It is an evasive topic on life value education post-disaster when the earthquake reconstruction has started off.Considering the experience and lessons learned from the earthquake,this article expailns the contents of post-disaster life education at school and puts forward some suggestions on how to carry on the education of life value.

Objective To analyze the situation and change trend of health resources allocation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).Methods The agglomeration degree is used to analyze the situation and change trend of health resources allocation of TCM in different regionS.Results The regional disparity of health resource allocation of TCM is large,and the equity of health resources allocation according to geography and population needs to be further improved and optimized.Conclusion The availability of health resources of TCM should be improved,and the diversified needs of TCM in different regions be met.

Objective To study the expression of HIF-1αand and its correlation with gastric cancer recurrence, and to identify its prog-nosis evaluation in gastric cancer recurrence. Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer recurrence after radical surgery were selected as the observation group, and 50 patients without gastric cancer recurrence 5 or more than 5 years after surgery were selected as the control group. The immunohistochemical situation and expression of VEGF of the two groups were compared, and the correlation of HIF-1αand VEGF and gastric cancer recurrence were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of HIF-1αand VEGF were 77. 50% and 73. 75% respectively in the observation group, which were significantly higher than 12. 00% and 10. 00% in the control group. Univariate analysis showed that the related indices such as degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, vascular invasion, and TNM clinical stage were associated with VEGF expression and positive expression of HIF-1α. The Spearman correlation analysis showed that HIF-1α and VEGF was positively correlated (r=0. 458,P=0. 000). 1-year survival rate of HIF-1α-positive group was 45. 16%, and the average survival time was (8. 62 ± 2. 32) months, which was significantly lower than 77. 77% and (18. 96 ± 3. 14) months respectively in the negative group. Cox risk model analysis showed that HIF-1αand VEGF expression were high risk factors for gastric cancer recurrence. Conclusion HIF-1αand VEGF expression have a very colse correlation with gastric cancer recurrence, and it can be used as evaluation of gastric cancer recurrence and prognosis.

Objective To explore the effect of different diary method on daily affect of college students.Methods 75 numbers of under-graduates were randomly assigned into information recording group,feeling recording group and control group.Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Positive And Negative Affect Scale (PANAS) were used before and after two months intervention.Results For positive emotion,ANOVA results showed no significant (P＞0.05) main effect of time,a significant (P＜0.05) main effect of group(2.76±0.41,2.97±0.50,3.24±0.45),and the time × group had a significant interaction (P＜0.05).Simple effect analysis showed that after the intervention,the positive emotions of information recording group (2.47 ± 0.62) and feeling recording group (2.86±0.64) was lower than the positive emotions of control group(3.35±0.46) significantly(P＜0.05).For negative emotions,there was no significant difference (P＞0.05) in main effects of time,group and interaction;for depression,the main effect of the level of time (8.02± 5.65,5.38 ± 5.04,5.20± 5.51) was significant (P＜ 0.01),and main effect of group and the interaction were not significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion Different diary methods have different effects on the subject's daily affect.

Objective To investigate the effect of β-catenin on the osteogenic differentiation of human periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs) under mechanical tension.Methods PDLSCs were seperately cultured in vitro from the periodontium attached at freshly extracted teeth.β-catenin-targeting agonist or inhibitor was applied to the PDLSCs to upregulate or downregulate the expression of activity of β-catenin protein.The expression of β-catenin protein and the osteogenetic related markers(ALP,BMP2,Runx 2) under the mechanical tension with different period(0,6,12,24 h) were assessed with Western blot in the PDLSCs irritated with agonist or inhibitor.Results Compared with the PDLSCs without mechanical tension,the expression of osteogenesis related marker proteins,ALP and Runx 2,in PDLSCs were enhanced under the circular mechanial tensile stress (P ＜ 0.05).In the PDLSCs irritated with WAY-262611,the β-catenin-targeting agonist,the expression of osteogenetic related markers ALP in the PDLSCs was improved during the first 12 h period of mechnical tensile load,which was significantly higher than that in the DMSO group.Conclusion Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays an important role in the early osteogenesis differentiation of PDLSCs under cyclic tension.The β-catenin promotes osteogenic differentiation of PDLSCs under mechanical tension.

Liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors at present and has high incidence and mortality rates. Most patients are in the advanced stage at the time of diagnosis and thus lose the opportunity for surgery and have poor prognosis. At this time, medical treatment focusing on drug therapy becomes an important method for the treatment of advanced liver cancer, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and endocrine therapy. This article reviews the recent research advances in drug therapy for advanced liver cancer.

The professional competency of medical informatics graduates from China Medical University in 1992-2011 was investigated, the requirements of employers for their professional competency were analyzed, and the current medical informatics curriculum system was evaluated with suggestions put forward for the reform of medical informatics curriculum system, including revision of its training target, measures for curriculum system reform, and improvement of confidence.

ObjectiveTo explore the application value of acoustic radiation force impulse(ARFI) in the differential diagnosis of breast lesions.Methods Eighty six patients with 107 lesions were performed ARFI elastography.The stiffness of the masses in virtual touch tissue image(VTI) were scored.The pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,drawed the ROC curve to find the cut off point of area ratio to predict breast cancer.Shear wave velocity(SWV) within the breast masses were measured using virtual touch tissue quantification(VTQ) technique.ResultsThe elastography hardness score higher than grade 4 was mainly distributed in the malignancies compared to benign lesions( P ＜0.01).1.53 as the cut-off point of area ratio,sensitivity and specificity of diagnosing breast cancer were 95.7 ％,92.5 ％.SWV of malignant group higher than benign group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.001 ).Conclusions Hardness score in VTI imaging,area ratio of benign and malignant lesions,SWV within the breast masses can help the differential diagnosis of breast lesions.
