OBJECTIVE:To discuss the role of licensed pharmacists in retail drug stores.METHODS:The current situation of licensed pharmacists’role playing in retail drug stores and the influcing factors were analysed.RESULTS&CONCLU?SION:The licensed pharmacist system remains to be perfect in China,we suggust that the licensed pharmacists'role should be further strengthed from two links,i.e.“access”and“employment”.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss problems existed in clinical pharmaceutical care of our country.METHODS:The root causes of the problems in the clinical pharmaceutical care of Chinese were analyzed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:The legalized management of pharmaceutical care of China should be speed up;“practitioners pharmacist law”(or“pharmacist law”)should be formulated so as to clarify clinical pharmacist responsibility,obligation and legal position and to guarantee pharma?cists'legal interests.

Anemia is one of the most common complication and a negative prognostic factor of lymphoid neoplasma.Different cases with lymphoid neoplasma associated anemia(LNAA)have various pathogenesis such as hemorrhagic anemia, anemia of chronic disease,autoimmune hemolytic anemia and treatment related anemia, though they all have the same symptoms. So different regimens are given to different patients according to their pathogenesis of LNAA.

A method of simultaneous determination of the eleven phenol and aniline dyes in oxidative hair dyes by ultrasonic-assisted extraction and high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed. The orthogonal and single-factor experiments were designed to and optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions, and the samples were extracted using 10 mL of 5% methanol under the conditions of ascorbic acid as an antioxidant for 10 min. The gradient elution program and the electrospray ionization mode change were together used for the optimization of the measurements, and the determinations were completed by using the multi-reaction monitoring scan. The detection limits were 1. 15-9. 43 μg/g, the recoveries of spiked samples were 88. 0%-118. 1%. The method can be used to determine trace prohibited and restricted dyes in hair dyes.

Objective To analyse the occurrence and prognosis related factors of renal dysfunction in patients with multiple myeloma(MM).Methods During Janaury 1991 and Janaury 2007 seventy-four cases of MM in Department of Hematology,Gernal Hospital of Tianjin Medical University were enrolled in this study.The occurrence,the risk factors and prognosis were analyzed.Results The incidence of renal dysfunction(RD)in MM was 56.8%.Age,hypertention,hemoglobin,serum ALB,GLO,calcium,phosphonium,?2-MG,the percentage of plasma and immature plasma cells in bone marrow,Durie-Salmon stage and type of MM were associated with the incidence to RD with MM by monovariam analysis.Hypertention,serum ALB and ?2-MG were associated with the incidence of RD with MM by multivariant analysis.ALB was the protected factor and the other two were risk factors.The renal function improved rapidly in the patients who received CR or blood transfusion for severe and moderate anemia.Compared with patients of normal renal funtion,RD patients survived shorter and had higher early death rate.Conclusion Hypertention and high tumor burden are risk factors of renal dysfunction in MM.Effective chemothemapy and supportive treatment helped renal function recovery.

Objective:To observe the curative effect of cervical chiropractic for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type (CSA) and to explore its possible mechanism.Methods:Sixty CSA patients were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty patients in the treatment group were treated with chiropractic manipulation for cervical vertebrae,once every other day,7 treatments in total.The other 30 patients in the control group received oral administration of flunarizine hydrochloride,10 mg per night,for 14 d.Cervical vertigo and functional assessment scale and transcranial cerebral Doppler (TCD) were measured before treatment and 7 days after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 96.7％ in the treatment group and 83.3％ in the control group.The curative rate was 66.7％ in the treatment group and 20％ in the control group.The differences between the two groups in the total effective rate and the curative rate were statistically significant (both P＜0.05).The scores of cervical vertigo symptom and functional assessment after treatment in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (both P＜0.01);the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the maximum systolic velocity (Vs),the maximum diastolic velocity (Vd),the mean velocity (Vm),the pulsatility index (PI) and the vascular resistance index (RI) in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment (all P＜0.01);there were significant differences between the two groups (all P＜0.05).Conclusion:Cervical chiropractic is an effective method for CSA,and its curative effect is better than that of flunarizine hydrochloride alone.Its mechanism may relate to correcting cervical instability.

Protein kinases are intimately involved in the pathogenesis of many diseases such as cancer, inflammation, and autoimmune and neurological diseases. Therefore, kinases have been widely studied as drug targets over the past three decades. As of April, 2020, the FDA had approved 59 small molecule kinase inhibitors (SMKIs) in the emerging field of targeted drug therapy. This paper focuses on the biochemistry and pharmacology of these 59 SMKIs and 121 SMKIs for which structures can be retrieved and that are now in phase Ⅱ and Ⅲ clinical trials. In addition, this paper also conducts a simple analysis of several popular targets and their inhibitors.

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of tanshinoneⅡA and salvianolic acid B in Zhiyou capsules by HPLC. Methods:The chromatographic column was Waters Atlantis@T3(150 mm × 4. 6 mm,3 μm)using acetonitrile and aqueous ammonium acetate solution(adjusting pH to 2. 4 with formic acid)as the mobile phase with gradient elution,the flow rate was 1. 0 ml ·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 260 nm. Results:The contents of salvianolic acid B and tanshinoneⅡA showed good linear relationship within the range of 1. 20-60. 00μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 7)and 0. 40-20. 00 μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 8),respectively. The av-erage recovery was 101. 53%(RSD=1. 14%)and 95. 17%(RSD=4. 33%),respectively. Conclusion:The method is efficient,con-venient and accurate,which can be used in the quality control of Zhiyou capsules.
