1.Cardiovascular safety perceptions of sulfonylureas based on evidence
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2017;25(6):573-576
The relationship between Sulfonylureas(SUs) and cardiovascular (CV) risks has attracted great attention.Previous studies have illustrated that some SUs increase CV risk in type 2 diabetes (T2DM) patients;while others do not.Clinical studies have found that the CV risks of different SUs may be different.Compared with other SUs;glimepiride and gliclazide may have lower CV risks. Here we reviewed evidence-based CV safety of SUs and the recent research progress.

Objective To analyze the levels of high density lipoprotein ( HDL) and low density lipoprotein ( LDL) among the staff in a college .Methods Fasting serum samples were collected from 2 234 paticipants .The lev-els of HDL and LDL in different sex and ages were estimated .Results The average value and abnormal rate of LDL in males were 3.20mmol/L and 49.1%,respectively.The average value of LDL in males was higher than normal val-ue.The average value and abnormal rate of LDL in females were 3.03mmol/L and 42.3%,respectively.The value of LDL in females who less than 54 years old was lower than that in males of the same age ( t=5.33,10.56,all P<0.01).Conclusion The abnormal rate of LDL had significant increase and the level in males was higher than that in females. The health education is necessary to prevent and control the abnormal level of LDL .

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
In the rabbit's myocardial sarcolemma and artificial biomem-brane-liposomes, the lipid peroxidation caused by free radical gene-arting system ( FeCls & ascorbic acid ) was significantly inhibited by taurine at the concentractions of 5~20 m mol/L, and the inhibition effects of taurine were both dose and time-dependent. The results showed that taurine had an antioxidation effects and served as a scavenger of free radicals at the level of membrane.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(06):-
Objective To improve hospital power quality and guarantee the stability of medical equipment. Methods Leg of circuit is taken for power supply. Refining plant is equipped for electric barbed wire. Conditions are improved for equipment access. Power quality monitoring is strengthened. Results Power quality is effectively improved while the failure rate decreases obviously. Conclusion It is essential to improve power quality for high medical equipment quality.
5.Improving power supply for the protection of medical equipment in the hospital

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(08):-
With more and more equipments installed, the quality of power in hospital becomes worse and worse, which seriously threatens the safety of equipments. To assure medical devices running stably and improve the quality of power supply,we adopted the method of brunch power supply and power net purifying instruments in improving the condition of equipments switched on power and monitoring power quality,so that the supply quality in hospital was improved,as well as equipments trouble rate was decreased.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;(11):1183-1185
Objective To investigate the attitude of medical students towards standardized resident training in Shanghai and to provide references for policy adjustment. Methods Self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the attitude of 267 clinical medical students towards standardized resident training in Shanghai.Reference reviewing and expert consultation were also performed. Results Nearly eighty percent of students believed that they had basic knowledge of the training. Two thirds of students hold objective attitude towards the policy. Conclusions Income and pressure in finding jobs are the main reasons why students object the policy.Standardized resident training program need to improve in aspects of advertisement, incoming, quality of teaching staff, connection between medical education and training.

Objective To explore the feasibility of laparoscopic-assisted partial and subtotal colectomy and per anum intrarectal pull-through procedures for Hirschsprung's disease-allied disorder(HAD).Methods From October 1999 to May 2006,38 infants and children with HAD or Hirschsprung's disease(HD) associated with HAD,to whom conservative treatments proved ineffective or relapse occurred, were treated by laparoscopic-assisted partial or subtotal colectomy and per anum intrarectal pull-through procedures.Four 5 mm trocars were inserted at the edge of umbilicus, right upper, right lower and left center quadarant of abdomen when subtotal colectomy was carried out.Two trocars were placed in the left side, lied in left upper and mid lower quadarant of abdomen respectively.Colon descendens, colon transversum, colon ascendens and ileocecal junction lateral peritoneum were mobilized under laparoscope. The operation on anus was referred to modified Soave procedures. Results 38 patients underwent the operations successfully.Left hemicolon resection were performed in 9 cases, with operation time being 110-180 min(mean,135 min).Subtotal colectomy were performed in 29 cases and colon ascendens were rotated reversal clockwise 270? and pulled down using Deloyers procedures, lengths of remaining colon ascendens being 7-13 cm(mean,11.5 cm),operation time being 140-220 min(mean,175 min),intraoperative blood loss being 15-70 ml(mean,35 ml).Postoperative pathological diagnosis showed 10 cases of intestine neuron developmental anormaly(IND),3 cases of hypoganglionosis(HG),4 cases of immature gangliocyte(IGC),9 cases were not classified,6 cases of HD complicated with IND,2 cases of HD complicated with HG,4 cases of HD complicated with ICG.38 cases were followed up for a mean of 3 years and 5 months(range,6 months to 7 years).9 cases of left hemicolon resection had 1-2 stools per day at 6 months postoperatively without stoma stenosis and constipation recurrence. Conclusions Laparoscopic-assisted partial or subtotal colectomy and radical per anum pull-through procedures for HAD are safe, effect, feasible, with minimal invasion, but some laparoscopic procedure experiences are required.

Objective Imageology diagnosis of orbital tumor is very critical for the determination of nature of tumor in childhood patients. It is very necessary to comprehensively assess the results of clinical manifestations and imageology for the identification of orbital tumor. This study was to evaluate the clinical value of ultrasonography and color Doppler imaging (CDI) in the diagnosis of orbital tumors in children. Methods The clinical data, B-type echograms and CDI of 39 children with orbital tumors including capillary hemangioma, lymphangioma, venous hemangioma, rhabdomyosarcoma, dermoid cyst, varicosity etc. Were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 39 cases of orbital tumors in children, 8 cases of capillary hemangioma and 2 cases of rhabdomyosarcoma showed the signals of artery blood flow from CDI ultrasound examination. No blood flow signal was obtained in 12 cases with dermoid and 8 cases with lymphangioma. The venous blood flow signals were examined from CDI examination in 3 out of 6 cases of venous hemangioma. Dynamic blood flow changes were seen from CDI in 3 cases with varicosis. Conclusion Combination of B-type ultrasonography and CDI is useful for the diagnosis of orbital tumors in childhood patients.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 1995;0(02):-
Abstract The 3H-thymidine (3H-TdR) incorporation rate of diploid human embryo lung fibroblast cell (2BS) in old cells was significantly lower than that in middle age cells and young cells. EPidermal growth factor (EGF) stimulated tha 3H-TdR incorporation rates of all three kinds of cells with different age. The results of Northern and dot hybridization showed that the level of HER-2 in old cells was lower than those in young cells. EGF could induce expression of HER-2 gene in young cells but not in old cells. As the cells reached 100% of their life span, the EGFR mRNA decreased obviously.
