ObjectiveTo observe the synergistic action of lower He-sea and Front-mu points in treating functional dyspepsia by adopting electroacupuncture at the lower He-sea and Frong-mu points of stomach.MethodSixty patients with functional dyspepsia were randomized into a lower He-sea group, a Front-mu group, and a combining group of lower He-sea and Front-mu points, to receive treatment once daily, 5 sessions a week, totally for 4 weeks. Nepean Dyspepsia Index (NDI) was tested before and after intervention, and the general therapeutic efficacy was evaluated.ResultThe total effective rate was 100.0% in the combining group, versus 90.0% in the Front-mu group and 90.0% in the lower He-sea group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The follow-up study showed that the total effective rate was 100.0% in the combining group, versus 90.0% in the Front-mu group and 85.0% in the lower He-sea group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, therewere no significant inter-group differences in comparing Nepean Dyspepsia Symptom Index (NDSI) and Nepean Dyspepsia Life Quality Index (NDLQI)(P>0.05), while there were significant differences in comparing NDSI and NDLQI after treatment (P<0.05). ConclusionIt can improve the functional dyspepsia symptoms by using the lower He-sea point and Front-mu point together or using them separately, while the combining use can produce a more significant efficacy.

Objective To determine PD-L2 expression in human cervical squamous cell carcinomas and analyze its association with the clinical and pathologic characteristics of these cases ;observe the role of recombinant PD-L2 protein on apoptosis of active peripheral blood T lymphocytes of cervical carcinoma patients .Methods PD-L2 expression in cervical squamous cell carcinomas was determined by immunohistochemistry staining ,and the association between PD-L2 expression with the clinical and pathologic characteristics of these cases was analyzed .In vitro ,the peripheral blood T lymphocytes of cervical carcinoma patients were divided into blank group ,PD-L2 group and PD-L2+anti-PD-1 group respectively .After these active T cells were cultured 72 h ,their apop-totic rates were detected by flow cytometry .Results PD-L2 expressed in 53 .3% (32/60)cervical squamous cell carcinomas ,and it′s expression associated with lymph node metastasis of these cases (P< 0 .05) .In vitro ,PD-L2 promoted apoptosis of CD4+ T and CD8+ T lymphocytes ,the apoptotic rates were 17 .0% and 22 .4% respectively ,which were higher than 9 .0% and 16 .2% of blank group;however ,the apoptotic rates dropped to 11 .1% and 17 .5% in PD-L2+anti-PD-1 group .Conclusion PD-L2 aberrantly ex-presses in cervical squamous cell carcinomas and is associated with their lymph node metastasis .PD-L2 promotes apoptosis of T lymphocytes and depresses the anti-tumor immunity of cervical microenvironment ,and promotes lymph node metastasis of these cancers .PD-L2/PD-1 pathway may be a potential immunotherapy target of cervical squamous cell carcinomas .

The gldA gene coding glycerol dehydrogenase (GDH) was amplified by PCR with the genomic DNA of Klebsiella pneumoniae as the template. The gldA were inserted in pMD-18T to construct the recombinant cloning vector pMD-gldA. After the DNA sequence was determined, the gldA was subcloned into expression vector pET-32a (+) to construct the recombinant expression vector pET-32gldA. Upon lactose induction, soluble GDH was over-produced by E. coli BL21 (DE3) harboring the expression construct. Recombinant GDH purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography showed a single band about 54 kD on SDS-PAGE gel, and the specified activity was about 188 u/mg, the purification fold is 3 times and the activity recovery is 67.5%.

Objective: To investigate anxiety life interference among primary and middle school students in Henan Province and its influencing factors, and to provide scientific basis for health education in primary and secondary school students. Methods: By using cluster sampling method, 3 573 primary school students and 2 748 secondary school students in Henan Province were investigated with Child Anxiety Life Interference Scale(CALIS), Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents(RSCA), Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS), Self-Esteem Scale(SES), General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES). Results: There were significant differences in anxiety life disturbance in primary and middle school students by gender(t=2.07, P=0.04), school level(t=-2.29, P=0.02), degree of anxiety(F=119.93, P<0.01), educational level of fathers (F=13.38, P<0.01) and educational level of mothers(F=9.65, P<0.01). The degree of life disturbance caused by anxiety was negatively correlated with mental resilience, social support and self-efficacy(r=-0.25, -0.09, -0.12, P<0.01), and was positively related to self-esteem(r=0.23). Mental resilience (β=-0.21) significantly negatively predicted anxiety interference with life, while self-esteem (β=0.13) and social support (β=0.06) significantly positively predicted anxiety interference with life. Conclusion The life of primary and middle school students is seriously disturbed by anxiety, and mental resilience is the primary psychosocial factor that affects the level of anxiety life interference among primary and middle school students.

