor system,We discussed the mechanism blood hypercoagulabale leading to tumor proliferation and metastasis, and the influence of traditional Chinese drugs of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood smsis on tunlor proliferation and metastasis. We concluded that traditional Chinese drugs have sound effects on prevention and treatment of tumor proliferation and metastasis.
2. Analysis of the efficacy of tiotropium bromide combined with BiPAP in treatment of patients with AECOPD
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2019;26(12):1438-1442
Objective:
To analyze the efficacy of tiotropium bromide combined with bi level positive airway pressure ventilation(BiPAP) in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).
Methods:
From 2014 to 2016, 60 patients with AECOPD in Tongde Hospital were selected in the research, and were randomly divided into the control group and observation group according to the digital table, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given BiPAP treatment on the basis of conventional treatment, and the observation group was given tiotropium bromide combined with BiPAP treatment. The therapeutic effects, pulmonary function, arterial blood gas analysis, serum inflammatory factors and quality of life were compared between the two groups after 12 weeks of continuous treatment.
Results:
After treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%, which of the observation group was 96.67%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=5.192,

Cancer Research and Clinic 2019;31(1):62-65
Extracellular 5'-nucleotidase (CD73) is not only highly expressed in a variety of solid tumor tissues, but also closely related to tumor stage, treatment and tumor prognosis. CD73 can exert a wide range of immunosuppressive effects through multiple pathways such as A2A receptor, regulation of regulatory T cells, and inhibition of inflammation. Blocking CD73 molecules can not only effectively activate anti-tumor immune responses, but also significantly improve the clinical efficacy of programmed death 1 (PD-1)/programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) antibodies. Thus, CD73, as a new immunological checkpoint molecule in the tumor microenvironment, may become a promising new immunotherapy target following CTLA4, PD-1/PD-L1.

Chinese journal of integrative medicine 2022;28(2):162-167
OBJECTIVE:
To analyze the intellectual landscape and emerging research trends of Chinese medicine (CM) in the management of pediatric asthma through a scientometric study.
METHODS:
Publications related to CM in the management of pediatric asthma were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection using relevant keywords. A scientometric study was performed using CiteSpace and VOSviewer.
RESULTS:
A total of 1,673 original articles and reviews from 1991 to 2019 were included in the analysis. The amount of annual publications had a gradual increase with time. USA was the major contributor both in country and institution analyses. Based on the co-citation, the published journals were grouped into 4 clusters. Keyword analysis indicated that the main hotspots were: (1) comprehensive management; (2) risk factors, mechanism, and prevalence; (3) prevention and treatment; (4) inflammation; and (5) environmental research. Lastly, we predicted that three emerging trends were quality of life promotion, immune response, and combination therapy.
CONCLUSIONS
CM research in the management of pediatric asthma will maintain the current trend of steady growth. This scientometric analysis may help scientists to identify the areas of interests and future directions in the field.

Chinese journal of integrative medicine 2019;25(9):654-662
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the change of intestinal microecology in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome (pSS) and correlation with disease activity, and also discuss the therapy effect of Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Recipe (, YYHD).
METHODS:
Sixteen pSS patients were enrolled in the present study, who received 3-month treatment of YYHR, 200 mL orally twice daily. Their pre-and post-test ESSDAI scores, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and serum immunoglobulin G (IgG) levels were measured respectively. The 16SrDNA metagenomic sequencing was used to detect and analyze the abundance and diversity of intestinal bacteria flora and the proportion of bacteria at the levels of phylum, family, and genus, in comparision with those of 6 healthy subjects in the control group.
RESULTS:
The abundance and diversity of intestinal bacteria flora in pSS patients were lower than those of healthy subjects (P<0.05). After the treatment with YYHD, patients' ESSDAI score and levels of IgG and ESR have decreased significantly (P<0.05). At the phylum level, the proportions of Actinobacteria, Firmicutes, Fusobacteria and Proteobacteria have reduced sharply, while the proportions of Bacteroidetes, Teneriquetes and Candidate-division-TM7 have increased significantly by treatment (all P<0.05). At the classification level, such treatment has caused a significant decrease in the proportions of Bacteroidaceae, Ruminococcaceae, Veillonellaceae, and Enterobacteriacea (all P<0.05), but a significant increase in the proportion of Lachnospiraceae (P<0.05). At the genus level, the treatment has significantly decreased the proportions of Bifidobacterium, Bacteroides, Escherichia-Shigella, Faecalibacterium and Prevotella (all P<0.05), but significantly increased the proportion of Clostridia (P<0.05), close to the levels of healthy subjects (P>0.05).
CONCLUSIONS
There exists an imbalance of intestinal microecology in pSS patients, which can be improved through the treatment with YYHD. Besides, such treatment can also improve the disease activity and adjust the diversity of intestinal bacteria flora, the composition and the abundance of intestinal flora.
