Objective To study the changes of Vasodilator-stimulated Phosphoprotein phosphorylation which was dynamically regulated by cell adhesion to extracellular matrix,and to investigate the roles of VASP in the process of tumor cell adhesion and de-adhesion.Methods HeLa cells were divided into four groups: stably adherent cells,cells held in suspension,cells replated onto dishes coated with collagen I and positive control(cells treated with Forskolin).Changes in cell morphology were observed in inverted phase contrast microscope.Phosphorylation of VASP was detected by Western blot,and PKA activity was measured by PKA assay kit.(Results In) untreated,stably adherent cells,VASP was predominantly in the unphosphorylated form; Detachment of cells stimulated PKA activity and induced PKA-dependent phosphorylation of VASP;VASP was phosphorylated gradually following reattachment but returned to base level of phosphorylation during active cell spreading.Conclusion During the process of HeLa cell adhesion and de-adhesion,dynamical changes of VASP from the form of phosphorylation to dephosphorylation via PKA have been observed.

To explore the effectiveness of positron emission tomography (PET) respiratory gating based on time and amplitude to improve the reconstructed image artifacts. It is necessary to appropriately select acquisition and processing methods which ensure the readability of myocardial imaging images in radionuclide medicine myocardial imaging. This summary mainly discusses the identification method and how to avoid adverse effect for images from myocardial imaging process, and includes similarities and differences of varieties methods: identification for image artifacts of myocardial imaging, image reconstruction algorithms and software processing and so on. It should be significant to choose the appropriate method to identify myocardial imaging artifacts in image collection. The pros and cons of myocardial imaging image reconstruction algorithm and various software processing methods still remain unknown. How to choose better appropriate acquisition, image reconstruction and software processing methods for myocardial imaging need further study.

Radiotherapy is one of the major treatments for malignant tumors.About 70 ％ of cancer patients received radiotherapy.Because of its unique physical advantages and favorable efficacy,proton therapy technology as a new kind of radiotherapy on cancer is applied more frequently.This review will discuss preliminary application and research progress of proton therapy technology in gastrointestinal carcinoma.

MicroRNA(miR),a type of 22nt non-coding RNA,modulate gene expression at posttranscriptional level by interacting with targeting mRNA and play an important role in both inflammatory reaction and autoimmune diseases.Especially,the expression of miR-146a in autoimmune diseases has gotten more and more attention in recent studies.This review summarized the correlation between the expression of miR-146a and the pathogenesis of some common autoimmune diseases.What's more,the potential role of miR-146a in the clinical diagnosis of autoimmune diseases are also discussed.

Objective To explore the influence of environment early in life on learning and memory abilities and neuroglobin (Ngb) expression. MethodsForty-five newborn,male,Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into an EE (enriched environment) group,an EI (isolated environment) group and a normal control group,with 15 rats in each group.The EE and EI group rats lived in those environments for their first 28 days of life.The step-down test was used to measure the rats'learning and memory abilities on the 29th day.Ngb expression was examined using immunohistochemical methods. ResultsThe step-down test showed learning and memory scores for the EE group rats of (9.67±0.49) and (9.80±0.56) respectively,significantly higher than those of the control group,(8.67±0.72) and (8.93±1.10).The learning and memory abilities of the EI group were the lowest among the three groups,with scores of only (7.07±1.98) and (7.67±0.98 ),respectively.The latency of the first electric shock was (166.33±36.08)s in the EE group and significantly shorter than that in the control group (108.93±73.26) s.The EI group showed the longest average latency (44.93±45.03)s.Average Ngb expression as reflected by the integrated optical density in the EE group was (224.56±89.09) in the frontal cortex and (127.70 ± 28.16)in the hippocampus,a significant increase over expression in the control group.The Ngb expressions of the EI group were the lowest among the 3 groups-(88.78 ± 18.84) and ( 63.42 ± 16.41 ) in the frontal cortex and hippocampus respectively. ConclusionsEarly exposure to an enriched environment can increase Ngb expression and improve learning and memory ability,but early isolation will reduce Ngb expression and learning and memory function.