Objective: To understand the current status of health related quality of life among primary and middle school students aged 9 to 15 years old in Henan Province, and to explore its relationship with negative emotions and social support. Methods: Between January and June 2016, 24 primary and middle schools were selected from 6 cities of Henan Province, and 5 867 primary and middle school students were included and completed the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory Measurement, Stress Anxiety Depression Scale, Perceived Social Support Scale. Hierarchical linear regression analysis was used to examine the moderating effect of social support. Results: The total score of health related quality of life of primary and middle school students in Henan was (81.21±12.49). There were statistically significant differences in the quality of life among primary and middle school students with different gender, study period, family monthly income, subjective parental relationship and parental education ( P <0.05). Negative emotions were negatively correlated with quality of life ( r =-0.51, P <0.01) and social support ( r =-0.30, P <0.01), while social support was positively correlated with quality of life ( r =0.29, P <0.01). Regression analysis showed that negative emotional was negatively associated with quality of life ( β =-0.23, P <0.01), while social support was positively associated with quality of life ( β =0.16, P <0.01). The interaction of negative emotions and social support was negatively associated with quality of life ( β =-0.18, P <0.01). Conclusion Health related quality of life among 9-15 year old primary and middle school students in Henan province is satisfactory. Social support might buffer the negative impact of negative emotions including depression, anxiety and stress on quality of life of primary and secondary school students.

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and the risk of major adverse cardiac events within 1 year of middle-aged and elderly in-patients with acute decompensated and mid-range ejection fraction heart failure(HF)in the medical alliance setting.Methods:A retrospective cohort study was conducted among a total of 180 in-patients with acute decompensated heart failure in Cardiovascular Hexi Hospital Consulting Area of Tianjin Chest Hospital.According to ejection fraction measured by echocardiogram, the in-patients were classified into three groups: heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF)group(n=70, 38.9%), HFmEF group(n=50, 27.8%), and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)group(n=60, 33.3%). Clinical feature and 1-year prognosis between different groups were compared.Results:Univariate Cox regression analysis of 1-year all-cause death and cardiovascular death showed that there was no significant difference between HFrEF group and HFmEF group, HFpEF group and HFmEF group(all P>0.05); 1-year readmission analysis of heart failure showed that 47.1%(33 cases)of HFrEF group was higher than 24.0%(12 cases)of HFmEF group, 48.3%(29 cases)of HFpEF group was higher than HFmEF group( HR=2.307, 2.368, 95% CI: 0.187-4.480, 1.207-4.644, respectively, all P<0.05); The major 1-year cardiovascular events were 57.1%(40 cases)higher in the HFrEF group than 34.0%(17 cases)in the HFmEF group( HR=2.053, 95% CI: 0.187-4.408, P< 0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that the 1-year risk of major cardiovascular events was significantly different between HFmEF group and HFpEF group( HR=0.477, 95% CI: 0.241-0.941, P< 0.05). Pulmonary heart disease( P< 0.05), atrial flutter and/or atrial fibrillation( P< 0.01), New York Cardiology class Ⅳ( P< 0.01)were risk factors for death.Hypertension and cor pulmonale were the risk factors for readmission in patients with heart failure(all P< 0.01). Conclusions:The clinical characteristics of inpatients with HFmEF in the medical alliance setting tended to be consistent with those with HFrEF, while the feature of ischemic heart disease was more prominent in HFmEF.The 1-year risk of heart failure readmission in HFmEF group was significantly lower than that in HFpEF and HFrEF group, and the risk of all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality at 1 year was not significantly different among the three groups.

