Blood hypercoagulabale state of malignant tumor was the pathological basis of tumor blood stagnation,which led to tumor proliferation and metastasis and also influenced the therapeutic effect and prognosis of tumor.Based on knowledge of thrombin and tissue factor system,We discussed the mechanism blood hypercoagulabale leading to tumor proliferation and metastasis,and the influence of traditional Chinese drugs of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood smsis on tunlor proliferation and metastasis.We concluded that traditional Chinese drugs have sound effects on prevention and treatment of tumor proliferation and metastasis.
2.Mechanotransduction in Differentiation of Osteogenic From Mesenchymal Stem Cells

In order to study the effect of mechanical strain on mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) differentiation into osteogenic, the cyclic substrate deformation instructment was applicated to MSCs line (D1 cell) in osteogenic media for different strain and times. The cells were cyclically stretched for periods of 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 min and treated with cytochalasin B(CB) and EGTA. Ca2+, which were loaded with (15 ?l) Fluo-3 AM , were detected by confocal laser scanning microscope(CLSM). The signaling inhibitors, such as SB203580(p38MAPK specific inhibitor), PD98059(MEK-1/2MAPK specific inhibitor), LY294002(PI3Ks specific inhibitor), cytochalasin B(microfilament specific inhibitor), EGTA (Ca2+ specific inhibitor), were used to investigate mechanical signaling pathway by (3% 0.5Hz) Cyclic strain. The results indicated that 3% strain stimulus could induce increasement of [Ca2+] i - dependent fluorescence at 2 min. 3.Application of Recombinant Collagen Type Ⅰ Combined with Polyaspartic Acid in Biomimetic Biomineralization.

Objective To prepare biomimetic bone material by reconstructing type Ⅰ collagen combined with polyaspartic acid. Methods By acid hydrolysis,rat tail type Ⅰ collagen was decomposed into collagen fibers,which were then placed in the calcium phosphate mineralization solution. Under the cross-linking of glutaraldehyde,the collagen fibers were reconstructed and assembled into collagen fibers,and the calcium phosphate crystals were wrapped in the inner side of the collagen fibers for biomineralizationin. After poly aspartate acid was added,calcium hydroxyapatite calcium precursor was added into the collagen fibers to simulate thebiomimetic biomineralizationin the human body. After mineralization for 3-9 days,the bone mineralization process was observed by transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction. Results Transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction displayed that,after 3 days of mineralization,calcium hydroxyapatite precursor was wrapped in the collagen fiber gap,and the collagen fiber was partially mineralized. After 9 days of mineralization,calcium hydroxyapatite precursor completely infiltrated into the collagen fiber,and the amorphous calcium phosphate was transformed into hydroxyapatite calcium crystal. Thus,the simulation of bone mineralization was completed,and collagen type Ⅰ collagen/hydroxyapatite calcium biomimetic bone material was formed. Conclusion Reconstruction of type Ⅰ collagen combined with polyaspartic acid can prepare biomimetic bone material that has close chemical composition and molecular structure to the human bone tissue.
4.Closed folding apex manipulation combined with splinting for the treatment of double fractures of distal ulna and radius in children.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate specific technique and clinical effects of closed folding top consolidation maneuver combined with splint fixation maneuver for consolidation and cedar bark external fixation splint for the treatment of double fractures of distal ulna and radius in children.
METHODS:
From January 2017 to December 2019, 17 children with double fractures of distal ulna and radius were treated with closed folded apex consolidation maneuver, including 13 males and 4 females, aged from 4 to 11 years old with an average of (7.29±2.34) years old. The fractures were fixed with cedar bark splint and followed up for 6 months, and alignment of fracture was evaluated according to the latest X-rays by follow up, and function of the affected limbs was evaluated by Anderson forearm function evaluation criteria.
RESULTS:
Fifteen of 17 children were successfully reset immediately, and 2 children were successfully reset again. The average fixed time was (25.00±3.35) days. At 6 months of follow up, 12 patients got excellent results, 3 good, 2 fair, and 0 poor according to Anderson forearm function evaluation criteria. The position of all children were larger than 3/4, and 10 children were received anatomical reduction, alignment of 4 children was less than 10°, 3 children was less than 15°. No complications such as fracture displacement, nonunion, compartment syndrome, and forearm rotation dysfunction occurred.
CONCLUSION
Restoration of distal radius double fracture in children with the combination of the closed folding and top fixation maneuver and splint fixation maneuver has advantages of higher success rate, lower complications, which could reduce operating difficultyand pain of patients.