In 1961,World Health Organization recommended that the concept of preterm birth is less than 37 weeks of gestation age newborn.The incidence of preterm birth has always been high and remains to be the leading cause of perinatal morbidity and mortality,despite the rapid development of global medical science level for decades.Studies on causes and mechanisms of preterm birth have become a hot spot worldwide.This paper is a summary analysis about the domestic and foreign research on preterm labor.The factors are divided into 5 broad,including categoriesmaternal factors,pregnancy factors,fetal factors,external factors and genetic factors,in order to popularize science of preterm birth and make for preterm birth prevention and clinical study.

Objective To evaluate the early diagnostic value of 1,3-β-D glucan(BG) and galactomannan(GM) test for invasive fungal infections(IFI)in intensive care unit(ICU) patients.Methods From 2013 to 2015,the concentration of serum BG and GM were detected in 452 cases of ICU patients,including 182 cases with diagnosis of IFI,46 cases with possible diagnosis of IFI and 224 cases of non-IFI.The diagnostic performance of BG,GM and combined test were analyzed.Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value(PPV) and negative predictive value(NPV)of BG test were 75.0%,80.4%,75.8%,79.6%.Those of GM test were 25.80%,85.7%,59.5% and 58.7%.The sensitivity and specificity of BG and GM combined test were 87.4% and 94.7% respectively.Conclusion BG and GM combined test could improve the diagnostic efficiency,reduce the false positive rate and false negative rete,which might be helpful for the early diagnosis of IFI in ICU patients.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a chronic disabling mental illness with thecore symptoms of obsession and compulsion, while its pathological mechanism has not yet been fully understood. In recent years, magnetic resonance (MR) technology has been used in the study of mental illness, because of its nonradiative and non-invasive advantage, etc. Many MR studies have found that OCD patients havecerebellar changes in structure and function, and these changes have contact with the incidence of OCD. This paper reviews the cerebellar's role in the onset of OCDapplying MR technology.

Objective: To investigate the factors affecting decreased ovarian reserve (DOR) among women of childbearing age, so as to provide insights into prevention of DOR. Methods: Women with DOR at ages of 18 to 40 years that were admitted to Department of Gynecology, Ningbo Women and Children's Hospital during the period from January 2021 to June 2022 were recruited (DOR group), while healthy women at ages of 18 to 40 years during the same period served as normal controls. Participants' demographics, exercise, diet, previous medical history, childbearing history and menstruation were collected using questionnaire surveys. The follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) and estradiol (E2) levels were tested. Factors affecting DOR were identified among women of childbearing age using a multivariable logistic regression model. Results: There were 200 participants in the DOR group, with a median (interquartile range) age of 32 (9) years, and 200 participants in the normal group, with a median (interquartile range) age of 29 (12) years. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that underweight (OR=2.935, 95%CI: 1.374-6.269), overweight/obesity (OR=2.612, 95%CI: 1.335-5.065), high-oil-high-glucose-high-salt diet (OR=2.653, 95%CI: 1.616-4.357), menstrual disorder (OR=1.977, 95%CI: 1.284-3.041) and lack of exercise (OR=3.392, 95%CI: 2.052-5.606) were statistically correlated with the development of DOR among women of childbearing age. Conclusions Underweight, overweight/obesity, high-oil-high-glucose-high-salt diet, menstrual disorder and lack of exercise are factors affecting the development of DOR among women of childbearing age.

hemiplegic patients following stroke were devided into two groups一一group A andgroup B for this study. Rehabilitation treatment started for the patients in group A in one month,yet forthose in group B in two or three months after onset of the stroke. Compared the conditions of the twogroups of patients before their rehabilitation treatment,there was no obvious difference(P<0.05)in thefour aspects of their motor ability(Ⅰ-activity in bed;Ⅱ-aclivity in wheel-chair;Ⅲ-in-ward;Ⅳ-outdoor activity).While the result of analysis on their post-treating shift of motor ability showed that thetrend,which the proportion of patients with ability Ⅰ andⅡ decreased but the proportion of patients withability Ⅲ and Ⅳ increased,was more significant in group A than in group B(P<0.05).Thereby it indicatesthat the early starting of rehabilitation treatment is favourable for improving motor ability of hemiplegic pa-tients following stroke.