Objective:To explore the relationship between the dark triad, basic psychological needs satisfaction and guilty proneness.Methods:Totally 595 college students were randomly selected from Zhengzhou University.They were tested with the dirty dozen(DD), the balanced measure of psychological needs scale(BMPN) and guilt-proneness-5(GP-5). SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used for data analysis, including descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Bootstrap measure was used for mediating effect test.Results:(1)The correlation analysis showed that the dark triad (29(21, 37)), Machiavellianism (4(4, 8)) and psychopathy(5(4, 9)) were negatively correlated with guilty proneness (20(16, 23)), and the correlation coefficients were -0.10, -0.22 and -0.18 respectively(all P<0.01). While narcissism (16(12, 21)) was not correlated with guilty proneness ( r=0.04, P>0.01). The satisfaction of basic psychological needs (56(54, 60)) was positively correlated with guilty proneness ( r=0.31, P<0.01). (2)The relationship between the dark triad and guilty proneness was partially mediated by basic psychological needs satisfaction, and the mediating effect accounted for 62.96%. Conclusion:The dark triad influences guilty proneness through basic psychological needs satisfaction.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of intrinsic-nourishing exercise and oral Chinese medicine combined with conventional western medicine therapy in the treatment of perimenopause with insomnia.Methods:Prospective cohort study. A total of 60 perimenopause with insomnia visiting the Hebei Medical Qigong Hospital were enrolled as the research objects between June 2019 and June 2021. According to random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 in each group. The control group was treated with oral estazolam tablets, while the observation group was treated with intrinsic-nourishing exercise combined with oral Chinese medicine on basis of the control group. All the patients were treated for 4 weeks as a course, and totally 2 courses. The levels of serum estradiol (E 2), FSH, and LH were detected by automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. Pittsburgh sleep quality Index (PSQI) was used to evaluate sleep quality, and the quality of life was evaluated by the MOS 36-item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36). And the responsive rates, sleep quality, scores of TCM symptoms, and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment. Results:The total response rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (90.0% vs. 66.7%; χ2=4.81, P<0.05). After treatment, PSQI scores of sleep quality, time to fall asleep, sleep duration, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance, use of hypnotics, and daytime function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( t=14.11, 12.49, 9.88, 13.54, 9.47, 14.11, 17.91, P<0.01). After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of insomnia with more dreams, waist and knee soreness, five upsets, fatigue and forgetfulness in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( t=9.51, 13.08, 16.17, 12.81, P<0.01). After treatment, the E 2 [(35.16±3.61) mmol/L vs. (31.06±3.12) mmol/L, t=4.71] in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.01), while the FSH [(69.61±6.04) U/L vs. (73.26±7.41) U/L, t=2.09], and LH [(32.21±3.35) U/L vs. (36.04±3.49) U/L, t=4.34] in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05 or P<0.01). At 4 and 8 week after treatment, the SF-36 scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( t=6.30, 4.36, P<0.01). During treatment, 16.7% (5/30) adverse reaction happened in the observation group, while 10.0% (3/30) in the control group, but there was no statistical significant difference between two groups ( χ2=0.56， P=0.448). Conclusion:The intrinsic-nourishing exercise and oral Chinese medicine combined with conventional western medicine therapy can significantly improve clinical curative effect, improve sleep quality and TCM symptoms, regulate hormones and quality of life in perimenopause with insomnia.

Objective:To study the incidence of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency and the gene carrying status of newborns in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (Guangxi for short), so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical genetic counseling and accurate diagnosis.Methods:A total of 63 606 newborns who underwent G6PD screening in Guangxi Neonatal Disease Screening Center from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects; heel blood was collected to prepare dry blood spots. Fluorescence quantitative analysis was used in the preliminary screening, and the newborns with positive preliminary screening were recalled by telephone; further diagnosis was carried out via the G6PD/6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase (6PGD) ratio method and genetic testing, the diagnosis rate of the two methods of newborns with positive preliminary screening were compared and analyzed, and genetic mutation testing was conducted.Results:Among 63 606 newborns who underwent G6PD preliminary screening, 4 267 newborns with G6PD positive were detected, and the positive rate of preliminary screening was 6.7%. Among them, the positive rates of preliminary screening of males and females were 10.3% (3 508/33 988) and 2.6% (759/29 618), respectively. The positive rate of preliminary screening of males was significantly higher than that of females ( P < 0.01). A comparative analysis of 777 newborns (519 males and 258 females) that underwent G6PD/6PGD ratio method and genetic testing at the same time as the recall showed that the diagnosis rate of the two methods for male newborns was the same, both of which were 95.6% (496/519). Among female newborns, 168 and 236 confirmed cases were detected by G6PD/6PGD ratio method and genetic testing, respectively, and the diagnosis rates were 65.1% (168/258) and 91.5% (236/258), respectively. The results of genetic mutation testing showed that the five common genotypes in Guangxi were c.1388 G>A, c.1376 G>T, c.95 A>G, c.871 G>A, and c.1024 C>T, respectively. Conclusions:The positive rate of G6PD preliminary screening of newborns in Guangxi is relatively high. It is recommended that G6PD/6PGD ratio method and genetic testing should be performed at the same time for diagnosis of female newborns with positive preliminary screening to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.

Objective To explore whether the ability of intertemporal choice is impaired in patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods Twenty-seven patients with mild cognitive impairment and thirty-five healthy controls were recruited in this study. All subjects completed the " delay-discounting" task and the delayed discount rate (K value) was used to evaluate the patients' decision-making ability. Results (1) The delay discount rate(median=0. 0256,P25=0. 016,P75=0. 100) in mild cognitive impairment patients was higher than that of healthy cotrols(median =0. 006,P25=0. 0025,P75=0. 016). There was significant difference in K-value between the two groups ( Z=-2. 988,P<0. 01). ( 2) Spearman correlation analysis showed that the significant negatively correlation between K-value and digital span forward test (r=-0. 389, P=0. 045) in mild cognitive impairment group. Conclusion The ability of intertemporal choices is impaired in patients with mild cognitive impairment and negatively correlated with attention function.
