1.Clinical efficacy analysis on treatment of unstable angina pectoris with low-molecular-weight heparins calcium
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(21):2707-2708,2711
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety on treatment of unstable angina pectoris (UAP) with low-molecular-weight heparins calcium .Methods 64 cases in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2013 with UAP were random-ly divided into treatment group and control group ,and 32 cases in each group .The control group was treated with routine drugs such as aspirin ,and the treatment group was treated with low-molecular-weight heparins calcium on the basis of routine therapy . The clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated by the frequency and duration of angina attacks ,the improvement of electrocardio-gram(ECG) and adverse reactions .Results The frequency and duration of angina attacks of the two groups were significantly re-duced and the performances of ECG were improved .The clinical improvement and performance of ECG were better in treatment group than those in the control group(P<0 .05) .And the total efficiency of the treatment group and control group were 93 .8%(30/32) and 84 .4% (27/32) ,respectively ,the difference had statistically significant (P<0 .05) .There was no serious adverse reac-tion in the two groups .Conclusion Low-molecular-weight heparins calcium can effectively control the frequency and duration of UAP and has less adverse reaction in treatment of UAP .It is worthy to be recommended in clinical .
2.Intelligence development of small for gestational age
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(1):61-64
Small for gestational age (SGA) infants are defined as infant with a birth weight below the 10th percentile of the average weight for gestational age or below 2 standard deviations for gestational age.More evidences have suggested that compared with the appropriate for gestational age infants, besides the short stature, there are also higher risks of lower intelligence, poor academic performance, low social competence, behavioral problems in SGA infants.
3.Determination of Two Ingredients in Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets by HPLC
China Pharmacist 2014;(10):1684-1686,1683
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of two ingredients in losartan potassium and hydrochlo-rothiazide tablets. Methods: Losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide were separated on a Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C8 ( 200 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm)column, the mobile phase consisted of 0. 01 mol·L-1 monopotassium phosphate solution(adjusting pH to 3. 0 with phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile(70∶30)with the flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1. The column temperature was set at 35℃, the detection wavelength was 271nm and the injection volume size was 20 μl. Results:The linear range of losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiaz-ide was 39.63-118.89 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9) and 9.47-28.41 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 6) with the average recovery of 99.4%(RSD=1. 0%,n=9)and 99. 8%(RSD=0. 9%, n=9), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, fast, accurate and reproduci-ble, which is suitable for the determination of losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide tablets.
4.Study on the treatment of chloasma with traditional Chinese medicine regulating menstruation
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(5):475-477
Chloasma is a kind of skin disease with pigmentation on the face, which can be frequently seen in child-bearing age women. The disease is caused by Zangfu dysfunction, Qi and blood deficiency. For women, the generation of chloasma is closely related to their menstruation. Regulating the menstrual function with traditional Chinese medicine and balancing the body's internal environment can be very useful for achieving the balance between Yin and Yang within Zangfu, and regulating Qi and blood, which will not only desalt pigment, but also can improve the symptom related to menstruation with low recurrence rate after drug withdrawal. This method can be used alone or with other methods in clinic, has achieved significant effect.
5.Application of proton therapy in gastrointestinal cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2016;28(6):419-422
Radiotherapy is one of the major treatments for malignant tumors.About 70 % of cancer patients received radiotherapy.Because of its unique physical advantages and favorable efficacy, proton therapy technology as a new kind of radiotherapy on cancer is applied more frequently. This review will discuss preliminary application and research progress of proton therapy technology in gastrointestinal carcinoma.
6.The TCM Theory of XueyuYundu on Endometriosis
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(5):472-473
The TCM theory of XueyuYundu believes that blood stasis and poison is the fundament of endometriosis. Long term of blood stasis may convert to poison and further aggravate the blood stasis. This article has summarized literatures about poison stasis syndrome and blood stasis syndrome. On this basis, we introduced a self-made prescription, QuyuJiedu Decoction, and the theoretical and laboratory study progress of this decoction, for the purpose of providing a new method for treating endometriosis.
7.Inhibitors of differentiation and tumors
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(10):-
Inhibitors of differentiation(Id) are negative regulators of basic helix-loop-helix(bHLH) type transcription factor. There are four related members of the Id family called Id-1,Id-2,Id-3 and(Id-4) in mammalian cells.Since the identification of Id proteins in 1990,the roles of Id in cell proliferation, differentiation, development, maturation, apoptosis and tumorigenesis have been widely investigated. This article focuses on the role of Id in tumorigenesis.
8.Progress in research on the role of heme oxygenase-1 in cardiovascular diseases
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(09):-
Heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) is an inducible stress protein. In addition to its role in heme degradation, several positive biological effects exerted by this enzyme have highlighted in recent years as anti-inflammatory,anti-apoptotic,anti-proliferative and cytoprotective functions. This oxidase system with multiple functions takes part in the pathophysiology of cardiovascular system. It is related to a variety of cardiovascular diseases including hypertension,atherosclerosis,ischemia/reperfusion injury and postangioplasty restenosis.
10.Roles of thrombin in subarachnoid hemorrhage
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2014;22(6):470-473
Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is a common cerebrovascular disease. Its morbidity and mortality are higher.Cerebral vasospasm (CVS) and early brain injury (EBI) are the major pathophysiological mechanisms of neurological deficits and death after SAH.Both CVS and EBI are associated with a variety of factors, including nitric oxide, endothelin, thrombin and its receptor, hemoglobin and proinflammatory cytokines.Animal experiments have shown that thrombin is an important causative factor. This article reviews the role of thrombin in SAH.
