ObjectiveTo explore the theoretical construct of network values and design the network values questionnaire.MethodsThis research was to design the network values questionnaire based on an open-ended inventory survey,overviews of former studies and counseling of experts.Through stratified sampling,832 college students were investigated by the network questionnaire.The data were examined by item analysis,factor analysis,reliability and validity analysis.ResultsThe network values was a multi-dimensional construct which had three factors.The three factors cumulative total explained variance was 50.719％,52.545％ and 50.510％.The questionnaire's internal consistency reliability was 0.931 and 0.809-0.874 for the three subscales.The questionnaire's split-half reliability was 0.902 and 0.772-0.864 for the three subscales.ConclusionThe theoretical construct of network values is rational.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity.

Objective To explore the biomechanics mechanism of ATP6i gene-interference treating steroid-induced necrosis of the femoral heads(SINFH)in rats.Methods Forty SD rats were randomly assigned to four groups:blank control group,experimental control group,ATP6i SiRNA(+)group and ATP6i SiRNA(-)group,10 rats in each group.We established rat models of SINFH by injecting Escherichia Coli Endotoxin and prednisolone for 12 weeks,then cut along the inner side of the patella for about 1 cm and turn the patellar outside of the both knees of the experimental control group,the ATP6i SiRNA(+)group and the ATP6i SiRNA(-)group,and drill from the intercondylar until the femoral neck.Rats were treated by transfecting ATP6i small interference RNA(ATP6i SiRNA)into the osteoclasts of the femoral heads to interference the expression of ATP6i SiRNA(+),or by the ATP6i SiRNA(-)and same amount of saline.One month later,test the load,stress,modulus of elasticity,and axial stiffness of the right femoral heads of all four groups,and at the same time take the left femoral heads of all four groups for pathological study.Results The load,stress,modulus of elasticity,and axial stiffness of the ATP6i SiRNA(+)group were(307.01±27.34)N,(60.44±5.38)MPa,(125.29±11.16)MPa,(162.42±14.45)N/mm,respectively,which were much greater than the ATP6i SiRNA(-)group and the experimental control group(P＜0.05).In the pathological studies,we found that the trabecula of the femoral heads of the ATP6i SiRNA(+)group was much thicker than the ATP6i SiRNA(-)group and the experimental control group,but the degeneration,necrosis and breakage of the osteoepiphysis in each group had no statistically significant differences.Conclusion ATP6i gene-interference can inhibit the acid-secreting function of osteoclasts and improve the biomechanical property of the femoral heads of rats in treating the SINFH.

AIM: To explore the effect of early posterior approach vitrectomy in the treatment of penetrating ocular trauma with intraocular foreign body.METHODS: Totally 10 cases of penetrating ocular trauma with intraocular foreign bodies(IOFB) in the past two years were included.Emergency vitrectomy, intraocular foreign body removal and silicone oil tamponade were performed by the same surgeon.Antibiotics and steroids were given after surgeries.Retinal photocoagulation was done according to fundus conditions after surgeries.RESULTS: One patient combined with preoperation endophthalmitis and severely damaged retina failed to recover, eventually came to phthisis bulbi.Vitrectomy and IOFB removal were all successfully performed in the other patients.The postoperation follow-up time was 3-18mo.Two of the patients received secondary vitrectomy and silicone replacement surgeries due to recurrent retinal detachment.The remaining patients had no further bleeding with intraoclar pressure(IOP) 8-21mmHg.At the last follow-up, three of them gained best corrected visual acuity better than 0.1, two patients had visual acuity of 0.01 to 0.1 and four patients had poor visual acuity of light perception to FC/50cm because of macular damage.The patient with phthisis bulbi had no light perception.CONCLUSION: Early vitrectomy, foreign body removal and silicone oil tamponade is an effective treatment for patients with penetrating eyeball injury with IOFB.

Objective To study the factors associated with post-operattve renal function injury after laparoscopic nephron-sparing surgery(LNSS)for tumors. Methods Fifty consecutive patients were enroned in a prospective protocol and underwent LNSS.Preoperative and postoperative renal scintigraphic scan was performed in all patients. 99 Tcm-diethylenetetraminepentacetic acid scan was performed in all patients.Linear correlation and multivariate regression model were used to analysis the factors associated with postoperative renal damage.Twenty consecutive patients associated with risk factors were followed-up.These data in GFR were monitored at the preoperative,1 week and 3 months after operation.The duration Warm ischemia was recorded. Results In selected patients,assessed by renal scintigraphy,the function of the operated kidney was reduced by a mean of 24%.Linar correlation analysis showed that there was positive correlation between the age,tumor size,duration of warm ischemia and postoperative renal function injury.Furthermore,multivariate Legression analysis revealed that the duration of warm ischemia was the independent risk factor of postoperative renal damage.Twenty consecutive patients were included in this protocol.There was a significant difference between vessel clamp time≤30 min and vessel clamp time＞30 min.Renal scan data did not reveal any significant decrease in GFR in the affected kidney at 3 months after surgery for the patients whose yesscl clamp time less than 30 min.Renal function damage could not recover in the patients over 70 years with longer than 30 min warm ischemia or with longer than 60 min warm ischemia. Conclusions This paper evaluated renal function on the affected side before and after surgery by measuring renal function with renal scintigraphy using99 Tcm-DTPA.Risk factors for renal dysfunction in the affected kidney after LPN are age over 70 years with more than 30min warm ischemia time,and a warm ischemia time longer than 60 min.

