1.Progress in the Studies of Biological Clocks Genes
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2001;28(2):181-183
Circadian rhythms describe biological phenomena that oscillate with an 24 hour cycle. These rhythms include blood pressure, body temperature, hormone level, the number of immune cells in blood, and the sleep-wake cycle. The aim is to introduce common genes between species that are responsible for determining the circadian behavior, especially some transcription factor s that serve to regulate many circadian rhythm genes. And the common molecular mechanism of biological clocks between fly and human will be in troduced.
2.Gasless single-incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2013;(5):336-339
Laparo-endoscopic single site (LESS) surgery is in line with the development trend of minimally invasive surgery.Resolving the problems caused by the tiny single trocar is very important for the popularizing of LESS surgery. From February to September in 2012,34 patients with cholecystolithiasis or polypoid lesions of the gallbladder received gasless singleincision laparoscopic cholecystectomy at the Xuanwu Hospital. All the operations were successfully done, with no conversion to conventional laparoscopic surgery or open surgery. The mean operation time, intraoperative blood loss and duration of postoperative hospital stay were 70 minutes (range,45-135 minutes),18 ml (range,5-40 ml) and 3.4 days (range,3-4 days). There was no complication within the follow-up of 3 weeks, and all patients recovered well with satisfied cosmetic effect.Combination of gasless single-incision laparoscopic techniques could decrease the difficulty of LESS surgery and help to popularize LESS surgery.
3.Clinical research of dietary, exercise intervention combined with Rouganjiangzhi capsule on non -alcoholic fatty liver disease
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;(1):102-105
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of dietary, exercise intervention combined with Rou-ganjiangzhi capsule on non -alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods A randomized, double -blinded and placebo drug parallel controlled method was used in this study.Sixty patients were enrolled into the study and randomly assigned into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were taken with Rouganjiangzhi capsule combined behavior intervention. The patients of control group were taken with placebo drug combined behavior inter-vention.Each patient were accepted 12 weeks of the therapy. After treatment, the clinical symptoms, liver function, blood lipids, indicators of changes in imaging were detected, and the results of each group statistically were analyzed. Results After 12 weeks treatment, five patients were rejected, and the clinical symptoms, body mass index (BMI), waist -hip ratio were markedly improved in each group:[(1.02 ±1.08)points,(26.29 ±2.54),(0.92 ±0.04), (0.81 ±0.95),(26.58 ±3.11)and (0.91 ±0.04)]compared with[(3.62 ±0.96)points,(27.63 ±2.50),(0.94 ± 0.03),(3.60 ±0.95),(28.22 ±3.14),(0.95 ±0.03)(t =4.74,2.64,0.82,4.62,3.61,0.84,all P <0.05)]. After the treatment, the liver function (ALT,GGT)and cholesterol (TC)of treatment group decreased significantly than that before treatment:[(75.28 ±25.19)IU /L,(48.41 ±38.42)IU /L,(3.02 ±0.85)IU /L],compared with [(127.46 ±52.42)IU /L,(48.41 ±38.42)IU /L,(4.63 ±0.69)IU /L (t =2.54,2.18,2.42,all P <0.05)],while the liver function (ALT,AST,GGT)and blood lipids(TC,TG)of control group had no significantly decreased. The liver and spleen CT ratio raised apparently in treatment group than control group (0.86 ±0.24),(0.71 ±0.20)(t =0.83, P <0.05).Conclusion Rouganjiangzhi capsule achieve the good therapeutic effect on non -alcoholic fatty liver.
5.CD4+ T cells and cerebral ischemia
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2013;21(9):717-720
Inflammation and immune response are the key parts in pathophysiological processes of cerebral ischemia.CD4+ T cells play an important role in it.This article reviews the roles and mechanisms of each subtype of CD4+ T cells in cerebral ischemia in order to provide the basis for the treatment of cerebral ischemia with CD4 + T cells as targets.
6.Clinical application of atomoxetine in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2009;(11):1093-1094,1100
Atomoxetine as a nonstimulant medicine was approved by the Chinese Food an Drug Administration and provide a new selection of treatment drugs for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Tomoxetine is a noradrenaline transmitter reuptake inhibitor which can selectively inhibit synapsis noradrenaline transport protein, strengthen noradrenaline's resupination effect, and increase noradrenaline's activity released by synaptic cleft to improve the symptoms of the ADHD patients. Compared with methylphenidate, atomoxetine does not affect the concentration of the neurotransmitter dopamine and does not induce or increase the Tourettes' syndrome, therefore atomoxetine is more suitable to treat ADHD together with Tourettes syndrome. In this article the treatment of atomoxetine for ADHD, including the indications, dosage as well as adverse reactions and efficacy assessment are reviewed.
7.Study on the Quality Standard of Shixiangzhitong Pill
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(12):-
TLC was used for the qualitative identification of Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et wils, Cyperus rotundus L.and Rheum palmatum L. in Shixiangzhitong pill. The content of chrysophanol in Shixangzhitong pill was assayed by TLC-scanning. The proposed method can be used to control the quality of Shixiangzhitong pill.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(19):-
Objective To explore the influence of helicobacter pylori(Hp) on gastric motor function in children with chronic gastrictis. Methods Forty-seven children with chronic gastrictis were classified into Hp positive and negative groups according to Hp and histology exa-mination.Each child underwent gastric emptying test of solid by using nuclide method and electrogastrogram(EGG) examination. These cases with Hp-positive acceptted these triple eradication therapy[clarithromycin 15 mg/(kg?d),amoxicillin 50 mg/(kg?d),omeprazole 0.8 mg/(kg?d)]for 2 weeks, and underwent EGG examination again after eradicating Hp.Results The half emptying time(GET_1/2)in Hp-positive gastric group were significantly longer than those in Hp-negative group(t=6.403 P