5.Protective effect of LR-90 on articular cartilage in rabbit model of osteoarthritis.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the protective effect of LR-90 on articular cartilage in rabbit model of osteoarthritis.
METHODSThe cultured rabbits chondrocytes were assigned to be treated with IL-1β (10ng/ml) or IL-1β (10ng/ml)+LR-90 (50 mg/L). The mRNA expression of MMP-13, ADAMTS-5, aggrecan and collagen II in chondrocytes were assessed by real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Twenty male New Zealand white rabbits underwent bilateral anterior cruciate ligament transection (ACLT) to establish a animal model of osteoarthritis. Four weeks after model established, on the basis of randomization one knee of each rabbit was treated with 50 mg/L LR-90 in normal saline (NS) (experimental group) and the other knee was treated with same volume of NS (control group), 1/week × 5. Nine weeks after ACLT all rabbits were sacrificed and the knee joints were evaluated by gross morphology and histology. The mRNA expression of IL-1β, MMP-13, ADAMTS-5, aggrecan and collagen Ⅱ in articular cartilage was analyzed by RT-PCR.
RESULTSGross morphology and Mankin histological evaluation showed that the extent and grade of cartilage damage in the experimental group were less severe than those in the control group.Compared to IL-1β group, LR-90 treatment suppressed the mRNA expression of MMP-13 and ADAMTS-5, and enhanced aggrecan and collagen Ⅱ mRNA expression. Consistent with the in vitro results, the intraarticular LR-90 administration suppressed the mRNA expression of IL-1β,MMP-13 and ADAMTS-5 (all P<0.01), while enhanced mRNA expression of aggrecan and collagen Ⅱ in cartilage (all P<0.01).
CONCLUSIONLR-90 protects against cartilage degradation and inhibits the progression of osteoarthritis in rabbit mode1 of osteoarthritis, which is associated with the suppressing IL-1β, MMP-13, ADAMTS-5 and promoting aggrecan and collagen Ⅱ mRNA expression in cartilage.

6.Clinical study of medicinal-cake-separated moxibustion for senile osteoporosis.

OBJECTIVETo explore the clinical efficacy and partial mechanism of medicinal-cake-separated moxibustion for senile osteoporosis.
METHODSSixty cases of senile osteoporosis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random digits table, 30 cases in each one. The two groups were both treated with basic treatment of western medicine. The acupoints included four groups:① Dazhui (GV 14), Dazhu (BL 11) and Ganshu (BL 18); ② Zhongwan (CV 12), Danzhong (CV 17) and Zusanli (ST 36); ③ Pishu (BL 20), Shenshu (BL 23) and Mingmen (GV 4); ④ Shenque (CV 8) and Guanyuan (CV 4). Each group of acupoints was selected for one treatment. The observation group was treated with medicinal-cake-separated moxibustion, and the medicinal cake was consisted of fructus psoraleae (30 g), prepared rehmannia root (30 g), atractylodes (30 g), codonopsis pilosula (30 g), epimedium herb (20 g), rhizoma curculiginis (20 g), syzygium aromaticum (5 g) and cinnamon (5 g). The control group was treated with wheat-flour-cake moxibustion. Each acupoint was treated with 5 moxa cones in the two groups. The treatment was given once every other day for six months. The symptom score, lumbar and hip bone mineral density (BMD), serum type Ⅰ procollagen amino-terminal propeptide (PINP) and serum β-type Ⅰ collagen carboxy-terminal peptide (β-CTX) were observed before and after treatment.
RESULTSAfter treatment, the symptom score and serum β-CTX were significantly lowered (all<0.05), while the lumbar and hip BMD and serum PINP were significantly increased (all<0.05) of the two groups. After treatment, the symptom score and serum β-CTX in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (both<0.05), while the lumbar and hip BMD and serum PINP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all<0.05).
CONCLUSIONSThe medicinal-cake-separated moxibustion has significant efficacy for senile osteoporosis, which is superior to wheat-cake-se-parated moxibustion.
8.Case control study on the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation with Endobutton plates combined with an anchor.