Objective To explore the effects of light on the expression patterns of clock and clock-related genes in peripheral lymphocytes.To develop basic knowledge needed for clinical application of the circadian clock.Methods One hundred Sprague-Dawley rats were housed under constant dark(DD)or normal light-dark(LD 12:12)conditions for six weeks.Peripheral iymphoeytes were collected at different time points.The expression level of the clock gene and melatonin receptor genes mt1 and mt2 were detected using semi-quantitative RT-PCR.The data were analyzed with cosine software.Results Circadian expression of the genes was observed in both groups,but the peak phase,amplitude and strength of expression of each gene differed with the light conditions.Conclusion Light influences the expression of clock and clock-related genes in rats' peripheral lymphocytes.The clock gene might play an important role in regulating the expression of mt1 and mt2.

Objective:To investigate relationship between parents'marital relationship and intergenerational transmission of value orientation of marriage and love among college students.Methods:Totally 712 families inclu-ding a college student and his/her parents from 9 universities were surveyed.The Marital Health Test (MHT)was used to assess parents'marital relationship and transmission of value orientation of marriage and love from father and mother.The structural equation modeling and stepwise multiple regression were used to analysis the relationship between parents'marital relationship and intergenerational transmission of value orientation of marriage and love a-mong college students.Results:Moderate correlations (r =0.24 -0.58,Ps <0.01 )were found between parents'marital relationship and transmission of value orientation of marriage and love from father and mother.Path analysis suggested that paths from parents'marital relationship to paternal transmission and maternal transmission were statis-tically significant (path coefficient was 0.59 and 0.75).Grouping regression analysis showed that the influences of parents 'marital relationship of same-sex transmission (R2 =0.49,0.35 ) were greater than opposite-sex transmission.Conclusions:The findings indicate that parents'marital relationship could facilitate the intergeneration-al transmission of value orientation of marriage and love.Moreover,the influences of parents'marital relationship of same-gender transmission may be greater than opposite-sex transmission.

Objective To explore the value of serum procalcitonin detection in judging whether severe patients complicate with infection.Methods 188 patients in the intensive care unit (ICU)were collected and divided into the infection and non-infection groups.The serum procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),total number of white blood cells(WBC)and neutrophile cell ratio were simultaneously monitored;41 cases in the infection group dynamically monitored PCT and related indicators for continuous 1-6 d and the statistical analysis was conducted.Results The age,PCT and CRP had statistically significant differences between the infection group(112 cases)and non-infection group(76 cases).Except the correlation of PCT and CRP in the infection group showing statistical significance,the comparison of the other indicators had no statistical differences.In the infectors,the PCT value comparison between on 1 d and 2 d in the hospital discharge group(32 cases)and the death group (9 cases)showed P >0.05,the PCT value comparison between on 3-6 d showed P <0.05.Conclusion Serum PCT is an effective indicator to judge whether se-vere infected patient has infection and is significantly superior to the traditional inflammatory indicators.Dynamically monitoring the PCT level in the critical patients has a certain value to judge the control situation of infection.

Objective To compare the effects of oral Sildenafil(SIL)and intravenous prostaglandin E_1(Alprostadil,PGE_1)in treatment of postoperative pulmonary hypertension(PH)associated with congenital heart defects(CHD).Methods Data were collected from 24 children with postoperative mPAP≥35 mmHg in our hospital between August 2004 and March 2005.These children were randomly divided into three groups:8 children(group A)initially received SIL(0.35 mg/kg,orally by nasal gastric tube),followed by the addition of intravenous PGE_1(20 ng/kg per min)at 40 min.The second group of 8 children(group C)initially received intravenous PGE_1 followed by the addition of SIL at 20 min(dose as above).And remains(group B)were placebo-controlled.The changes of hemodynamic variables,arterial blood gas,lung static compliance(C)and work of breathing(W)were measured after drugs were given.Results Compared with group B,the mPAP and mPAP/mSAP was significantly reduced(P