OBJECTIVETo compare the clinical effect of Endobutton plates combined with an anchor and clavicle hook plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation.
METHODSFrom January 2012 to August 2014, 83 patients with Rockwood type III acromioclavicular dislocation underwent surgical treatments. Among them, 34 patients were treated with Endobutton plate and anchor repair(Endobutton group), including 23 males and 11 females, and the mean age was(39.0±6.3) years old (26 to 51 years old); the average time from injury to operation was(4.1±1.3) days(3 to 7 days);the injured side:14 left, 20 right; the dislocation in 28 patients dues to fall, 6 patients dues traffic accident. There were 49 patients treated with clavicular hook plate(hook plate group), including 33 males and 16 females;the mean age was(37.9±6.3) years old (27 to 53 years old); the average time from injury to operation was(4.1±1.1) days (2 to 7 days);the injured side: 18 left, 31 right;the dislication in 36 patients dues to fall, 13 patients dues traffic accidents. The indexes such as intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, incision size, postoperative complication and postoperative coracoclavicular space, shoulder joint function, and life quality were compared between two groups.
RESULTSIn the hook plate group with 49 patients, the plates in 43 patients were removed at the secondary operation, and 32 patients had shoulder pain or limited active range. Thirty four patients in the Endobutton group had no pain symptoms and limited active range. All the patients did not suffer acromioclavicular dislocation again. There was no significant difference between the two groups in operation time, and intraoperative bleeding volume(>0.05). The incision length in the hook plate group was longer than that in Endobutton group(<0.05). The coracoclavicular space of the uninjured and injured side in two groups respectively had no significant differences, and the coracoclavicular space in the injured side between two group had no significant difference(>0.05). There were no significant differences of Constant score and SF-36 between two groups 2 months after operation(>0.05). Sixteen months after operation, the Constant score in the injured side of both groups was higher than that in 2 months postoperative. But the Constant score in the injured side of hook plate group was higher than that in Endobutton group(<0.05). The Constant score in the uninjured side had no significant differences between two group(>0.05). In hook plate group, the Constant score in the uninjured side was higher than that in the injured side. In Endobutton group, there were no significant differences of Constant score between two sides. The 16 month postoperative SF-36 in the injured side of both groups was higher than the 2 month postoperative one, but 16 month postoperative SF-36 in hook plate group was lower than that in Endobutton group (<0.05).
CONCLUSIONSEndobutton plate combined with an anchor can effectively fix Rockwood type III or more acute acromioclavicular dislocation. The method has less complications, avoiding secondary removal of internal fixation.
10.Surgical treatment of the old with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the perioperative characteristics and surgical methods in treating the old with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.
METHODSFrom January 2000 to October 2007, 36 patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis with the age more than 60 years,including 16 males and 20 females, the age from 60 to 81 years with an average of 67.5 years. Of all patients, 6 cases were treated by simple surgical decompression, 16 cases by decompressive laminectomy, 20 cases by decompressive laminectomy combined with internal fixation and fusion.
RESULTSNo death cases occurred during perioperation and complication occurred in 14 cases, including cerebrospinal fluid leakage in 3 cases, incision late healed in 1 case, heart abnormal symptom in 1 case, respiratory infection in 1 case, gastrointestinal symptom in 4 cases, urinary system infection in 1 case, spirital symptom in 1 case. After symptomatic treatment, all complications improved. All the cases were followed up from 6 months to 5 years with an average of 2.5 years. Oswestry scoring improved from preoperative 45.66 +/- 7.12 to postoperative 16.80 +/- 5.75, there was significant difference between before and after operation (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe age and heath condition are not operative absolute contraindication in treating old with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis,with the proper operation modus after controlling concomitant diseases, the surgical treatment could guarantee the satisfactory therapeutic effect.
